Easy process of booking, a little confusing to get the actual ticket at Venice, need to find the right location for the ticket machine even been asked the staff at the kiosk.★

Valet passes are valid for 75 minutes from the time they are issued, so even if you have a reservation for a specific date, you should issue your pass just before the day you plan to use it. I accidentally issued a pass for a reservation for another day and wasted it.★
