•Inclusions: Guided tour service with duration.

• Admission ticket: The actual ticket price is subject to the attraction's official pricing.

• Meals: All meals are not included.

- Others: All personal expenses and fees not mentioned in the inclusions.

•Transportation: Excludes transfers.

• During the actual service, if the duration exceeds the standard service time of the package due to reasons not attributable to the guide, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee is 100 CNY per half hour, with any duration less than half an hour charged as half an hour.

• You will receive a booking confirmation SMS from Trip.com once your reservation is successful.

 

A staff member will contact you by phone, text message, or WeChat to confirm your itinerary by 22:00 (local time) on the day before your trip at the latest. Please ensure your mobile phone is reachable. If you have not been contacted by the specified time, please call the emergency contact number provided in the confirmation message or contact customer support.

 

• On the day of the trip, please go to the meeting point with your registered mobile number before the scheduled time (recommended 5 min in advance) and wait there.

 

For customers who place orders between 22:00 and 8:00 the day before departure, our staff will contact you by phone 1 hr prior to departure to confirm the itinerary.
