The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.

I was very grateful for the assistance I received for both immigration and customs at Ho Chi Minh Airport. For immigration, I arrived on an ANA flight from Haneda and was able to find a staff member immediately. I had requested a Japanese-speaking staff member, but the one I received was English-speaking. However, the guidance was not a problem. The regular lane had a long queue, but the special lane only had about 10 people, and immigration was completed in about 10 minutes. Departure was also smooth, and I was able to go through security using the special lane. The fee is high, but perhaps that's because there are fewer users. I recommend it if you have the budget.

I was very hesitant about booking a sleeping bus for the Sapa-Hanoi route, but I was able to select my seat (see bottom) on Trip.com and booked at a low price by purchasing early. HK Cabin Bus was friendly and provided a comfortable journey, so I am very satisfied.

Absolutely wonderful! We were greeted with a sign when we exited, and in just a few minutes we were ushered past the long line in the stuffy lounge. We're glad we took advantage of this offer, as our next flight was only 1:55. We were worried we'd miss it, but this service was fantastic!

This service saved me from missing my connecting flight, which was only two hours apart. Given the long line at passport control, there was a good chance I wouldn't make it.

Reviews: G8 Hanoi Sapa VIP Cabin Bus

Pros: Picked-up from our hotel in Sapa. Clean bus and it smells good. Comfortable ride, the driver is careful. Pillows and blanket are provided. No dizziness despite of the zigzag road. On-time. Cons: Only one water bottle is provided even if you are two people in one cabin. The entertainment screen only has local radio channel. The cabin is quite tight for two people but can be managed if you are not bulky or tall. Also, consider the bag you'll be bringing in the cabin as it will also take some space. The massage only works on the right side of the bed, only one person can feel the massage. They cannot drop us off in our hotel in Hanoi. The street where they asked us to got-off is along the highway. Better if there is an actual building or station of G8 to be safe as it's midnight. Many taxi drivers will ask you but always book a grab instead.
