Would highly recommend this for solo travelers! The bus rides and ropeways are all taken care of, making everything way less stressful. The guide was Zem and he was super helpful in making sure everyone had all the right information and knew the route. And the views were spectacular! I knew they’d be beautiful but I was really blown away. If you’re in Xi’an this really is a must.

We were very grateful for the pick-up and drop-off service from the hotel to the Terracotta Army. Although we didn't have much knowledge about the Terracotta Army, our guide, Mr. Song, explained the history and ruins in an easy-to-understand way, allowing us to enjoy our visit. Since we don't understand Chinese or English, we think we would have just looked at it and left without understanding anything, so we're really glad we hired a guide. Also, after our visit, I forgot my umbrella in the restroom, but Mr. Song and the local police helped us search for it, and we were able to find it safely. Thank you so much! From the pick-up and drop-off to the sightseeing guidance and handling of our lost item, everyone was so kind and helpful, making our sightseeing experience very reassuring. We were able to learn more about the Terracotta Army, and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Mr. Song and everyone who assisted us.

Our English-speaking tour guide was incredibly professional, warm and generous! The tour was amazing. We happened to travel on China’s Dragon Boat Festival. The guide treated us to zongzi, showed us how to wrap and unwrap them, and also gave us cultural creative folding fans as gifts. This lovely surprise totally exceeded our expectations. I took my foreign friends to visit the Terracotta Army. They found it absolutely fascinating. Our English tour guide was lively and engaging, making the whole experience wonderful. The staff contacted us one day in advance, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this service.

The itinerary for this trip for our elders was very well planned. Special praise goes to our driver-guide, Gao Lei, for his smooth driving and attentive service; and to our tour guide, Jim Sun, for his patience, enthusiasm, and humorous explanations throughout. Both provided excellent bilingual (Chinese and English) service, and everyone was very satisfied. Highly recommended!
