The one-day tour of Mount Fuji was excellent. Our guide, Hiraki, was fluent in English, Japanese, and Mandarin, making communication seamless and providing meticulous care for everyone. Fantastic! He even brought a camera to take photos for us, which was incredibly kind of me, a solo traveler. Highly recommended! Best of luck!

Reviews: Solo friendly 1-day tour from Tokyo to Mount Fuji: outlet shopping, twin lakes sightseeing & Hikawa clock shop | optional 9-person group

The overall itinerary was well-planned. Although the weather wasn't great, with overcast skies throughout and us missing the chance to see Mount Fuji, which was a slight disappointment, I'm especially grateful to our tour leader, Mr. Chen. His service was meticulous and attentive, and his explanations were clear. My son unfortunately lost his AirPods at a service area, and I was extremely anxious. Thankfully, Mr. Chen kindly helped coordinate with various parties to help retrieve the earphones. Having a reliable tour leader to handle unexpected situations in a foreign country was very reassuring. Mr. Chen was responsible and dependable, and the experience was excellent. I would definitely choose him again and recommend him to everyone.

I really want to thank our tour leader, Ms. Hou Jing, for making this trip possible so smoothly, allowing us to visit all five attractions. From pre-trip planning to on-site execution, the overall arrangements were excellent, the pace was smooth, and the time allotted for each attraction was just right—neither rushed nor wasted, ensuring everyone had a worry-free and enjoyable experience. Ms. Hou Jing is very proactive, always handling any issues quickly and taking meticulous care of details, giving the group members peace of mind. Even more valuable is her witty and humorous explanations, making the stories of each attraction vivid and interesting, filling the journey with laughter and adding warmth and memories. Thank you, Ms. Hou Jing, for your dedication and hard work, making this trip fulfilling, smooth, and unforgettable. I look forward to traveling with her again next time!

Reviews: [Guaranteed Departure] Mt. Fuji Highlight Photo Spots One Day Tour

I was the only person on the bus who spoke Chinese. After getting off the bus, the tour guide introduced the sights to me by himself, which was quite a unique experience. I recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes, as you need to walk up some stairs to see the Asama Shrine and the waterfall. On the way back in the afternoon, I finally saw the shy Mount Fuji from the bus. Lucky trip END (The seats on the 20-person minibus are a bit uncomfortable and not good for sleeping, so be prepared 😅).

It's been almost two weeks since I returned home, and I still can't get enough of my trip to Da Lat's waterfall rappelling. We booked this trip on a whim before leaving Da Lat, quite late, and without local Vietnamese contact information. However, they quickly contacted me via email and patiently answered all my questions. They even went out of their way to check and confirm policies regarding the safety of our ten-year-old child. On the day of the trip, our family of three, along with seven other friends from around the world, formed our "United Nations" group. Our tour leader, Vin, was incredibly cheerful and humorous, a true social butterfly. He kept everyone entertained throughout the trip, switching fluently between various languages. His English was remarkably fluent, which I learned he had acquired through work experience and self-study – truly inspiring! Before the experience began, the three-person team reconfirmed safety protocols on-site, helped everyone choose suitable equipment, and conducted basic instruction at the base to ensure everyone mastered the fundamentals of rappelling, big jumps, rope control, and fast descents. The actual experience was a combination of off-road hiking and waterfall rappelling, with a total elevation gain of nearly 400 meters. The third waterfall and the Washing Machine Waterfall rappelling were particularly thrilling, as the strong water flow could cause slight breathlessness. Therefore, good swimming skills or a strong fear of water are necessary; otherwise, some panic may occur. However, there's no need to worry too much, as all rappelling points follow fixed routes. They will inform you of the characteristics of each point and provide suggested techniques beforehand. Most importantly, they are extremely responsible throughout the entire process. One person arrives early on the ground to observe, guide, and arrange photo spots, while two accompany guests to prepare and control the safety ropes. They were also very attentive to my child, adding extra control ropes to ensure safety during zip-lining rappelling as the child's weight could cause them to go too fast. For children who were a little timid, they provided endless emotional support, such as making them laugh and offering encouragement. Finally, the meals at the campsite were simple local fare, clean and varied, including vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, fruits, etc. Overall, the experience and professionalism were far superior to those in China, making this a highly recommended service and itinerary! The only regret is not getting a photo with Vin and his team; I'll just have to go again next time to make up for it! Finally, thank you again to the Viet Challenge team.

Great day to for our family to Mt Fuji. We were lucky to get a glimpse of Mt Fuji as the clouds cleared which is rare in July. Driver was on time, professional and helpful, car was clean. We requested baby seats and they were provided.
