The ferry journey from Houbihu to Lanyu is a thrilling and exciting adventure. The boat starts to rock as soon as it sets sail, and when the waves are high, the whole vessel seems to be dancing. Although I felt a bit seasick, seeing the vast Pacific Ocean and the distant silhouette of Lanyu Mountain made it all worthwhile. It's recommended to take seasickness medication beforehand and arrive at port early to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable sea voyage.

These are some of the activities worth experiencing, even for beginners. The instructors are very patient and funny. They may adjust the schedule slightly depending on the boat schedule and weather to ensure a better experience. I participated in the Fairy Rock Snorkeling, Sleeping Beauty Trail, and Blue Grotto, completing multiple activities in one day, which was quite rewarding. I highly recommend booking with this reputable company; it's a trustworthy choice. I've never climbed a mountain before, but I was able to complete these high-intensity activities, which felt pretty good. 😁 (Because I booked multiple activities, I'm writing this review all at once. Highly recommended! Worth experiencing!)

This is a tour of Tainan departing from Kaohsiung. You can conveniently visit major tourist attractions, such as the Anping Historic Site and the Green Corridor, all in one trip using an air-conditioned bus. You are also welcome to disembark at your desired stops, such as cultural venues in the city center, and travel directly to your booked hotel in Tainan. Please note that you must personally handle the use of the sightseeing boat and purchase tickets for the historic sites. If you plan to visit two or more historic sites in Tainan, please look into combined tickets. Thank you.

Stella, our guide, was wonderful and friendly. She took us to each spot and taught us how to take photos and where to take good pictures. She was very thoughtful; since it was hot, she went back to the car early in the morning to turn on the air conditioning and let it cool down so we wouldn't be sweltering when we got back in. The ice cream she recommended was delicious. Trying to make Lei Cha (a type of tea) was a bit tiring 😂. The whole tour wasn't too rushed; the most tiring part was climbing over 100 steps at Sun World. The scenery might not be the best this season, and there weren't many photogenic spots. There are many creative and cultural shops to explore near Pier-2 Art Center. Lots of photo opportunities; overall, I was very satisfied with the Ond Day Tour.


