Reviews: Indian Cooking Class in Authentic Indian Home - (Learn 6 Things)

if you are in Delhi for just one day, make time in your itinerary for this class! Jd and His family create a warm, welcoming environment. He gives cultural context for the dishes and provides clear cooking instructions in a calm and patient manner. He had many things measured or prepped in advance so we could focus on the techniques and skills of Indian cooking and could walk away knowing how to create four or five separate dishes. At the end of the night we sat down to a lovely meal with the family that we had helped cook and walked away feeling we had made new friends in New Delhi.
