Our guide Moe was excellent throughout the day ensuring that all our mobility needs were met including minimal use of stairs, and reducing walking due to me having a knee injury. She also located a wonderful Japanese restaurant for lunch and ensured we had a taxi if required. Her English was excellent and she also speaks Spanish plus her native tongue. We visited the gardens, travelled on a tram, visited the bomb museum, plus had time to do shopping. Moe was knowledgeable throughout and very pleasant. She made the day and the trip.★

The museum was really crowded so booking in advance was good choice. The communication was good, as the driver and guides contacted us in advance for prior arrangement. Both guides explained well and it was an interesting experience.★

The tour guide was very attentive and responsible. We were the only two Chinese people in the entire group, and the guide spoke entirely in English. Worried we might not understand the explanations, the guide used his phone's Chinese translator to provide us with the information, ensuring we had a wonderful day trip.
