Founded in June 1998, the Aquarium of the Pacific is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The Aquarium's mission is to instill a sense of wonder, respect, and stewardship for the Pacific Ocean, its inhabitants, and ecosystems. Our vision is to foster an inclusive community that works together to create our sustainable future. The Aquarium of the Pacific is Southern California's largest aquarium. It displays about 12,000 animals and more than 100 exhibits that celebrate the planet's largest and most diverse body of water, the Pacific Ocean. Its galleries represent the frigid waters of the Northern Pacific, the temperate Southern California/Baja region, and the warm coral reefs and lagoons of the Tropical Pacific. Each year approximately 1.6 million people visit the Aquarium, making it consistently one of the leading attractions in the Los Angeles region. Beyond its world-class animal exhibits, the Aquarium offers educational programs for people of all ages from hands-on activities for students and families to lectures by leading scientists. Through these programs both on and offsite, the Aquarium provides opportunities to connect to nature, delve deeper into ocean science, and learn about conservation. In addition to its public programs and exhibits, the Aquarium is involved in numerous conservation efforts, including breeding and rehabilitating endangered species, community science, scientific diving, and more.

Exposition Park is an urban cultural park covering approx. 160 acres. The park brings together several important cultural institutions, among which the California Science Center is one of the core venues, housing the retired space shuttle Endeavour. The science center also features ecological exhibition halls themed around different ecological zones such as kelp forests, deserts, and tropical rainforests, showcasing the Earth's diverse ecological environments. Adjacent to the science center is the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County, which has a rich collection of paleontological and mineral specimens, including the Gem and Mineral Hall, which displays a large number of precious mineral crystals and raw gemstones. The 7-acreRose Gardenis located next to the museum and is planted with over 10,000 roses; the fountain in the center of the garden and the loggias on both sides form a symmetrical, classical garden landscape. The LA Memorial Coliseum is another iconic building in the park, having hosted the Summer Olympics opening ceremony twice. The peristyle at the east end of the stadium features a classical architectural style, and the Court of Honor is located between the columns, with bronze plaques recording distinguished figures and historical events related to the stadium. The park also houses cultural venues such as the California African American Museum.

Disneyland Resort California is an entertainment resort in Anaheim, California, USA. It is owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company through its experiences division, featuring two theme parks (Disneyland and Disney California Adventure), three hotels, and the Disney Downtown shopping, dining, and entertainment district. Disneyland Park features Sleeping Beauty Castle as its landmark, with scenes from the fairy tale displayed inside. The Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge area recreates the streets of Batuu from the movies, where visitors can board the Millennium Falcon. Classic attractions like Pirates of the Caribbean, Space Mountain, and Haunted Mansion in New Orleans Square have been operating for decades, with daytime parades often winding through the park. At Disney California Adventure Park, Cars Land is modeled after the desert town from the movie, with Radiator Springs Racers remaining a perennial favorite. The Avengers Campus offers thrilling experiences like Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: Breakout! and an interactive shooting adventure with Spider-Man. Over at Pixar Pier, the Incredicoaster races along the bay. At night, Disneyland lights up the sky with castle fireworks, while Disney California Adventure dazzles with a grand water and light show on the lake. Given the resort's size and long queues for popular attractions, two full days are recommended to fully explore both parks—hit the top rides early, then explore at leisure. Keep an eye out for hidden Mickey easter eggs scattered throughout the parks, as spotting them adds to the fun. After the parks close, head to Downtown Disney for dining and shopping to cap off your day. Disneyland was the company's first theme park, and also a theme park built by Walt Disney, which opened on July 17, 1955. Disney California Adventure Park is a theme park based on Disney's interpretation of California, which opened on February 8, 2001.

It is convenient to drive by yourself, and there are many parking spaces outside. There are not too many people in the museum, the exhibits are rich, and there are many veterans who serve as volunteer guides to explain. It is a very good attraction

Had a wonderful time at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach! There is so much to see, from colorful tropical fish and beautiful jellyfish to adorable sea otters and playful penguins. The exhibits are well designed, informative, and enjoyable for both adults and children. I especially loved seeing the marine animals up close and learning more about ocean conservation. The aquarium is well maintained, and the whole visit was fun, relaxing, and educational. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the Long Beach area!

The dinosaur and mammal exhibits were truly impressive. Although it's a county-level museum, it was built in the 1920s and has a rich history. It allowed us to learn about nature and also to see how Americans treated nature at that time.

We took our kids there, 3 and 5. Went to the science museum, natural history museum, butterfly exhibit, and then let the kids play in the shade of the rose garden. They were only interested in the shuttle itself for about two minutes, but there were other things to see. They loved the dinosaurs and butterflies. They were entertained for over three hours, which was good. Need to buy tickets in advance. Many things have separate admission fees. I only noticed that parking was $12. Excellent museum, but in the transportation center of the city, so adjust your schedule accordingly.

Ticketing is convenient and quick. The world's first Disney park is a bit old, and the castle looks somewhat shabby, but it's the first one! The fun atmosphere remains undiminished, and the food prices inside the park are reasonable, similar to those outside, and the taste is also good. Visiting both parks in one day is perfectly feasible.

Lakers is the favorite team of most fans. From the Kobe era to the current James-led basketball empire, there is one less game to watch. The live viewing experience is definitely worth the fans to find out.

Managed to catch some big superstar for Lakers outside the arena. Pretty upset as NBA regular season is ended when I visited in June and no playoff games at the time hence I wasn’t able to watch the game in the arena but I’m sure I will be back some day again to watch a NBA game.
