The hotel is new and clean, stuff is very friendly and professional. Everything was very good during our stay. The only unpleasant thing is construction right under windows of sea view rooms. It started at 7 am and was really loud. However, it is definitely not hotel’s fault, and moreover, the stuff provided us another room twice: one on the higher floor and another on the other side of the building, where the sound of construction is almost zero. We really appreciate that! As for location - you will need to use taxi to get to city centre, restaurant and cruise ports, but that’s ok, if you have Grab/Bolt. The prices between VND 45,000 and VND 140,000 depending on distance. N.B. We’ve visited Halong at very low season, so c. 60% of bars/ restaurants were closed and the rest were empty (except for couple of European).

Location is near the international cruise centre where I take my cruise to ha long bay Room was big. As they only left a family room and they given me a family room with 3 beds. But the Aircon cannot be switch on, as maybe it is still winter period. That why the Aircon cannot be turned on. I was quite cold at night. I thought the Aircon can be turned on so that I change the mode to heater mode. I caught a cold and flu on the second day. And was in the room until I felt better. Then I went out for my late lunch plus dinner. Was sneezing thru out the night and with body aches. Overall my stay was still good. I will return to this hotel again as the staff was very pleasant. Fortunately, I had medication on hand.

Needless to say, the cleanliness is very friendly and the information staff speak good English. You have to have a card key to use the elevator, so security is good. It's a bit far from the main street, but it's quiet and the view is good. It's still under development in front, so there are a lot of construction sites, but it'll be even better when it's developed. It seemed like a good idea, and I went early, but they let me check in early without saying anything. The pool was nice, the breakfast was very delicious, and there were a lot of kinds of bread! The saying that it's good value for money seems to be what they're talking about here! I am very satisfied that the bedding is in good condition and all the dishes are prepared in the kitchen. It is nice to have a beer on the terrace, and the Bluetooth speaker is also good!!!🫶🏻🫶🏻 I am much more satisfied than the 200,000-300,000 won per night accommodation!

I was totally blown away by how luxurious this hotel is! Every detail has been carefully designed and the rooms are furnished with great refinement. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up. The location of the hotel is also great, very close to the city center and convenient to go everywhere. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at!

It's easy to find, just walk 200 meters straight on the street directly opposite the port. The service staff can all communicate in Chinese. Although it is a five-star hotel, don’t overthink it. . . There is no socket in the room, so you can only use the bathroom. All services in the hotel do not accept mobile payment, only RMB cash. Absolutely quiet at night. There is a small shopping mall next to it with a coffee shop, CGV cinema, Li Ning, Anta, and Adidas counters. Important things to say three times: prepare enough RMB cash and prepare Chinese-Vietnamese translation software. . . Travel smoothly and worry-free

The hotel itself was great - clean, big and luxurious rooms - but may be better to wait until all the repairs are completed to enjoy the 2 swimming pools, fitness centre and even the hotel room balcony. Some distance away (but walkable) from Sun World entrance but since we were looking for a relaxing stay, we were good where we are with a nice view of the bay and the cable cars crossing over the water.

Unfortunately, we couldn't check in earlier; the room wasn't ready until shortly after 2 p.m. A very nice apartment, large and clean, with everything you need. The beach is unfortunately still empty and unserviced, but it's a great location if you want to start a cruise from here. The view of the sea and the city is just as beautiful as the rooftop bar that's part of the building.

A beautiful hotel with absolutely stunning views of Halong Bay. We were in a twin room on the 12th floor which was quiet at night, with an incredible view of the bay and overlooking the pool - possibly the best view I’ve ever had. The service was great and the staff all very polite, friendly and helpful. There is good variety in the restaurants and prices are reasonable for what you receive. We also took full advantage of the grand spa, which offers a full range of treatments at a reasonable price. The spa staff could possibly have been a touch more professional (there was giggling which wasn’t totally appreciated) and the reflexology was much more of a leg massage, however we still enjoyed our treatments and for the price versus time of treatments we were happy. Location of the hotel is beautiful and away from the busy hustle and bustle of the city, though this means taxis are necessary in order to get anywhere. Hotel staff are very happy to help you organise these taxis though which made things very accessible. Overall a lovely stay and I would certainly stay here again.

The experience on the Erina Cruise was perfect. The boat is very comfortable and beautiful. The room is spacious and luxurious. The bed was perfect, it's a shame I didn't have more time to lie down. The boat provides numerous activities for travelers: fishing, cycling, diving, beaches, live performances, kayaking, heated pool, cable TV, etc. The included meals are very tasty and the service in the restaurant is remarkable. The cleaning of the room was excellent. My special thanks to the employee Lee who was kind and even learned a few words in my language to communicate with me. The music on the boat was very pleasant too. To help other travelers, I leave two tips: 1 - stay for at least 2 nights to make the most of the experience. Ha Long Bay deserves all the attention given. 2 - The internet is quite unstable. If you need to work, consider an alternative to what is offered on board.

A quiet getaway from the hassles of the big city. The staff was extremely helpful to arrange admission to local attractions and services. Highly recommend staying in Tuan Chau for access to the day tours launching from the pier.

The cruise is very nice and clean. The room is spacious and has very nice view. The service is good. They have activities for guests to enjoy like kayaking, cooking class, and dark and bright cave visit. The food provided is somehow decent for me comparing to the price I paid. For 2 days 1 night, they provided a buffet lunch, a set menu dinner and light breakfast and brunch on Day 2. But overall, it was a good experience.

French style, high-end room decoration, comfortable bedding, complete facilities and good quality. The service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. My friend's mobile phone was broken, and the boss drove us to the place where the mobile phone was repaired, and helped us arrange a day trip to Halong Bay and a bus back to Hanoi the next day, which brought great convenience to our trip. I participated in this three-day, two-night trip alone with my two children. Before the trip, the online service staff informed me that it was suitable for children and assured me that I could enjoy the journey. The communication and transfers from Hanoi to the cruise ship were excellent! We arrived in Hanoi at 07:00, but were exhausted and rested in a cafe. Even though we changed our pick-up location on the same day, the luxurious shuttle bus still safely transported us to the pier. During the trip, I am very grateful to all the staff on the Le Journey Luxury Cruise, especially Mark, who took care of us for three days and two nights, and Owen, who took us to Viet Hai Village on the second day. They were thoughtful and provided us with a sense of adventure while ensuring our complete safety. I loved the Lan Ha Bay itinerary, including cycling through the fields, experiencing the amazing fish foot massage, kayaking freely in Lan Ha Bay to explore caves, and walking on the fine sand of the mysterious white beach. Thank you! The cruise room was spacious, comfortable, and fragrant! We could fully immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. The sailing was comfortable, and I loved the cruise route selection, which allowed us to get closer to the beautiful scenery and escape the hustle and bustle. The food on the cruise was also excellent! Whether it was the buffet at lunch, the set menu at dinner, or the set menu at Viet Hai Village, everything was delightful and full of surprises! I highly recommend the Le Journey Luxury Cruise three-day, two-night itinerary for families with children. The activities, such as cycling in Viet Hai Village and the fish massage, made it an unforgettable adventure for the kids!

The service was very good. The response to the additional shuttle bus arranged from Hanoi to Halong Bay was very fast. The bus went to the wrong hotel first that day, but someone could follow up within ten minutes. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the boat. The dining also surprised me. It was good hotel especially beding was so good. Very cozy. We can rent a bike that was useful . Hotel Nas swimming pool and private beach they eun electronic car they take us and return back, too. It was si nice. They gave me informations about booking limousine therefore I can easily move other places Breakfast was nice. But so many people crowded IIt was like a market. But food was nice. The quality of the hotel is pretty good, but I asked the counter if breakfast was available until 10 o'clock, and it was gone at 9:05! It turns out that the counter told me that the breakfast time is Beijing time instead of Vietnam time. After me, two guests arrived without food. It was really unprofessional!
