Hotels With Spa in Ninh Thuan Province, Vietnam

I have been in Vietnam for nearly a month, and i have to say this is probably the best place i habe visited. Instalations are even better than tje pictures, very well kept, beautifull gardens, tranquility and clean rooms. They are also renovating the pool are to have a GYM and an even nicer rsstaurant ( all oberlooking the ocean in a semi private beach!) But the best is the service. All the employees are helpfull and friendly. Special remarks for manager Mis. SAN, she went out of her way to solve all tje problems or request, and gave precise information in everything needed. Managers like that really make a diference. European standards. All in all TTC feels like a piece of paradise on earth. Thank you!

Phan Rang, Ninh Chu was our stop on our way to Nha Trang so we rest here in Hoan My resort. Once we got there, the warm welcoming, the signature cactus drink, from the guest service to the waiter in the breakfast buffet were wonderful. Everything was excellent in our villa with the beach view to the cleanliness, and the rooms were big with a huge bathtub and 2 jars of seasalt ready for relaxing. The smiles were always in their faces ready to serve. I breakfast buffet was excellent from the Michelin’s chef choice and everything was homemade from the freshness taste even the rice cake (bánh căng) ứa specially made with the right amount from combination of fresh rice flour and sweet rice, the savory of it melts in your mouth softly. The jasmine and the mountain range tea aroma made me wanted more and so did my 15 years old nephew. The fruits were fresh, the bread and cake were baked fresh every morning to the homemade Vietnamese yogurt. My family enjoyed and had wonderful 1 night and 1 day here. I would strongly recommended everyone to stay here and enjoy your precious family time. Hopefully, we can be able to come back for more days in our next trip to Vietnam!

The hotel is very good, but it lacks quality compared to the price. 1. Ctrip does not provide airport pick-up and drop-off services. For such an expensive hotel, guests should be informed of transportation methods in advance. I asked Ctrip customer service one day in advance, and they told me it would be 120 US dollars, or I could ask the hotel to take a taxi. But the journey is quite far, it takes 1.5 hours on a mountain road. It was my first time to visit this place, it was a foreign country, I was not familiar with the place, and I didn’t feel that I was enjoying the service of a hotel that costs more than 10,000 yuan a night. It cost 2,000 yuan to book a round trip car, and I didn’t plan for the extra expenses in advance. 2. Ctrip’s bookings do not include any activity packages to help customers better enjoy their vacation. I asked the customer service in advance about the hotel's activities. The customer service said that they would introduce the hotel and give us a book to read after arriving at the hotel. Most of the charges were charged and they did not teach us how to choose. It was not as amazing as what was said online. The service was all like home away from home. I have to call you to communicate and ask. If you don’t think of it or understand it, you won’t be able to play. 3. There are so many people these days. The flight was scheduled for 6:40, but we didn’t get a late checkout. The hotel wouldn’t tell you in advance or ask you where to go. It just introduced us to a restaurant for lunch, and didn’t help us with what we should do. Other activities to pass the time. Overall, for this price, service flexibility needs to be greatly improved, and Ctrip bookings also need to provide packages to guests, especially airport pick-up and drop-off services. Later after I booked, I also saw that the hotel had slightly reduced the price by tens to more than 100 yuan. It was really an unpleasant memory.

The staff are polite, good beds, early dinners, single category, enough to eat, steamed grouper is good, there are more ergolian goods in the sun, and there are more locals on weekends. Anti-mosquito and anti-sai, a fighter among mosquitoes.

After more than 5 years, this time back to Phan Rang to visit relatives. Quite surprised when Long Thuan 4 Sao resort was completed and entered operation. Hurry your hands, scratch your legs and run in to book a check-in room so that everyone knows where Ninh Thuan has developed. The first feeling when arriving here is like a small Phan Rang city with all kinds of food to play, which is Karaoke, Spa, Restaurant located in a large reception hall. I chose the cheapest room type Superior (1 million400) to experience, when I checked in, there was nothing else in the places I went, only different when I stepped into the room, like feeling coming back to Saigon, a familiar feeling very difficult to describe. Next is a 30cm thick bed mattress and a soft draq bed, just want to lie down for a night, a mattress is born for those who like to lie down like me. Looking at the glass glasses full of a wall, if you go in the rainy season, it's really a painful to your hands. Unfortunately, there is not enough time to experience the full services here, but it can't be able to ask for higher ones when most of Phan Rang city people still have to go to earn money in other countries. P/s: Buffet could have improved? I didn't see few dishes like the reviews I read. Everyone should try the cake, which is very good with a dip (it's over too fast, so I haven't had time to take pictures again).
