Great location & bang for your buck. However it is deceiving when booking this as the rooftop is not included in your stay you need to pay to use this pool. Check out is a very long process, took 30 mins to check out so take that in to account so you don’t miss any flights or buses due to this.

Despite being well-presented, this establishment exhibits signs of aging. The room was spacious but require some renovation. It also required a dedicated cleaning crew for daily upkeep as we did a wipe down ourselves and the wet wipes were filthy. We were taken aback to find that our room had not been cleaned after we left that morning at 8 am for an island hopping tour, returning only at 4 pm. Upon inquiring at the reception, we were informed that the cleaning staff concluded their duties at 4 pm that day. However, the location is excellent. It is just a stone's throw from the renowned beach, with numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, and grocery shops in the vicinity. Additionally, it is within walking distance of a shopping mall and a night market as well.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (from August 6 to 8). We really liked the hotel. The advantages we noted were the following: 1). A wonderful rooftop pool. We were especially impressed by the mountain views 2). Large clean rooms. You can see a piece of the sea 3). Good breakfast. There are soups, meat, omelettes, fruits and coffee. Only during our stay there was no regular milk. Only condensed 4). It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea. There are palm trees near the beach that create shade. And you can lie in the shade 5). Excellent massage. We booked the hotel for only 2 nights, since our main hotel was occupied. But when we moved, we continued to go for massages at the Grand Tourane Overall, we highly recommend it for accommodation

The room was spacious, the bed was soft, helping me sleep well on a long trip. I really liked the breakfast here because it had a variety of dishes and was very delicious compared to many places I've stayed.

Great value for the money. The villa has a spacious living room, great for working; a nice small side garden. The territory is nice, green and well maintained. The staff is professional, it's great to see their sincere smiles. Will try to come here with the whole family next time for the vacation.

We stayed here for 18 days. According to the plan, we wanted to stay for a week, but we really liked it and stayed. Excellent, very polite staff, daily cleaning, including wet cleaning. Delicious breakfasts, more aimed at an Asian audience, probably, but still there is something to choose and eat deliciously! The gym, the pool - everything is in good condition. I would like to separately highlight the wonderful spa and professional massage therapists! After this hotel, we went further to the resort and regretted it, it would have been better to stay in Dendro ((

For the price, exceptional. The room did not entirely match the pictures provided as the balcony provided was very narrow, so narrow in fact that a chair could only fit if placed sideways. The furniture in the room was also not well arranged, placed together at the end of the bed. All in all though, for the price, this is really an unbeatable offer. Staff at the desk were friendly and attentive, we encountered none of the issues with waiting mentioned in other reviews. The room was clean and the location was excellent. Despite a minor complaint about the balcony I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Just had to come back and leave a positive review! This place offers great value for money and is very close to the beach. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly; I even noticed them studying Chinese as I was checking out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang.

Unless you want to be walken up early in the morning with some loud music lasting 15-20 minutes.( apparently coming from next door, İ was informed later) Unless, you are a person, unlike me, who can sleep in a windowless room!. There is a window but it faces a wall covered by a green carpet(!). (it would have been fine if website mentioned that this was a restricted room!) Unless you go down to the breakfast a bit late due to the early morning music and pay for it and their so called ” fantastic” breakfast does not even have cheese or toaster for bread or even a warm/hot tea!  Then you will be OK to stay in this hotel. The management should just secretly go to nearby Rigel Hotel (cheaper rate with breakfast included and good swimming pool) and see what a fantastic breakfast is. Well, this shows that management is unable to run this business properly, but feel free to risk it! However, staff at reception were good. They tried to make it up by offering me an upgrade but İ was leaving the town.

It is strange that the hotel is half empty. For its price a good option, staff are all friendly and cute. Hotel is not new but clean enough. Not perfect clean, but to live comfortable. Every day bring water and hygiene. Wai fai is excellent, I work here without problems.
