It’s good to be able to wash clothes, the only thing is that the elevator is a bit high around the altitude.

When we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view. The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again.

In Salt Lake City for medical issues. The front staff was wonderful. Helped us with finding places that would deliver food after a long day at the hospital. Food for breakfast was a great variety and very tasty. Would definitely stay here again. 

My stay at this hotel was exceptional! The level of cleanliness was outstanding—every corner of the room and common areas was spotless, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel itself is housed in a beautiful, high-class building with elegant design and modern amenities, truly exuding luxury. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was a place that values quality. Highly recommended for those who appreciate upscale accommodations!

It was a hotel chain, the breakfast was quite good and the room was very clean. Next time, if you have the opportunity to come here again, you will stay at this hotel. But ask for a lot.

Very nice hotel, staying in the middle of Salt Lake City to Grand Teton for one night, the price is more affordable. The front desk staff is welcoming, the room is clean and tidy, and parking is free. On the night of the check-in, the door was locked with a small problem, the repair was timely, and the candy and mineral water were sent to apologize. People are on the road and feel very warm.

Rent a car from Salt Lake City Airport and stay here for one night and then continue to Huangshi. Here, on the highway, the price of the hotel is much cheaper than that of Salt Lake City. There are Wal-Mart in 5 minutes and costco in 10 minutes. Good place to go, there is McDonald's to solve the dinner, there is a microwave in the room, it is very convenient to buy some food in the supermarket, the breakfast variety is relatively simple, but the food is sure to be no problem, there are meat, eggs, bread, you can also Do yourself as a waffle, a very common gourmet breakfast.
