Honestly it was the best price-quality hotel. It is small and cozy hotel with a pool access from the room. It takes 8-10 minutes to get to the best beach in south Phuket Nai Harn beach. More than satisfied with staying at this hotel. Stuff was really lovely and helped us couple times! Thank you!

This was one of the most unusual and memorable hotels I have ever stayed in. The magic of the hotel truly begins at night when the stunning lighting transforms the entire place into something special. The service was excellent, the breakfasts were delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to create a unique and enjoyable experience. If you are looking for something different and unforgettable, I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at 77 Patong Hotel & Spa in Phuket for three days and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers good value for money. One of the highlights of my stay was the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. They were always helpful, welcoming, and ready to assist whenever needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a nice swimming pool where guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring Phuket. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and comfortable. I would recommend 77 Patong Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Phuket who is looking for a comfortable stay with friendly service and good facilities. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay enjoyable.

We love Karon Beach, and the kids absolutely loved the water slides! This hotel has two fantastic slides that kept our kids (10 and 14 years old) entertained for hours. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, massage parlors, and a promenade nearby – everything you need is right at your fingertips. The hotel is a good, straightforward four-star property. The breakfast was a bit repetitive, but everyone always found enough to eat. As mentioned in previous reviews, the grounds are indeed very densely built up and furnished, but there was still plenty of space, including sun loungers. Upon check-in, the kids were given a map and had to find various locations to collect stamps. Once they returned to reception, they received a small gift. This was a brilliant idea because it immediately familiarized the kids with the hotel's layout, so they knew exactly where everything was. The rooms are a bit cramped. We booked a room with two king-size beds, but we were given one with a child's bunk bed. Our older child (14 years old) is very tall (187 cm), so the bed was too small for him. However, we decided to keep the room ourselves and didn't bother changing because our view was of the pool, while the alternative view was of a fence. Overall, I recommend this hotel; it lives up to its rating and is perfect for families with children. The staff are polite and cheerful.

I've been to Phuket at least 20 times, but this was my first solo trip staying in Rawai Beach. The hotel offered decent value for money. It's a quiet spot, despite being in a busy area, pretty standard overall. The room cleanliness was good, and it was cleaned daily. Breakfast was okay, enough to fill you up. My only complaint is the poor soundproofing of the room's windows and doors. The Spanish-speaking guests next door sat outside their room, drinking, smoking, and chatting until 1 AM. The smoke even seeped into my room, making it really hard to sleep.

Really great hotel! It's beachfront (first line) and a corner hotel in the bay. There are no sun loungers on the beach directly in front of the hotel, but the view is magnificent. The sunsets are incredible! We had a room on the ground floor with direct pool access – wow, highly recommend it! Housekeeping was fine, and breakfast was good with a decent variety. They provided 4 bottles of water every day. It was clean and tidy. There are pools, but we rarely swam in them. It was super convenient to relax on the hotel grounds on the sun loungers and then just walk over for a swim in the sea. Nearby, there's an amazing market (the best on Phuket), and a 7/11 is a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute scooter ride away. The staff were polite.

I really like this hotel. The design has a sporty vibe, both in the common areas and inside the room. The atmosphere feels great and full of good energy. The bed is soft and very comfortable, the shower has strong water pressure with hot water, and the fitness center is fully equipped like a real gym. I didn’t try the other sports facilities though.

LLynnOh 2026.04.28
The hotel is advertised as having a gourmet restaurant, but in my opinion the food did not quite meet gourmet standards. That said, we booked a sea-facing unit and the view was absolutely magnificent — very peaceful and calming. Kamala Beach in general is a quieter area, which we really appreciated. There is a shuttle service provided, but the timing is quite limited. Given the price guests pay for this hotel, it would be better to have more frequent shuttle services instead of fixed timings. That said, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the main street where there are many shops and restaurants, so it is still manageable. One issue we faced was that there was no clear sign or button in the room to indicate housekeeping service, and as a result, we ended up not having housekeeping during our stay. The phone line in the room also needs attention, as there was noticeable disturbance noise when calling reception. Overall, it is a nice place to stay with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere, but there are some service and maintenance areas that management could improve further.

We stayed in a room with direct pool access for 4 nights and had a very warm, welcoming hospitality experience overall. The staff were excellent, but the hotel itself and its facilities were a bit hit-and-miss. The property feels dated and could use some renovation—the buildings show discoloration, and there was mold in the bathroom along with an unpleasant odor, possibly from the septic system. One highlight was the complimentary minibar, which was replenished daily with water, soft drinks, Chang beer, whisky, vodka, gin, snacks, and even a lovely small dessert in the evening. Getting around can be a bit challenging without your own car or motorbike, especially for elderly guests, as the hotel is located on a hill about 15–20 minutes from the town center. There is a shuttle service to and from Jungceylon Shopping Mall, but it only runs every couple of hours and stops at 9 PM. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I’d definitely recommend booking a rate that includes it. The rooftop bar and restaurant are a standout feature, with stunning panoramic ocean views and a great selection of drinks and cocktails.

GGuest UserSpectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing. Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.

EES SoHad a great time while staying at Noku, super b Villa Mint is big and comfortable to stay with friends and family. It even includes snack, fruit and drinks in villa which are complimentary for us to enjoy when we stay by the private pool. Very enjoyable and pleasant! The breakfast at the hotel is a highlight during our stay. It was served in buffet style with egg and noodles station. Although the selection is not super wide, it’s more than enough to enjoy as the quality and the freshness of the food are above average, some of them even exceeded our expectations. Overall, we enjoyed the moment at the hotel so much and we will definitely coming back for vacation again ❤️

AApriltse0508recently stayed at Graceland Resort & Spa in Phuket from May 11 to May 16 with my boyfriend, and it was truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—just steps away from Patong Beach, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the crowds. We loved being able to walk to the beach in minutes while still having easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean, modern, and had a lovely balcony where we could unwind in the evenings. The housekeeping team did a great job every day, keeping everything spotless. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the pool area. The resort has multiple pools, so it never felt too crowded, and there were always plenty of loungers available. It created a really relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a couple’s getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Their service really made us feel valued and taken care of. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options—both local Thai dishes and international choices. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start each day. Overall, Graceland Resort & Spa exceeded our expectations. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and great service. We had such a memorable stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Phuket.

EEnrico888I booked a one-bedroom villa, and after visiting and comparing several units, I truly believe Villa #68 is the absolute best among the one-bedroom options! The layout and size are optimal! The villa boasts a generous 550 sqm, offering huge space and a comfortable layout. It comes with a private pool that directly connects to the beach, making both privacy and the views impeccable. The amenities are also comprehensive: a sauna, indoor and outdoor dual showers, and an outdoor bathtub, instantly delivering a complete resort feel and comfort. The hotel itself has a very natural, ecological island vibe. We saw lizards several times on the villa rooftop and by the pool. At first, it was a bit scary, but they are actually very docile and completely non-aggressive – a rather unique wilderness experience. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. The service was excellent throughout; all staff members were enthusiastic, friendly, meticulous, and attentive. A special shout-out to Liam, who provided dedicated service from start to finish, always responsive, patiently helping us arrange all our needs with professionalism and warmth! However, there are a few objective points that deduct from the overall score: Firstly, the hotel's landscaping and gardening are rather ordinary compared to other resorts in the same category. Most of the public areas are sandy, with sparse and poorly maintained plants, making them generally not photo-worthy. Secondly, the in-room facilities are a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The quality of the fixtures and sanitary ware like the toilet and showerhead feels quite common, which doesn't quite match the Luxury Collection brand positioning. Getting to the island involves a bit of a journey, from the airport to the pier and then a speedboat transfer, but it feels worth it upon arrival. If you're looking for an extra-large private villa, private pool, direct beach access, and excellent service, this place is still highly recommended. However, if you are sensitive to the public area landscaping and the newness of indoor hardware, you might want to do a bit more research.

AAnonymous UserThe resort isn't very big, a rectangular area, and the villa section takes up a significant portion, so there's limited space for activities. BUT! There's a beautiful, uncrowded beach, haha! The coastline is very long, which is a huge plus. The rooms seem to have been renovated; they're a mix of new and old. For instance, some of the bathroom fixtures are clearly old, but the doors, windows, and furniture look new. At the very least, the grout and wall seams have been redone and look pristine. The air conditioning is incredibly efficient, and the room is well-insulated – even after being out with the power off for half the day, it's still chilly when you come back in. The room provides a clothes drying rack on the balcony for dripping wet clothes and swimsuits, which is a thoughtful touch. However, the BBQ buffet dinner, which costs over 2000 THB per person, doesn't include any basic beverages, only water. The BBQ items are so few you can count them on one finger, non-BBQ items on another finger, and desserts/fruits on a third finger. There were only two or three seafood options. My child is sensitive, so after removing what they couldn't eat, spicy dishes, and disliked flavors, there was almost nothing left! Can you believe we couldn't find two dishes they'd dare to eat from the entire buffet? The breakfast selection is much richer than the dinner buffet, and it's only a quarter of the price... but the dishes were exactly the same every day. After two days, we started missing 7-Eleven. This isn't some isolated island with supply difficulties; would it be so hard to come up with more rotating menus? Please offer more variety for guests staying multiple nights.

LLiuyuan~Our family really loved our room during our Chinese New Year trip! 😍 It was very spacious. We booked a family room with a double-decker kids' area and a king bed. It could easily accommodate four adults – perfect for my parents and my two sisters. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were also excellent in terms of space and cleanliness. There was a large balcony overlooking the pool, which extended all the way to the beach – it had such a great vibe. We absolutely adored the overall facilities and environment. In the evening, my elder daughter and I had a spa treatment. It was a bit pricey but acceptable 😁. The guy at the reception was very enthusiastic, and the overall service was great. My dad and younger daughter went to the soft play area, which makes this hotel ideal for family fun. The scenery was spectacular. We visited on the first day of Chinese New Year, and they had a dragon dance 🐉, firecrackers 🧨, and gave out gifts 🎁 to the children. The kids had an absolute blast! Even though we were in Thailand, it felt very much like Chinese New Year. There were yoga classes by the beach, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to join. For service, I'd give it an 85 out of 100. 👍🏼 The front desk had a Chinese-speaking girl who was very thoughtful and helpful, and the doorman was also very polite. However, the restaurant staff and a female attendant folding towels by the pool felt a little lacking. While there wasn't anything overtly bad, their service just wasn't as comfortable as the rest. Everything else was excellent. In summary: The hardware – scenery, accommodation, and cleanliness – was impeccable; the service still has room for improvement.

SShanguangdeyexiThe room boasts standard five-star amenities, feeling neither damp nor outdated. While the ocean view from my room wasn't spectacular due to its lower floor, its proximity to the restaurant, lobby, and pool made getting around incredibly convenient. Breakfast quality was excellent, and the service was impeccable; the Thai smiles always put me at ease. The 'casa' (villa/suite) offered incredible views, and the sunsets and evening glow were stunning. The pool was large, though a bit exposed to the sun with no shade. The main drawback is the location, which is a bit remote – about 2 km from Kamala town, and a taxi to Patong starts at 200 THB. The beach right in front of the hotel was quite poor, with rough, yellowish sand that hurt my feet, and the ocean wasn't great either. However, for a pure resort stay, it's a fantastic choice.

GGuest UserI was quite pleased with the balcony room. There were no strange odors, and the view was fantastic, overlooking the hotel pool. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Karon Beach at 10 AM and 1 PM, but it's best to book in advance at the front desk. If you head left out of the hotel, there are many restaurants with good food that you can try. You'll need to bring your own swimming ring as the hotel doesn't provide them, but there's a shop next to the hotel that sells them, along with waterproof phone pouches.

GGuest UserMy room this stay was incredibly spacious, and it even had a small balcony with a very comfortable sofa – perfect for relaxing. The entire hotel grounds are huge; it takes at least 15 to 20 minutes just to walk around the perimeter. I really liked that expansive, almost forest-like vibe. They also have tennis courts and a spa, which is great. I even booked a tennis session and had a pretty competitive game! The only minor thing is that while the beach is just across the road, the sun loungers there cost 100 baht per day. We also visited Ao Makam, and I found it a bit small, but it had its own private beach which was exceptionally clear. However, since it's not actually *their* private beach, it tended to be a bit dirtier.
