Excellent place quiet location , stayed in Oct 2024. Walk to station is a couple of mins, not too near but not so far. Clean nice cosy rooms . Used storage luggage service after checking out. This costs money but was reasonably priced for 8 hours in my opinion.

A basic hotel in a really good location. Literally 3 minute walk to the Arlanda Express. Also walking distance to the historic center. There was a little bit of noise on the street during the night but not too bad. The only downside was the size of the room. It was the smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen. I could barely move and it’s quite easy to kick the wall during the night while sleeping. It’s nice for a one or two day stay in Stockholm but any longer than this and it’s not a good living space.

Tiffany, the front line staff was friendly and super helpful. I was so amazed by her excellent service. 2 thumbs up! She was not only solve my luggage issue before the room check-in, but also took the initiative to find out the detail info about the local theatre and guided me how to get there. Really thankful to Tiffany. 😄

Chose the hotel for its close proximity to the Central Train Station. Stayed four nights. Room are clean but limited space for two luggages. Amenities lacking… no fridge, no bottled water, no toiletries apart from all-in-one type. No kettle in my room. Services average. They didn’t change our towels or clear the trash as requested on the third day. However they do clean the room for our last night stay. Lower your expectation by at least 2 notches in this country if you are coming from Asia. The saving grace is the breakfast, good choices, but cooked protein limited to just bacon and eggs.

No-frills aiirport hotel. Very easy to get to from the airport simply walk to sky city, terminal four. I wish I had had this information when checking in. The rooms are small. There is an outside pool which is heated to about 28°C. 

A marvellous hotel with mordern infrastructure . Its literally next to the Urisksdal railway station ( 1 minute walk ). Breakfast was marvellous , dinner at the hotel was perfect . The pool was not working duting our visit , it was under some maintanance but we had the chance to use the sauna ( at an extra cost) and it was fantastic . I would definitely recommend .

The room is decent sized, with a comfortable bed. It is clean throughout. There are a gym and sauna on site. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of savoury and sweet. The hotel is located in a business area with only company buildings around so it's very quiet at night. Within a couple of minutes walking diatance there is a shopping centre with everything you can think of in terms of shopping, with a cinema, and access to Kista metro station which is on the line that takes you to the city centre in 20 minutes. I had no issues here as a solo traveller, I felt safe and would 100% return.

There are many kinds of breakfast, and it is delicious. There is a subway station in front of the hotel, which is convenient to various attractions. Just walk to the subway one stop ahead. There are many restaurants to choose from along the way. There is a shopping mall next to and opposite the hotel, and there are also supermarkets for convenient shopping. I visited the scenic spots in the morning and returned to the hotel in the afternoon. The hotel staff provided coffee and cookies in the lobby, which was quite considerate.

The hotel is good and the room is spacious. It is very convenient which it located right on top of the train sttion. It is walkable distance between main sightseeing spots.

Best hotel by far during our trip in Northern Europe. The doorman (from East Europe) who helped us from arrival, to taxi service is super friendly and helpful. He even told us not to take any taxis pulling over at the hotel as they most definitely will over charge us. The location of the hotel is the best and easy to get access to the old town just on foot. Housekeeping team is very professional too and kept our room clean and tidy. We feel bad that we forgot leaving some tips to the room attendant who cleaned our room during the stay which we were planning to do it. We have already recommended this hotel to our family in Canada.

Overall facilities and services are in good condition and staff is friendly.

The hotel is around 1.5 km away from the airport and free shuttle bus to the airport is provided. You don’t have to arrange in advance because it comes very frequently (every 15 minutes). But I did miss the Bus because I didn’t check out the bus departure board to know which bus stop. We arrived late (late for Sweden-standard which is almost 9pm) at Terminal 2 arrival and the WH Smith was already closed. There were no shops/restaurants at the vicinity of the hotel and my only option was the hotel restaurant/room service. There were clementines and free water provided though. But it seems that the water bottles in the mini bar in the room are only free for Radisson Rewards members. When checking-in at the hotel, there was long queue so I decided to use the automatic kiosk. However, I was assigned a bad room (located at another building) and I couldn’t find the room. So we went to the human reception and he assigned us a better room. All in all, even though the check-in process was long, at least I learned how to check-in using a kiosk. The bed was comfortable but I do miss the old experience of just watching TVs in the hotel room. The TV was not connected to local tv channels and therefore our only option was to use the Chromecast and then watch Netflix. The next day, we just checked out online and then dropped off the card at the reception and took the bus to the airport. It was in December so the whole place was covered in snow. Still very magical!

Very good hotel. Location is convenient - to go to the metro 10 minutes, to the center to go 15 minutes. At the price it was more advantageous to stay in this hotel and buy a 3-day travel than to choose a hotel in the center, and to go anyway would have to. Also plus - next to the metro is the bus stop to the airport, which is three times cheaper than the express train to the airport. The hotel itself is modern, there is free entertainment in the hall. The room is minimal. The washing machine was used - very convenient and not expensive. Breakfast is not very diverse, all 3 days ate the same, but in general quite good. Bed is comfortable. The only minus - the windows are not open, and to adjust the temperature in the room is almost impossible - at night it was cool, but at the same time it was dusty.

Good, very good, convenient for business trips

Travelled with my Mum, the room was nice and modern, however the window was left open for quite a while it seems, so the room was chilly to start with but it heated up quite quickly. It was good to have a bath (in twin rooms) and good breakfast selection with a few vegan specific items. Location is convenient as it's just a few metro stops from the centre and there is Lidl and shopping centre near by. Be aware though that getting to the Arlanda Airport is not as quick or straight forward as it seems from proximity on the map, so either plan the exact route ahead of time or a taxi was not too expensive - £28 one way.
