Hotels With Spa in Brasov, Romania

It was the most amazing experience that i had in a hotel until now,at least from Romania,you find everything that you dream of:super good services,all the facilities that you need:spa,billiards,the rooms are amazing,super tasty,various and fresh food at breakfast....an amazing experience,words can t describe what a great feeling I have after this...I can t wait to come back,thank you for all this great experience in just one day 😊🤩

The location is very convenient, almost in the center of the city, where to go is particularly convenient, there are a variety of European-style paintings in the hotel corridor, as well as some traditional decoration, giving a very strong European style. In addition, the room layout is very special, although not large, but the things inside are very complete, the table TV and wardrobe are very convenient, the bathroom shower is also good. The biggest advantage is that there are two public kitchens, not only can you make some coffee and eat yourself, but also sit at the table and enjoy the scenery outside. There are also two extra large refrigerators, which can be conveniently placed in the refrigerator.

Clean room, working air-conditioning, lots of bathroom counter space in the bathroom, comfortable bed. Free parking right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Only negatives were that the mini-bar in room was not cold enough & there was a situation with the nighttime attendant: we tried to set our in room air conditioning to 21°C. The night attendant came up to our room, after having adjusted our room thermometer via his cellphone app (making it warmer) & he seemed concerned that we had set the temperature so low. We had to assure him that this was purpose, as we like our bedroom cold at night. We just thought it was odd that he felt comfortable enough to adjust our temperature remotely, before talking to us first.

Well what can I say about our trip to Brasov and to make our stay even more amazing we found the most beautiful Hotel called Casa Chitic, from the moment we arrived, the level of service and hospitality was exceptional. Location was great, rooms were gorgeous with vintage furnishings. The Hotel is obviously well loved, with the amazing and friendly employees, spottles rooms, fantastic breakfast, attention to details is the Hotels top priority. Five stars from me!

The room is big, the facilities are average, the environment is good, it is in the mountains, the road up the mountain is winding, the breakfast is good, the hotel provides free breakfast, when you book online, just choose no breakfast, in fact the hotel provides it.

Nice room overlooking the square and hill with the Brashov Sign but room was too warm and the air con would only go down by a couple of degrees. Not safe to leave window open as easy to move from one balcony to the next. The bath was very welcome and great views from my room!

We absolutely loved this place. Beautiful, clean, amazing staff and lovely breakfast. Only a 7 minute walk to the Old Town Square and lovely restaurants all under 15 minutes walk. They only do breakfast and their dining room is small so yo have to choose a breakfast time to avoid overcrowding. It appears well managed. Only negative is that the coffee machine is extremely slow. Maybe have another option for guests just wanting hot water for their tea. Nice touch to welcome us with a glass of fizz. I thoroughly recommend this place.

First things first - booked online, pictures looking great , upon arrival the situation changed slightly ... even that we booked the 4 star section of the hotel and we got the room there (it has a 3 star section also, but I doubt I want to know how that is looking like after seeing the 4 star room), but yes you pay like for a 4 star hotel - and in Brasov in the summer - end of July, full holidays season is not a small amount I can tell you. Still , it was suiting a purpose - we only spent 3 nights here so it is not the end of the world. A few ”minuses” - dated furniture showing signs of wear, a slight musty scent despite of the odorants used during house keeping, the minibar overpriced like beyond belief plus the door of the small fridge was not closing properly unless you ”persuaded” it a little bit, shower booth very small by any standard, very average breakfast - to say the least- if spend more than a few days here you just give up on it in have breakfast in the city, plus during breakfast the tables were cleaned between customers with great delay, staff was more busy with their morning chat (and making some very unappropriated comments in Romanian about some Muslim guests attending breakfast - not all your customers are foreigners people! be a bit careful with your tongues.) Some ”pluses” - the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable nothing to complain, hotel was not noisy from my perspective, free parking and we could always find a spot to park, supermarket 2 minutes walking from the hotel, historical center very close to the hotel , 10-12 minutes walk and you are there, they got breakfast, even that is boring and limited in options, at least you got something, very fast check in and check out. And the tropical fish tank in the lobby area is excellent! Overall not a bad option, not 4 star from my perspective - I've seen hotels on 5 continents - this is not 4 ... more like 3-ish ... price to quality ratio needs improvement... still we had a good stay , we only needed a place to sleep and shower so it suited the purpose since the majority of time we were out of the room.

We stayed for 3 nights(Thu-Fry-Sat) Restaurant: Breakfast has a lot of variety and is delicious. The food from the restaurant is great but kind of expensive. Dinks are decent and expensive aswell. For smokers there are only 3 tables that are kind of crowded and the tables were rarely cleaned(especially by the younger staff members who defenetly are highschool level at best) On weekends we had live violin music in the morning. Room: Cleaned every day around the time you should be enjoying breakfast. The sensor lights were broken, either flickering or non functional. Minibar was filled. Small balcony, good for smokers. Pool: One medium sized pool and 2 jacuzi with warm water ~35°C On weekdays you have more than enough spce but in weekends its so crowded you have no space if you don't show up at 10:30 when it opens. The drinks were smaller at the same price. Also the younger staff rarely goes further that the first 3-4 chairs(next to the entrance) to take orders. Parking: Free but limited at the hotel,you also can park on the street but its really steep and some drivers cand ram the cars that are parked in front of them.

Went for the Christmas offering. Arrived at 1PM, room was ready. Attention to detail in having a small welcome gift from some sponsors in the room. Towels changed daily, liquid soap available, hot water for showering. Did not get the balcony room due to lack of availability, but the view was still good. Food was OK but did not have that touch of ”being different”. Just plenty and good to eat. The band that was hosted for the 3 night stay was OK but did not really interact with the public and there was not really any space to dance. Ionut at the cocktabil bar is very friendly and can give you some recommendations for something new. Santa came with a small gift for the kids even though we prepared beforehand with our home brought gift. Last but not least, the water and coffee included were also nice to have. The only issue I have is that the pool was not heated enough for my taste and I am really not that kind of person that freezes in a 21 degree heated pool. The heat was coming mainly from the radiators.

The hotel is located near the top of the street that goes up to the edge of the forest, so beware the bears. The parking places are enough but they cannot fit the number of visitors is the hotel is more than half full, so it will be difficult to find a spot if you leave for the day or arrive late. The rooms have dated furniture and the dust could use some more cleaning, but the room overall is OK, with hot water running but you'd have to wait a while for it. The restaurant servings are ok and BF is very good, especially the pastries. We've had a karaoke singer singing the night we stayed over. The director is Lebanese so you have some Lebanese food servings in the menu, which are made kind of half restaurant-half fast-food style. There is a mini-park for the kids to play and some cradles to the side if you go down a few tens of meters from there. You can do SPA and pool, but haven't tried them. For the money we paid it's OK or if you wish to pay less but for an at most average experience.

Great service, breakfast was good, room was fine, plenty of free parking...restaurant was good...Staff was great... My issue is they use the name Ramada and Google maps lists it as : ”Ramada by Wyndham” but then I went to check out I was told that I would not be earning rewards for my stay...How can this establishment use the name Ramada but not acknowledge Wyndham rewards??? The main reason I selected the hotel was when I drove by I thought ”great I will earn some more rewards for staying here”...I am very disappointed they can use the name but not offer the rewards....
