Extremely dated and poor quality hotel. Poor furniture, stained chairs and sofas. Don’t bother looking out of the window, you overlook a function hall. Restaurants are tired, staff uniform is appalling throughout this hotel. The number of complaints these guys have must really effect the morale of the staff. Management seriously need to compare themselves to any 3/4 star hotel and they will see where they going wrong. They need to invest in bedding and towels iron and iron boards and overall basic improvements and better quality of standards. The best part of the stay is the housekeeping staff, they made the best job they could with the old dated bathrooms and carpet. I have to stay another few days, let’s see if things improve.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at ramada murree, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Ok nice hotel. But reception team need to buckle up for excellence service. The duty manager very professional but the rest of other team really need to go for more training unless the hotel don’t mind to keep losing international clients The housekeeping manger also need to be praised for his quick action to relax angry customer when a lot of his staff made petty mistakes. Overall I give 7.8 out of 10.

A very pleasant stay all-round. The entirety of what I personally witnessed during my stay at hotel Nova, from the room and ensuite, to the lobby and 5th floor breakfast area was that it was impeccably clean, and as for the overall design, it was certainly to my taste, with crisp decor throughout. The room was well sized and included all the necessities, and beyond that already stipulated was the professionalism and intelligent mannerism of the owner who was very welcoming. As such I would of course recommend this hotel to all those seeking a comfortable stay in Lahore.

The room service and laundry were really efficient. Although they have some run down older rooms, there are also large beautiful rooms available with hairdryer and wardrobe. The air conditioner worked well. The breakfast was decent. The downside was no hot water.

The breakfast is average, the hotel is in a good location, facing the zoo, I am very satisfied with it, at least here in Pakistan, this hotel is good. It's a bit expensive, and hotels that love Islamabad look more comfortable. There is a hot pot! ! ! ! All in all I am satisfied😃

The breakfast is average, the room is small and the facilities are outdated. Normal people don't live here. The service is very strange, I have reported to the general manager of the hotel because the waitress sexually harassed me. There is nothing around, it is very inconvenient to travel. It is not a place suitable for tourist accommodation, only if necessary for business activities. 4 star standard can't be higher
