Well kept and clean.Even though the room was small, but the amenities provided is sufficient and well stocked.The location is very good,nearby food court and within walking distance to Komtar.Highly recommended.

This is my second time staying in Parkroyal Penang, everything was fine, except the bathroom water trap, shower half way the water stucked there, I think the housekeeping should clean the trap for a regular basis to avoid it to happens. Breakfast session was quite crowded although it was not holiday season, foods was average, there are plenty more can be improved. I personally like the beach very much especially on sunset. I will definitely be back again in near future.

Our regular hotel whenever we visit Penang. Hotel is clean and just beside New Lane Night Market (except Wednesday). The only downside is the swimming pool comes with lots of crows and pigeons. Hope the hotel management can set up some netting or so to prevent the birds from coming to the pool. Anyway thanks everyone. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

The good: No deposit upon checking in, check in and out was a breeze, parking provided, the room carpet is clean and centralised aircond cools the room very quickly, the bed and bedding is comfy, cleanliness is tiptop, there's a pool and gym that's nice, and the TV channels were decent The bad: Did not validate my car plate and upon driving out, i was charged rm60+ for overnight parking. this was sorted out very quickly but was a hassle, the entrance to room from the parking lot is weird and not disabled friendly. Overall, i had a good rest at st giles wembley at a decent price. Joined the membership and got a nice cup of coffee at the lobby. I got a room near the lift, so there were noises outside thus the soundproofing is not very good. But felt safe and the clean room feels good. A solid 4 out of 5, could have been better if it came with breakfast minus the hiccup at parking fees.

Hello there! My kids had a wonderful stay at this hotel.we stayed at room with pool access, easy and convenience for my kids and myself. The amenities is good, location is just nice.

Love the room space as there's 3 of us. Good location near to yummy food points. Water point outside the room to reduce plastic bottles. 👍🏼 However, the room TV is too small, and it's not a smart TV, came with very limited channels. Gym is small, equipment is spoilt. Pool is also v small. If you don't mind all these, Hotel Neo+ is definitely a place where you can consider. Worth the money.

Location is awesome..near to nearby attraction such as TOP KOMTAR, First Avenue Shopping Mall,l and Prangin Mall. Walkable to Chowrasta Market, The Famous Penang Laksa and The Famous Teow Chew Chendol.

The hotel is very old located in the center of George Twon closer to seaside. I have booked family room. Space and lay out is ok but 2 issues, 1 the inner parents room has a large empty space by the window (seaview the say but hardly seeing tho) we were puzzled why no pair of sofa chairs with a tea table, what is this space for? Super odd... 2 the connecting door for two rooms doesn't close well, not saying the lock doesn't work, no no, the door can't even able to be fully shut. Services is almost zero. Don't count on it. All in all besides the location and fact has family room options, I don't have anything else to write home about this hotel. Oh and the sound proof is zero too, not saying between our 2 rooms. I basically had bad sleep whole 4 nights stay cos outside in the hall almost never stopped having doors open/shutting and people loudly talking/walking by noises... Won't book again.

We had initially booked the Serene Suite but upgraded to the Luxury Suite upon arrival as we wanted a bath tub. Had the best experience in this hotel. Service was impeccable. The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and hospitable. Rooms were always cleaned on time and requests made were seen to asap. We would definitely stay here again. Location of this hotel was perfect. We could walk to most places we went to around Georgetown. Hardly any traffic which made things much easier.

Location of this hotel is very good. Gurney Paragon mall, Gurney Plaza, Coco Island and hawker foods are within walking distance. We like the night market which took us 8-10 mins walk from hotel. Also Penang Hill, George town art street, Penang Road Famous Laksa and Moh Teng Pheow Nyonya Koay are nearby. Cleanliness also good and staffs are friendly too. Recommend to stay here.

Great location, friendly front desk staff and housekeeping staff. Nice lobby area. Rooms are clean and spacious. I wasn’t given a city view or garden view, but it’s ok. Good toilet amenities.

Gambar kedai ni, betul2 tepi hotel ni. I am booking for room for no windows and 1 queen bed. Room condition is clean and tidy. Is just no TV. For television, playroom for kids, iron board is provided on floor 2 specific room near lobby hall.

Bayfront Beach Resort was a wonderful getaway! The beachfront location was perfect for relaxing, with stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. Customer service was top notch, very friendly staff. Special thanks to Ember who helped to change our room nearer to the lift as our elderly folks are not able to walk far. Breakfast was superb, lots of variety. Bed was comfy, we had lovely snooze. They even have a kids club where your kids can spend some time playing in there - a rare feature even among 5 stars hotel nowadays. Swimming pool is shaded by the hotel building in the morning so we could swim till noon and don't even feel any heat from the sun, but the opposite happens during the evening where the sun is fully blazing down on the pool. We went during the weekdays so there were less people but during weekends, you could barely swim around. Now on the not-so-good things - the car park is all stairs, no ramp, totally not friendly to the elderly and had to carry my luggage through the stairs. And you still need to pay RM 3 per day for it!! The hotel is across the road from the beach so you have to walk across a bridge and a deep long stairs down to get to the beach and it is quite dangerous, esp for kids and elderly people. All in all, we enjoyed our time there but there are many better hotels around Batu Ferringi.

I stay in hard rock over than 10 times , lagoon deluxe room , I very like it ,comfort , especially the food...mamamia ....very nice...for my kids swim and play it's such a good an relaxing place for my family

We recently stayed at Shangri-La Rasa Sayang in Penang for three nights, and it was an exceptional experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The food was fantastic. The ambiance of the resort is perfect for relaxation. We stayed in the Rasa Wing, which offered access to the adult-only pool—a serene and peaceful retreat. All the pools were beautifully maintained, and we truly enjoyed spending time there.

For our trip to Escape Theme Park, this accommodation was perfect! (Location wise) The host thoughtfully switched on the air conditioner and lights before our arrival, making us feel comfortable and welcomed. The spacious layout more than enough for our group of 3 families (10 people in total). The photos shown accurately reflect the unit. Cleanliness was spot-on, and the most impressive part was the bed comfort, it was of excellent quality. All the pillows smelled fresh, and everything was well-prepared. The only minor was the RM500 deposit, which is only returned 3 to 5 days after checkout, and I had to send a reminder to the host on the 6th day. I'm used to receiving the deposit back the day after checking out. However, this did not affect our stay at all, overall, it was a great experience with the unit! Most importantly, thanks to the Trip platform for the worthwhile promo price!
