The location is very Good which just next to KB Mall, one of the shopping complex in Kota Bharu. And next to it is Starbucks. The staff are very polite & friendly. Just one thing need to improve was the room's windows. The owner need to do the maintenance for the room's windows as it's not sound proof.

They are so generous. we booked for 2nights, 1st day stay not very satisfied, room smell tabacco, and previous persons' stuff was there. we asked for vacuum housekeeping due to my allergies to dust. then next day, they offered me upgraded room. we are so happy. breakfast great, so many selections. should try roti tiptop and kacang pool.

Tok Aman Bali my fav place to staycation because not so far from myhome.. Tapi semalam pergi dia punya kebersihan tak terjaga.. Contoh kawasan perjalan kaki berbau busuk sampah.. Masa breakfast boleh pula kucing termuntah dalam restoran.. Bilik air pula bertakung disebabkan air mandian tak keluar dari lubangnya.. Hope next time perbaiki lagi kebersihan tu.. Sy peminat tegar di tok aman bali..

The hotel is strategically located at centre of Kota Bharu and opposite kelantan river. Walking distance to Muzium Perang (Bank Kerapu), other few museums & Restoran nasi ulam cikgu. There is a few food stalls open at night near the hotel. Cannot expect much for amenities but the hotel did provide body wash in the toilet but no shampoo. Still feel safe as solo female traveller. Plus point the hotel has elevator & water refill machine on every floor if im not mistaken. The downside maybe the hotel’s hallway seems a bit gloomy & musty. No window hence the musty smell in the room as well. However, i would definitely choose this hotel again if i ever come to Kota Bharu considering its location & price wise.

1. The owner: need to improve on ‘friendly’ when dealing with customer - replying customer’s message asap - owner need to be more alert 2. Lift service - very bad experience - first time rent TROIKA - lift service already stuck for more than hour - where many rental need to wait at lobby (I thought TROIKA still new?) - What happened to lift maintainence service? 3. Why not put coffee/tea, sugar at proper place on table (as welcoming guess to the residant - just suggestion) 4. Guards - very friendly and always smile (credit for them) Overall - not bad But got room for improvement in future…. Sicerely Guess room 18-10

Liked our choice of Prestige 1-bedroom apartment (Block A13-10 18th floor) in the Sky River Front building behind Ibis Hotel. Newly painted and very clean. Has separate bedroom and bathroom to main lounge, dining and kitchen area. Had a balcony, WiFi and off-street allocated parking. Towels and toiletries are provided. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle. Cutlery and crockery is also supplied. Swimming pool was nice and clean. The only negative is that there is no place to cook. It would be nice is an appliance was supplied for this purpose.

We were on a short trip to Gua Musang. Booked Durian Hill and was hoping that it looks just like it does in the photos. The villa was clean and spacious. Checking in was a breeze. Not too far from town center about 5 minutes. Quiet area. You must have your own car to get around. Only thing that was not pleasant was the limited TV channels. Most (90%) of the time it had no signal. Otherwise its a nice and comfortable place to stay, no second thoughts.
