Hotel Harmonia by Dukley

This place, calling itself a ”hotel,” was a disaster, with a long list of terrible things. The roof-pool you see on the hotel's pictures isn’t actually located at another hotel, and it was not mentioned at all! You need to climb about 200 meters to reach the other hotel where this pool is (although they offer as well driven cart to the other hotel). Once you get there, you can ”win” the second row of the pool's beds because you don't belong to this specific hotel- meaning they are making you a second-class guest. Moreover, there was no shampoo provided at all at the bathroom, only body soap. The AC was not working well. The temperature did not go below around 24 degrees even though I had set it to 19 degrees. As a result, I sweated throughout the night and couldn't sleep well. The hotel claim that the sun affected the temperature, but the curtains were closed, and there is no sun at night! To add to the misery, there was no hot water in the shower one evening at 7pm. I was told to wait and check again at 10pm, only to be informed that the issue was fixed. But, as you might have guessed, it wasn't. When I request to use another room's shower, they told me I couldn't and suggested I wait a little longer. I asked the reception to consider a compensation, but they completely refused. When we got back home, I emailed the hotel's chain management to get a real reference about this whole stay, and they did apologized, but could not offer me any refund because I didn't book our stay directly from the hotel. Instead, they did offer me a next stay discount- which I will never use of course. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review for a high score 4 stars rated hotel. In my opinion save yourself the trouble and avoid staying there or any other place connected to their name. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review. ps, attached a pic' of the toilet that was located at a narrow place to sit comfortably enough.
Hotel Villa Gracia

Just got back from our 7 night stay in Villa Gracia, we just loved every single day of our stay. Everything was perfect, starting with great location of the hotel -everywhere we went we didnt have to walk more than 15 minutes- main bus station, beach buses station, waterfront, old city, shops, restaurants or our favorite beach in Budva-Mogren 2. Literally 50m away we had a bakery and a late working small shop (22h) in case we needed anything or wanted a snack. Next, breakfast was fresh and tasty and two ladies working there were super nice and attentive, it was a real pleasure eating on a lovely small terrace every morning. It was not a problem to both of them to bring us anything we asked for (like boiling eggs for my husband ;) ) although the breakfast area was packed with guests and busy. Thank you both, you are lovely :) Room was large with a big closet ,comfy bed, cute balcony, kettle, fridge, equiped with everything we needed. Clean and spotless. We had good night sleep, Villa Gracia is centraly located but in a quiet street with not so much traffic or noise. Least but most important-owner and the staff, everyone was polite, superfriendly and helpful, providing us tips on finding beaches, restaurants, printing our bus tickets etc Me and my husband travel a lot and stay in all kinds of hotels and accomodations, from budget to five star and these guys are top notch <3 One of best small hotels we stayed in, and if we come back to Budva we will stay here again, and I warmly recommed this place to everyone. We had a wonderful holiday, thank you!

This hotel is a solid 10/10!!! From the amazing staff to the great breakfast, location, cleanliness, restaurant… everything was perfect!! I don’t remember the names of the two female receptionists who work from 8am-3pm but they were so kind and helpful! ZUK the later shift receptionist was always ready to help and recommended some amazing eatery spots! In the restaurant, Marko and Nemanja always made me feel so comfortable and I ended up going there in the evenings for drinks just to hang out with them because they were truly the kindest and sweetest staff ever!!!

The hotel's breathtaking ocean views were simply mesmerizing. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing and being able to enjoy a cup of coffee while overlooking the sparkling blue waters was a dream come true. The room itself was elegantly designed with a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable.
Boutique Hotel Vissi d'Arte

Hotel Vissi d’ arte One of the best hotels I have ever experienced!! I would deliver huge thank you to every one who organized our anniversary stay! I highly recommend this hotel to EVERYONE who visits Budva! I usually prefer branded hotels like Rits/One&Only/Four seasons, I and my boyfriend found this precious hotel by accident and it turned out we made the best decision for our trip. I would say everything was on the point but most of all the staff and customer service are exceptional. • Even before check in the team called my bf to brief about the hotel stay and wished for a safe trip until check in. • Upon arrival the whole team welcomed us and briefed about hotel facilities and services. • Every time we entered the hotel the whole team was so attentive and engaging with us friendly, offered drinks and towels. • We found surprise everyday which the whole team prepared, • When we entered they had a cute welcome surprise on the table with fresh flowers and complimentary wine and some fruits. • Next day the team prepared surprise anniversary event with balloons our name on it and beautifully decorated cakes and champagne and some fruits. It was so impressive that we felt it was prepared with genuine kind heart, effort and time. (I took 10000+pictures) • If you like taking pictures you will find so many picture spots in this beautiful hotel. • When we left hotel they gave us really thoughtful farewell presents with warm words which melts my heart. • Again, thank you so much too all! • The location of the hotel is like perfect in the middle of Budva and 3mins walk from old town where all these to be seen places are. • There is really popular lounge bar at the back of the hotel which you can easily go down and enjoy night life in Budva. • Also there is really cute clothing shop called Nina’s collection downstairs of the hotel. • The view is the BEST you can get from any hotels in Budva. • The moment we entered the room I couldn’t stop wowing at the view of whole Budva skyline and the port. • The room we stayed had a pretty little garden in the balcony which protected privacy from other rooms and at the same time gave us feeling of relaxation. Sometimes butterflies and bees came to the flowers in the garden. • Interior design is really tastefully done starting from the bed. • I should mention about the bed that this hotel use one of the best bed brands in the world which is Hastens Switzerland. I am very sensitive sleeper which quality sleep means lots. I slept like a baby and was fully charged for the next day adventure in Budva. • Also they use Molton brown for the amenities, which is my favorite bath brands. • TOP quality food and services, that you can choose your breakfast time and menu from SO MANY options including healthy options. • They deliver into your table in the room which is beautifully decorated. • Everything was so tasteful and fresh, not even one jam was not tasty. • For those who enjoys healthy breakfast will find a big
Hotel Budva

Excellent hotel. Cosy, clean, everything is organized and thoughtful. Free parking, beach 100 meters. The room is small but with everything necessary (teasers and free water in rooms are apparently not provided throughout Montenegro). Breakfasts are excellent, delicious and saturated, a pool with sauna on the second floor. The only thing if you go to bed early is to take the rooms with a parking view (they are without a balcony, a view on the sea, but no one will walk and sing songs at night under the balcony). Special thanks to the Russian-speaking girl on the recipes - instantly and inexpensively increased the category of the room, and simply very beautiful!
Splendid Conference & Spa Resort

The hotel is quite good, with rich facilities and a private beach. Unfortunately, many activities are not open in winter, and the spa is almost not included in the room rate. The breakfast food was okay, but the restaurant staff had a very bad attitude and kicked people out before they finished eating. Can help you book a ride.

The room is large, with indoor floors, very clean, with a terrace, and convenient transportation
Monte Casa Spa & Wellness

Much of this hotel was impressive as was the location. The room was good, the A/C worked and hot and cold water were up to scratch. The hotel was quiet and staff whilst not over enthusiastic were not disinterested. Breakfast was plentiful if a little predictable and the cooked options were very greasy but tolerable. The bar being closed at 10 was disappointing. Our main complaint was the pool. A big 5 floor multi roomed hotel had a tiny pool with maybe 20 sunbeds and whilst there were notices saying 'towels would be removed' from beds without people on them this was not the case. The sun begins to disappear into the shade from midday and is totally gone by 3pm which demonstrates a basic design fault with a hotel catering for an influx of sun seeking tourists.

Just home after the most wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Budva. We flew into Podgorica, about an hours drive, we took a taxi/ transfer. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed and given complimentary champagne. The lobby is beautifully tasteful. The lady who checked us in was most polite and helpful, truly an excellent example of what front of house should be at a 5 star hotel. Our room (203) was on the second floor, to the side of the hotel, immaculate and spacious, so well presented. Bathroom was also spacious with complimentary toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner in large bottles (a huge plus as a travelling female) Room had very comfortable bed, a seating area and a large balcony also with seating area. Coffee machine and kettle provided, as was a well stocked minibar. Robes and slippers in the wardrobe were top quality. Everything about the room was top quality. We ordered room service on our first evening and this was very generous, presented perfectly. Breakfast was buffet style and catered for all tastes and choices, very fresh, well stocked and well organised breakfast session. The rooftop pool restaurant and bar area was fantastic, we spent a lot of time up here taking in the stunning views, enjoying lunch and reasonably priced drinks. The pool was clean and very well maintained, more of a spa type pool than a hotel pool. Lunches that we enjoyed consisted of pizzas, Italian thin style and delicious, so fresh. We also ate in the rooftop restaurant one evening, my husband had the prawns with vegetables, and said they were the best prawns he had ever eaten. Beautiful ambiance of an evening on the rooftop. The old town is approx 20 mins walk away, and nice for a stroll around, we however, couldn’t get enough of this fantastic hotel, and spent most of our stay here. Thankyou to each and every member of staff who made our stay so amazing, our first visit to Montenegro, and we will most certainly return. Wonderful hotel.
