"Each and every thing is perfect about this hotel must visit. If you get room with ocean view its best if not than go to top floor they have infinity pool unforgettable experience you will feel like you are leaning in the ocean. No more words to describe. The stay was absolutely fabulous! The room, the sea view and the view bath was top notch! First stay at granbell and what an experience it was! The sunset with the infinity pool was another world! Also, not to forget the warm welcome we received from the Front Desk Staff, they gave us the Perfect first impression of the Hotel and the final send off was so friendly as well."

"Overall pleasant stay at Cinnamon that I'd totally recommend to anyone and stay again myself. A comfortable bed, nicely sized room, beautiful property, convenient location, such friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast are just some basic memorable facts about our stay for 3 nights. The bakery downstairs, Plates restaurant, and the mall next door just add on to the comfort of the stay at Cinnamon Grand. To top it all off, we upgraded our stay to the executive floor, and accessed the lounge to enjoy a variety of mouth-watering snacks (that changed everyday) and took 2 free laundry/day offering. It couldn't get any better!"

"I really made the right choice; it was incredibly clean and comfortable, totally worth the four-star price and quality. The breakfast was very generous. Most importantly, everything felt new and cozy, unlike the dampness you get in older hotels. This place was clean and dry, which is quite rare. The lunch buffet was 3800 per person including tax, and I felt it was excellent value for money with a great variety of food. For 700, it included breakfast, and they even let us check in two hours early and extended our check-out to 1 PM. I absolutely loved it!"

"Our family of three checked into the hotel during the first week of May 2025. Unfortunately, our overall experience was underwhelming. Room service was disappointing, our order was incorrect, and we chose not to send it back as we assumed it would take a long time to receive the correct one. It also took three separate calls just to receive the room service menu. Additionally, we were charged for ice despite having an active room service food bill, which felt unreasonable. When we inquired about evening entertainment (Friday eve), the front desk assured us a live band would be performing, but this never happened. It appeared the resort seems to operate with minimal staff, which may explain the drop in service quality. On a positive note, we were warmly welcomed by a great host at check-in, and the barman at the pool bar made excellent cocktails and provided friendly service. Hopefully, this could be just a rare slip-up."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Jetwing Sea, Negombo Our family stayed at Jetwing Sea from 11th June 2026 to 17th June 2026, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel offers beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, spacious and well-maintained rooms, and a wonderful atmosphere that made our vacation memorable. A special note of appreciation goes to Mr. Kelum Jayawera (General Manager), whose professionalism, leadership, and warm hospitality were evident throughout our stay. His dedication to guest satisfaction is reflected in the exceptional service provided by the entire team. "I stayed here for a few day prior to a tour starting. The room was spacious and I had a nice view of the beach/pool area. The hotel is very well kept and was in a good location, within walkable distance to lots of restaurants and convenience stores. The beach bar staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping and pool attendant were extremely friendly. The food at breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious. It was very relaxing couple of days which was exactly what I was after. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Decided to return to this hotel again before flying out of Negombo. It’s close to the airport and therefore very convenient. They have a good selection for breakfast buffet and always a nice waterfront view with a swimming pool."

"A good value hotel . Nice pool on the roof with a nice bar. It's in a very convenient location, near the Bambalapitiya railway station and some decent shops. Unfortunately the service was poor , they would take the towels away whilst cleaning the room and not replace them, I had to keep chasing the cleaners and reception to get towels . The balcony door had no lock or latch in it so it was open all the time and at night time that let the mosquitos in . Overall though it was value for money ."

"Fantastic location on the beach with the most delightful staff that was very friendly. Breakfast and afternoon tea was great, and the room service tasted delicious. Even the man that serviced the room learned my name and said hello every time he saw me. Some minor errors on the part of the staff when it came to accuracy. They placed me in the wrong room initially, and then they forgot my beer when I ordered room service. Everything else was great. Lived up to the hype."

"I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Colombo, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The room was extremely spacious, honestly one of the largest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in within Colombo. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The room included everything you might need—tea and coffee facilities, toiletries, toothbrushes, and more. The bed was very large and comfortable, and the TV, office table was huge as well. All the facilities such as the lights, air conditioning, and fan worked perfectly, so we had no issues at all. Our room was on the 8th floor (top floor) and we had a nice view overlooking the Galle Face Hotel with a small view of the ocean. The location of the hotel is also excellent since it is very close to Galle Face Green and many other attractions in Colombo, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The check-in process was smooth, and they welcomed us with a refreshing welcome drink. One thing to note is that the security procedure is quite strict. When we had guests visiting our room briefly, they had to provide their IDs and go through a security check. It was the first time I experienced this in a hotel, but it is understandable since it helps maintain safety. Although we booked bed and breakfast, we later asked if we could add the dinner buffet, but unfortunately it was already full. However, something very kind happened later that night. My mother wanted chicken congee, so we asked the room service staff if it was available. Even though it was not on the menu at that moment, they were kind enough to prepare and send us a bowl of chicken congee. It was a very thoughtful gesture, and we truly appreciated their kindness. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a very wide variety of food, and everything we tried was delicious. My family has always liked the buffets at Ramada, and this time was no different. They also had live cooking stations, and the staff there were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, everything about the stay was great. The room, service, location, and food were all excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. It is absolutely worth the price and offers great value for money."
