The location of the hotel is very good. It is right next to the pedestrian street. It is just downstairs. It is about a five-minute walk from Hongren Market. It is very convenient. There is a Lawson convenience store on the ground floor of the hotel. The hotel has an independent passage to the convenience store without having to step out of the hotel. It is very convenient. After returning to the hotel, you only need to check in with your room card to open the door to the independent passage, which is very convenient. I booked a deluxe double room this time, but the hotel still asked me if I would like two single beds or a king bed. In the end, I answered yes Double bed room, after entering the room, there is the bathroom area first, with dry and wet separation, and then there is a sliding door to enter the room. The room is very spacious, the large bed is very comfortable, in addition to the workbench, there are two small sofas and coffee tables. The big luggage can be opened and there is a passage. I am very satisfied with the hotel.

I have tried two types of apartments, both of which are suitable for a family of three with children. The room is spacious, the hotel breakfast is healthy, especially the juice is nutritious and delicious. Laundry is free, but there is nothing to eat nearby, and it takes seven or eight minutes to walk.

I stayed here on a solo trip. The location is very convenient for travelling by tram, and it's perfect for travelling to tourist spots or to the airport by express bus, leaving your luggage at the hotel and getting around. The hotel staff were also very kind. The cleanliness was also satisfactory, and it was perfect for a reasonably priced stay mainly for sightseeing. I'd like to stay here again the next time I'm in Kochi.

I stayed here for two nights. When I made the reservation, I had to go through a different travel agency, so I had to go through the accommodation procedure for each night, but the front desk was kind enough to treat it as consecutive nights. I was very satisfied with everything, including the room, dinner, large public bath, breakfast buffet, and Yosakoi time. I will definitely stay at OMO7 Hoshino Resort Kochi next time.

When we first arrived the front desk told us that we reserved a smoking room. In the trip.com booking it does not say so though. The front desk said all similar rooms for non-smoking were booked out. We went up to the room but it smelled so bad that we asked agin for a different room showing them the booking. According to the hotel the booking was not directly forward to them by trip.com but by a different service therefore it varied from our actual booking. They were nice enough to give us a different room which was non-smoking. Unfortunately the room still smelled strange - at least no smoke smell. Additionally there was almost no hot water coming out from the tap. In the photo the hot water was fully turned on. Another issue was the parking. The one night stay fee was 1000 Yen (not for 24h). We checked out at 11 a.m. but decided to eat lunch in town and leave the car at the hotel parking. We took out the car at 2 pm and had to pay an additional fee of 1200 yen.

Within 5 minutes walk from Kochi Train Station to the hotel. Not much eateries in the immediate 5 minutes radius but if you take a 10 minutes walk down or 5 minutes tram ride, you can find an entire street of local shopping and eateries. Do visit the Hirome Market and Kochi Castle which is nearby too! Hotel receptionist do not speak much English but they are super hospitable and easy to communicate via English with them using an amazing translation device they have! Had to do luggage delivery service and they were super helpful! Would definitely stay in this hotel the next time we visit Kochi!

Although it takes appoximately 10 minutes from JR Kochi Station / JR高知駅 on foot, still has nice access to Hirome Shijo Market / ひろめ市場 where you can enjoy local specialty, bonito. Their staffs were great!

It was in the downtown area!! I wanted to go to the famous gyoza stand Yasubei, and after looking into it, I found out it was only a short walk away, so it was super convenient! There were lots of bars nearby, so it was the best place to enjoy Kochi at night!! The hotel felt a bit old, but it was cleaned and well-maintained, so it wasn't a problem!! I'd love to use it again!

The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views! The hot springs and breakfast are also very good. We didn't order dinner, but asked the hotel front desk clerk (a white-haired old man), who enthusiastically introduced nearby restaurants and sent us to the restaurant (the restaurant was responsible for sending us back). The small family restaurant is also very good, delicious and cheap! The hotel is a bit old, and our room was renovated. There are free coffee and other drinks in the lobby (alcoholic beverages are charged)

Sansuien is a very traditional, famous hotel in the center of Kochi. Many locals also come to the hotel to eat. The bath is very comfortable. It is a local hot spring♨️. The breakfast is also great. After leaving the History Museum, Kochi Castle, Hiroto The markets are very close and it is recommended to stay here.

Close to JR station and booked a Japanese tatami room. There were about 9 tatami rooms, so I was lucky to stay for 2 nights. It was nice to have a large bath. In particular, the staff were very friendly and gave a lot of advice and help on the trip. The only inconvenience was the stairs at the entrance of the hotel.

Traditional Japanese hot spring hotel, you can get there first by car Showa era, service was very good Japanese breakfast, because I don’t eat fish, when I went on stage, I changed it to tamagoyaki after some communication. Have a cup of free coffee Hot spring is OK, hot enough

The staff is very friendly and very likable. The room is also very spacious. It is located in the center of Lujiyuan Town. Although it is difficult to reach by public transportation, it is very convenient for sightseeing. Breakfast is a bit strong for Kansai people, but it is delicious. It’s hard to understand that coffee after a meal costs 400 yen... This is not the hotel’s fault, but the designer’s responsibility, but there are many ”???” parts in the room. For example, the lack of power (there is only one power supply next to the TV!) is difficult for today's digital and mobile life, even if the table is large, the area is dark and difficult to use for work. The table seems to be a custom order, looks neat and looks good, but it is not easy to use. At the time of construction, the steps of the single bathroom should be said to be barrier-free, but why it was so designed is a mystery. Because it is a pure white material, it is difficult to see the steps, so it is dangerous for healthy people to get rid of the steps. Similarly, the layout of the bathtub with legs looks good, but the floor and foot pads are submerged in the water. I sympathize with those workers who have to clean the space behind the bathtub with or without their arms. Most importantly, I want to express my sympathy to the city hall and the taxpayers responsible for maintaining the outer wall of Kaya in the town. This is a stylish building, but I am worried about the profitability of management costs (laughs)
