"The location is super convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Hiroshima Station. The hotel has a hot spring bath, which is so relaxing after a day of exploring. Across the street, there's a huge supermarket called Youme that's open until midnight. It's really good value for money, and they even discount food after 8 PM. Getting to Miyajima and the airport is easy, with buses and trams available right at Hiroshima Station. For shopping, it's just a three-stop bus ride to the main shopping district. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"We lived this hotel. The design and rooms are very comfortable and the bed was perfect. We booked in with the access to the executive suite which was excellent and the food offer in the evening and the breakfast was great.
This was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip through Japan and we would definitely recommend this for all of the above and because it was in a great location for bars and all the tourist sights.

David LepicardExcellent hotel located on the waterfront. Room was big enough for 2 with 2 big suitcases. We had a seaview room facing East and the view was fantastic. Rooms are well soundproofed and couldn't hear any of the neighbors, not even any door closing. Facilities are great, as this hotel is a resort with japanese families spending staycations here. The only thing perhaps is that the hotel is about 20 minutes from downtown by public bus, which isn't a problem at all as the bus stop is literally by the hotel main entrance. A great thing is that there's a ferry boat going directly from the hotel to Miyajima island.
I had a very nice time using this hotel as a base to visit Hiroshima. Will stay here again next time.

The location is excellent, right next to the station with plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel's own restaurant is superb. The bedding and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, truly impressive – I even considered buying some to take home! The environment was clean and hygienic, and the windows were so spotless they seemed to disappear, giving me a fantastic impression of Hiroshima overall. The only minor downsides were the hairdryer wasn't great, and the shampoo and shower gel weren't big brands, leaving my hair a bit stiff.

Sarah H.Location ok, near the tramway, but not the nicest street. The room is very hot, uncomfortable and tiny. And it’s not exactly 2 beds. There’s one double bed and then there’s a very high and uncomfortable stepladder to reach a mattress that is very close to the ceiling. The staff doesn’t speak any English and we had to use Google translation with everyone. We were given the wrong room at first and waited 40 minutes to check-in. The woman didn’t know we had already paid for the room. Then the next day, we asked to leave our luggage before taking the train which they agreed to. And when we returned to gather them, they said they would charge us for this service as we were away for more than an hour. The staff wasn’t very cooperative or nice and wouldn’t let us leave. There is no sign or explanation anywhere about the fact that leaving your luggage is not free. It’s not written anywhere.

QianhualiangThis is a very modern hotel. The entrance was a bit hidden, haha. It's close to all the main attractions, within walking distance or a short tram ride. Shukkei-en Garden is just over ten minutes away, Hiroshima Castle fifteen minutes. The Atomic Bomb Dome is also about sixteen to seventeen minutes away. Right outside is the Fukuya department store shopping street, and it's less than a ten-minute taxi ride back from Hiroshima Station. Breakfast was a bit limited, but the restaurant with a view was great. The public bath was very comfortable. The washing machines are right next to the public bath. The room was a bit small, but that's pretty standard for Japan. Overall, it's quite good!

There is no airport bus, but you can book a taxi at the front desk. It costs 1,000 yuan per person to share a taxi with other guests, which is very cost-effective, but the time is fixed and you cannot choose it yourself. It is a bit expensive to arrange a car alone at 2,000 yuan.
