Chose this hotel as we were attending an event to be held at Makuhari Convention Center. 100% worth it!
Room - spacious
Distance to venue - literally 3 mins walk
Will return to this hotel again for sure
Hotel is not much far from the Narita airport (NRT) and train station. Even not accessible to NRT and train station by walk, the hotel provides free shuttle bus between the hotel <-> NRT and hotel <-> train station and Aeon Mall at specific time.
Breakfast buffet is excluded but it's worth to try at least once. If not, there is a convenient store ”Family Mart” at the hotel which makes things easier. Breakfast is mainly Japanese food but also international food, its restaurant is big and has garden view.
Our luggage can be stored at the hotel when we check-out for a night and get back to the hotel the night after.
Room is quite spacious compared to the price and other Japanese hotels in the city. The room (Standard Triple Room) can fit and still has some space even there are 3 beds inside the room.
Hotel has 3 parking spots with various fare around the hotel and the hotel will subsidize some of it.

HeWe chose this hotel because it’s located within the Tokyo Disney Resort area, making it very convenient to visit both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. We stayed for two nights and overall had a great experience.
The room was extremely spacious — the largest we stayed in during our entire Tokyo trip. The in-room amenities were impressive as well. They provided bath salts, face masks, and even heat patches, which were perfect after a long day of walking around Disneyland or DisneySea. Unfortunately, these amenities were not replenished during our stay. The bathroom was another highlight, designed almost like a private onsen, and it was completely separated from the toilet, adding extra comfort and convenience.
The hotel also has an in-house mart, though the food selection is quite limited. On the bright side, there is a small Disney shop inside the hotel where you can buy souvenirs without the usual crowds found in the parks.
Breakfast was good and matched the standard of other hotels in a similar price range. I especially recommend the desserts — they were delicious.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider returning on our next Disney trip.

Location: Very close to Shin-Urayasu Station. You can walk directly to the hotel via the second-floor pedestrian bridge from the station, which is very convenient, especially on rainy days as you don't need an umbrella. There's an Aeon mall right next door where you can find a supermarket, Uniqlo, GU, ABC Mart, and McDonald's, perfect for shopping 🛍️.
Service: Although we arrived before check-in time, the staff offered to deliver our luggage directly to the room, which was a nice and thoughtful touch. The breakfast was also quite good. They provide free shuttle buses to both Disneyland and DisneySea, saving you the hassle of commuting.
Facilities: The room was quite spacious. The only minor drawback was that the windows couldn't be opened, so I'm not sure how ventilation works, but there were no unpleasant odors.
I don't think you should expect a bath.
The cabin is colder than expected, so be careful in the winter! There is one summer futon. Blankets are available for rental, but they run out quickly, so be sure to get one early!
But the location is good and the staff are nice, so I'm glad I stayed there!
We stayed here after attending Summer Sonic. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. While the room's cleanliness was a minor concern – I noticed some dust, a slight odor from the washbasin, and stains on the curtains – I was very satisfied with both of the bath facilities I used.
A bit dated, but the bedding was decent. The shuttle driver was really nice, helping with luggage on and off. It's quite good value for money in Japan, and the morning airport shuttle service was a great convenience. It saved me the hassle of waiting for a taxi, as a cab from the airport to the station would have cost around 160 RMB, which is quite pricey.

The room was excellent. It was impeccably clean; even behind the TV was spotless. The room was well-equipped with a bathtub, a stool, and a small basin. There's a complimentary shuttle bus to Disneyland, and you can simply wait for it right outside the entrance. The service was exceptional. We arrived at 12 PM, and the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. They thoughtfully used a translator to inform me about the breakfast location and time, as well as the shuttle bus schedule. Both the air conditioning and the surrounding area were quiet. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service was excellent. It's about a 10-minute ride to Disneyland, and the subway station is also nearby. I can personally confirm that the service was excellent, contrary to what some negative reviews might suggest.

This room type has been renovated from its previous version, and the price is directly proportional to the environment. Last time I came, a porter actively helped with my luggage from the airport shuttle and stored it upstairs. Now, there's no one, and I have to carry it up myself. The service isn't as good as my last visit, and they're quite stingy with the amenities. They only provide one set of skincare products each time, even for two people.

KKenThoThe hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita.
There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby.
GGuest UserWe were looking forward to the The Farm stay to end our fiat Japan trip. We were 3 kids below 10 and 2 adults. The best parts of the trip were,
1. Staff - mai and Narumi were very helpful. Mai especially took a lot of trouble to explain everything at the farm by using Google translate. Even the staff at the cafe at breakfast time and reception were all very very nice, though I don’t have their names.
2. Hot springs - was super experience and we loved it. Everything clean and proper and very comfortable, even though we were walking around naked.
3. Rooms- I stayed at Habita. It was good and kids loved it quite a bit. The loft, the futon on top, though the projector didn’t work too well.
4. Strawberry farm trip was amazing. The strawberries were all super nice and melting in the mouth with the right textures and flavours.
Even better if?
1. BBQ- we wanted to do a bbq. Habita package didn’t come with free BBQ. The cost to do one was crazy expensive. 3,300 per adult and 2,200 per child just for ‘equipment’ cost. That’s 13,000yen or around USD80, without any meats or anything. Felt really excessive, so we opted out.
2. Board and card games- our family wanted to play some board games and there were plenty of those at the reception. When we asked if we could get a pack of UNO, we were told it was only for the ‘cottage’ occupants. Considering most of the property was empty, it was a bit sad that they did not allow us a pack to play with.
3. Though not the fault of the property, the lack of any public transport and the very taxi costs to outside world for anything was a negative. It would have been even better if they could arrange a couple of more shuttles to narita or to local town etc.
GGuest UserYou can check in and store your luggage at the Welcome Center at Maihama Station, and your bags will be delivered directly to your room later. I checked in on a Sunday, but couldn't get my room until after 5 PM. It didn't bother me too much though, as I was going to Disney anyway. I booked the cheapest family sea-view room for a solo traveler, and it turned out to be huge with three beds, which was a bit awkward. I selected one person when booking, but for some reason, the hotel received information for two. The room was incredibly spacious, with three single beds and plenty of room to spread out multiple suitcases. The bathroom didn't have a separate shower and toilet area, but all toiletries were provided. I was a bit surprised that the shower and bathtub were combined, considering it's a Hilton. There was no bottled water in the room, but there was a kettle. If you need water, you'll have to buy it or get it from the water dispenser on each floor. Outside the window, there's a small garden landscape, and the sea view should be beautiful on a clear day. The hotel has two Lawson convenience stores and a small Disney shop on the first floor. There's also a shuttle bus service from the hotel to Maihama Station and Bayside Station, which is quite convenient. If you don't want convenience store food, you can eat at Maihama Station before returning to the hotel. It's a great option when prices are reasonable.
