This place is extraordinarily overpriced for what it is. I expected much more amenities and service.
Although the staff were friendly and courteous, the place was fairly bland. The onsen was mediocre and there were no refreshments afterwards unless you wanted to go to a vending machine. Even Dormy Inn provides refreshments after the onsen but at Towado Hotel having to pay for them and not even the nice ones is ridiculous when you have to pay so much to stay here. The same for the relaxation chair. It is coin-operated not complementary.
I would not recommend staying here if you’re looking for a luxury experience because although you pay for that, it’s definitely nowhere near that. Our Western style room was very basic, and it just didn’t have those special finishing touches I had hoped for.
Because we are going to Xiao'anxia Big Spray Tang , the location of the hotel is very in line with our needs.
The attitude of the service staff, meals and hot spring facilities are good, especially the open-air hot spring pool has a good atmosphere.
The most important thing is that there is also the homemade spicy flavor of the proprietress, super-right flavor
First of all, I booked this hot spring hotel on Saturday and it cost me 33,600 yuan. I thought I could live in a big room, but everything became a mess after two sleeping mats were laid out at dinner time. We couldn't open our luggage because there was no place, and we had to jump to go to the bathroom because there was no way to go. I was really angry. I booked this hotel because it is a LA VISTA group, but the food, both the ingredients and the taste are worth the price. There are also many snacks, water, Yakult, and fresh milk in the lounge after the hot spring, but there is no juice. This is what I find strange. In addition, we often pass by the counter, and the waiters treat you as air. Anyway, the way of this hotel is to come and go. Just now we checked out and put on our shoes, and they turned around when we said byebye, and didn't even come to the door. Am I really expecting too much?
The breakfast is good, with a variety of choices. The service staff is also very friendly. The hot spring is also very good. But the room is a little too small. Typical Japanese business hotel with small
This hotel is located in Ingabao City, Akita Prefecture. I remember walking from Ingabao Station to the hotel for about 15 minutes. It is an old hotel, the atrium is quite big, the room is large and clean, there is a hot spring, but I did not enjoy it, it is a pity.
I stayed in mid-August Golden Week, and the price was higher.
There is a restaurant inside, breakfast, lunch, dinner are available. I have paid for breakfast buffet, 1,500, there are many types, not bad.
There are large supermarkets and some restaurants such as Sukiya, breakfast, lunch and dinner are available, cheap and good quality.
Attached is the photo of the restaurant's breakfast, and meal time.
The location was excellent, right in front of Yokote Station. The parking lot was free, which was nice. There were hot spring facilities on the first and seventh floors, which was nice. The restaurant on the second floor was also cheap and nice.
It is the first time to soak in a hot spring with strong acid water quality. It feels very special! After soaking, your whole body will feel very slippery, but be careful not to splash it into your eyes, as it will cause eye irritation! There is a Tamagawa Onsen Nature Research Trail near the hotel, where you can see many springs gushing out of the caves. A must-go! But the location is really far away, so it takes a lot of time!
It is a little far from Omagari station, but it was possible to use it without any problems because it was a rental car. Parking fee was free and I was grateful. There is a restaurant, and if you order a meal only for guests, you can have a drink service. The lineup of sake is made from Akita Prefecture. There are Western dishes in addition to Japanese food including local foods. I had a Western restaurant ginger grilled, but it was very delicious and very satisfying. For breakfast, you can choose Japanese or Western food, and you can serve it on a plate. I had egg-cake rice with raw eggs of Hinai chicken.
The people at the front desk were also polite.
The tavern was delicious.
There were many hot springs, and it was good, but I regret that I couldn't enter slowly ...
Nice little hotel. Good dinner with buffet breakfast. Additional nice touch is the free to use washing machine and dryer which is great!

SSUEN YINThe service is excellent. I originally booked a room for 4 people, but I asked for extra money to share a room. After I accepted the price and was ready to pay, the hotel said it could provide a discount. Thank you to the beautiful waiter for the kind reception.
Top-notch hot spring pool design
GGuest UserThis hotel is right next to a underground rock concert shop. It has frequent tenants who played there or attend the concerts there. If you are driving , you won’t be able to get their parking slots as it mostly reserved for the regulars. The nearby parking lots charges 400 Y from 4pm-8am so if you arrive shortly after check in time and decide to head out early the next day, you may use the 2 carparks that is right beside the hotel. If you can’t make it in time, the hotel cheapest parking option is behind Lawson where they have monthly season parking lots. It’s 600 yen per night from 3pm to 10am.
room wise, price to value is below average probably becos of high demand in the vicinity. As for cleanliness, can be better improve. My aircon filter and air filter machine was producing really moldy and smell air , probably from previous guests who sweated in the room. Was a big turn off lucky I came during autumn, can just open the window to get cold air in.
SSL_IN_SHAIt is a little far from Akita Station. It took me a while to find it the first time. It felt very far away. I walked a lot later and it was better. But from another perspective, it is a little closer to Senshu Park. It is within walking distance and it is very convenient to visit the Akita Prefectural Museum of Art. The breakfast is a buffet Japanese meal. You have to queue to enter the restaurant. You can eat Akita's specialties. Recommended.

SStaliciousAna Crowne is in the city centre and close to everything. Within walking distance there are lots of good reviewed restaurants and cafes. Very clean and we got a great city view from room. Highly recommend
GGlen TayAkita Castle Hotel exceeds expectations! Not only is the hotel itself a stunning gem, but the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their warm hospitality makes you feel right at home. Kudos to the team for providing exceptional service and making our stay truly unforgettable!
GGuest UserI took my son to the Namahage Festival in February then we went to this hotel to visit the onsen and ski resort. We had a great time. I can’t wait to go back.
CCasper WongExtremely convenient location, right next to the JR Akita station. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. A comfortable chair comes with the desk, where I could work hard for my papers there whenever I returned to my room. Ample choices of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for everyone!
SSam MTClose to the Akita Station and many F&B outlets and grocery shops. Also within walking distance to Senshu Park and many museums. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Room is small but clean and functional. Great WiFi too. Highly recommended for a short stay.
LLeung Po KumThe hotel is on the mountainside and Nipple Hot Spring is on the mountain. It is best to travel by car. There are few buses. It is best to check the bus time! The hot spring hotel is relatively old-fashioned, and the rooms are very big. Most Japanese people live there, but few foreigners! But there are Chinese students doing part-time! There is a Guanyin Bodhisattva in the hotel isolation, and it only takes about 5 minutes to walk there! The hotel's dinner and breakfast are both buffets, and the food is mediocre, not much surprise! There is Aeon supermarket only at the bottom of the mountain, so it is best to go to the left supermarket before entering the hotel before going up the mountain!
