Super happy to live here! The environment is good and hygienic, the service is good, breakfast is good, everything is full, and there are swimming pools and spas. I'm the most satisfied hotel of all the trip. I'll return to revive it when I have time.

Environment: Very good environment. Station pick-up service is provided. Reservation is required in advance. The service attitude is very good! Facilities: The hot spring is very comfortable! Service: Because we left the hotel very early to catch the train and did not have breakfast, the hotel was very considerate to prepare water, sandwiches and fruits for us!

One of the Life Hotels. Located halfway up the canyon, it overlooks the city at the foot of the mountain (not isolated, suitable for self-driving). The view is very wide, the hotel facilities are complete, the room area is very large in the same level, especially the swimming pool has excellent water quality. The children who traveled with us were charged half the room rate, which is probably the practice of hotels in the German-speaking area. The front desk responded gently and politely, impeccable.

Very comfortable, clean room, well equipped, there is everything necessary to stop for a few days. The location of the hotel is beautiful: close to the center, railway and bus station. Nice hotel , everything new and modern , super comfortable and large bed , very beautiful bathroom , abundant and excellent breakfast , very close to the museum that I suggest to visit , and at less than 1 km walk you reach the center , I advise you this beautiful hotel for who wants to stay in Trento

A very special and unique boutique hotel to stay at. The location is excellent since I travelled by train and it is near the station and it is also near the main square with many shops and restaurants around. The most impressive feature of the hotel is the beautiful garden that contains a glasshouse, restaurant, bar, pool, arts, etc. Was also able to get a hotel bike and visited an interesting castle nearby. The room is large, comfortable, clean, with excellent view of the local mountains nearby. The breakfast was also fabulous. Have no complaints, but only compliments to the staff, service, and facility. Really enjoyed my stay and would do it again!

The facilities are very new, modern style, very good. Breakfast is good, service is good, parking is possible. An authentic restaurant next door is very popular and it is very convenient for guests to eat.

It was close to Mori station and the mountain view was so wonderful. But the road is not comfortable to walk without a car. Everything was nice and clean except for the fact that the phone charging port was too far away so I couldn't use my phone while lying down☺️

The hotel is very good, the environment is beautiful, you can see the beautiful scenery from the balcony, the transportation is convenient, there is a shuttle bus to the Hughes Mountain Cable Station and the Daofeng Mountain Cable Station at the door, the breakfast is very rich, the hot water is very good. The room was very clean and tidy every day.

Over rated hotel. Not worth the 500 euros per night. Could easily find a hotel for less. Also when booking on this site, the algorithm booked my room for one month sooner. It was absolute hell getting this straightened out and charged me an additional 300 euro. So be wary!!!!

Very good hotel, the new decoration is very design, the hotel restaurant is too delicious 😋 and the boss is very handsome and very good to the Chinese, and actively provides a hot water bottle and slippers.

Breakfast is very rich and service is first class The sparrow is very likable and flies to the table for breakfast The room was clean and tidy, the pillows were very comfortable 5 minutes from Lake Garda, the traffic is very convenient

The back door of the hotel is Garda Lake, where you can swim and windsurf, and there is a windsurfing school in the hotel. The breakfast is fairly plentiful in Europe, and the service is in line with the high standards of northern Italy. The styles of the rooms in the new building and the old building are quite different. The hotel is like a big park, with good plant landscape design. The only problem is that pets are allowed in the hotel. Many people stay with dogs and they will urinate everywhere. Although individuals also love dogs, they are also worried about the indoor and outdoor hygiene of the hotel...

Near the Trento train station, the train station passes through the station square and is just a short walk to the right. The hotel is clean and the waiters are very welcoming. The room does not provide tea bags and coffee. Since the city of Trento is not big, you can visit several attractions on foot, so it is convenient to stay here.

Hotel Greif is a charming 4-star hotel with an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. However, do note that the road leading to the hotel is a stone-paved street, which makes pulling luggage a bit challenging. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised when the reception allowed us to check in early at around 12 PM. However, we decided to leave our luggage and head out to explore the city first. The room was very spacious and beautifully designed with artistic elements. After reading the hotel’s introduction, I discovered that each room was uniquely designed by a different artist, which made our stay feel even more special. The bathtub was a great addition, adding extra comfort to our stay. Breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. A kind and attentive staff member also served hot food on demand, which enhanced the dining experience. One downside was the shared sauna, which was open to all genders and not private, so we decided not to use it. Additionally, there was only one USB port in the room, which made charging our devices a bit inconvenient, especially since we accidentally left our universal adapter at our previous hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have any chargers available to borrow. Overall, our stay at Hotel Greif was very enjoyable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the excellent location, spacious rooms, and great service made it a memorable experience. We would definitely consider returning in the future.

It's close to train station. Staff at reception is helpful. However, the shower place is easy to get water leaked out. Need to use carefully. The rest is good.
