Hotels With Spa in Piedmont, Italy

I must admit I had my concerns. My first impression I had when I saw this place while booking it was that it is some kind of a youth hostel. Yet, I took the chance and booked it. I am glad I found this most welcoming hotel. This is a mixed facility. The first 4 floors are only for university students and the top 2 (5+6) are for hotel guests. The decoration is great, new and maintained greatly. They even installed a new decorative wall paper in our floor even that the walls were in a very good shape. The staff is great, both at the front desk and the Baristas at the open dining area. The lower ground of the hotel is amazing. It has laundry machines and dryers operated by a convenient app provided by the front desk. It has quiet learning area, a gym, cooking stations, table tennis, pool table and a large screen to project your movies. Breakfast is very basic, yet, the coffee is great. The rooms terraces face the interior yard in which students may gather and have some fun. Don't mistake, it is fun, not extra noise or anything like it.

We booked three rooms for a family trip, including a classic suite, executive double, and a triple. All were great. The executive double was a particularly good value, offering plenty of space at a great rate. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was fabulous, especially the delicious pastries. There are good restaurants and cafes all around the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Retro and elegant 1. The location is just opposite Torino N.P. Station. Torino also has an N.S. train station about 2 kilometers away. Don't get off the wrong train (we got off the wrong train in advance and took a taxi to the hotel for 10 euros) 2. The hotel has a rooftop terrace, which is very large and you can go up to watch the sunrise and sunset 3. The room we were given was a corner view of the Turin Tower. The room was large, the bed was very comfortable, the storage space was large, and the bathing facilities were good 4. The breakfast was great and the environment was also very good

Hotel / Rooms very clean. Friendly and helpful reception. Garage infrastructure also for electric cars but a reservation for a Wallbox is needed. Very good breakfast this speciality for Italy. Internet works very well.

I requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.

Great hotel, pleasant staff. Ski room for your stuff if you need it. Nice sauna. Good breakfast and dinner. Good location, 5 mins walk to chair lift and ski hire shop. Good value. Great resort for access to the Milky Way or Vialattea. Would return there. Lounge, bar and restaurant.

If you spend the night in this city, it's a great hotel. The location is very good, the surroundings are very quiet, and there are very good restaurants nearby. If you had stayed here, you would not have chosen another hotel.

Come scrivono sul loro sito, stanno riammodernando l'hotel quindi vi sono i lavori in corso. Quello che non scrivono è che, nonostante ciò, fanno soggiornare comunque nelle due mansarde e che una delle due ”confina” con i ponteggi. Risultato: alle 14 del venerdì invece della pennichella abbiamo assistito in diretta ai lavori. Essendo pensionati, avremmo anche potuto dare suggerimenti....ma quando abbiamo aperto il piccolo finestrino abbiamo scoperto una bella cacca allargata di piccioni proprio sul davanzale. Ciò detto, la mansarda è anche romantica...ma il bagno è un francobollo, con il bidet incastrato tra la doccia e il water. Rotta per rotta, consigliamo l'eliminazione del bidet, così da dare più spazio a chi si siede sul water e utilizzare poi direttamente la doccia. Last but not least, il letto è posizionato sotto il muro spiovente della mansarda e se dovete alzarvi di notte consigliamo di dormire con un elmetto da minatore con luce incorporata. Il nostro era un soggiorno regalato, di quelli Smart box tipo Fuga di mezzanotte con colazione esclusa. Non sappiamo se questa soluzione di soggiorno sia il motivo di tanta scomodità. Forse bastava rifiutare il tutto al check in.....ma quando il giorno del check out abbiamo segnalato i disagi, la gentile signorina, pur scusandosi sentitamente, non ha ritenuto di ”scontarci” le due colazioni consumate ma ci ha promesso che avrebbe segnalato a chi di dovere tutti le scomodità elencate. E abbiamo detto tutto. Buona estate

This stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. Rooms are of a good size and don't feel cramped in them, thwy are clean and organised. The bathroom is also of a good size with all amenities avaialble with good toiletries at hand. The beds are also of a good size and comfortable mattresses help you to a good night sleep. All in all it is a very good hotel worth the money.

This was our third visit to this hotel and as always we enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival our allocated room was not very good but it was changed quickly and easily by the front desk staff. The replacement room was good and modern. The only complaint we have is that the shower cubicle is far too small. Large people will have great difficulty getting in and out let alone actually washing. Additionally the hotels location is good, being close the Porta Susa railway station. No need for a taxi. The restaurant across the road is recommended as is the Sushi restaurant just around the corner at the top of the Via Cernaia. Turin is nice city with not too many tourists and wealth of excellent places to see and places to eat at. We have been visiting Turin for 16 years as our son lives here - we love it. Enjoy your stay.

I have had some lift and the chamber's electronic keys, but I understand that the technical problems may occur.

The staff did not hesitate to help me when I was in an extremely awkward situation, thank you! The hotel room was spacious and clean, absolutely competitive in the same price hotel, the spare parts were perfect and varied, the staff was very friendly and efficient! I hope I will choose again next time I go to Turin!

Excellent clean hotel in super location right beside the Train station in the centre of Turin. The hotel staff are Fantastic, especially the staff working at reception. Sara was amazing, I called the hotel a few weeks in advance of our stay to confirm the secure on site parking and she was very helpful on the phone. She even remembered me when I mentioned the phone call to her. That is customer service!! Check in was easy and smooth, the man at reception even provided a local map with restaurants marked out that the hotel recommend. The room was big with a street view. Overall, very clean, safe & secure parking and amazing staff. Thank you for your Hospitality.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione strategica, essendo molto vicino al bivio per la tangenziale di Torino, il che lo rende facilmente accessibile sia per chi è diretto a Torino che a Milano. Questa location è ideale per chi viaggia per lavoro, grazie alla vicinanza alle principali arterie stradali. Tra i punti di forza della struttura, spiccano il ristorante interno e la possibilità di parcheggiare comodamente nel piazzale di fronte all’hotel. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati. La colazione è risultata piuttosto limitata, sia per l’offerta dolce che salata; ad esempio, manca la possibilità di preparare un toast, non ci sono né pan carré né tostapane. Inoltre, in camera ci sono poche prese elettriche, rendendo difficile collegare dispositivi come computer o caricatori. Le camere sono nella media, con letti e cuscini molto confortevoli e una doccia funzionale. Pulizia e temperatura sono accettabili, con un piacevole tepore all’interno, perfetto per il clima di ottobre. Un altro aspetto positivo è la cordialità e professionalità del personale alla reception, che contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno gradevole.
