"Yes, this hotel is definitely a superb 5-star property! I checked in smoothly, left my luggage at their storage, and went out for a walk. When I came back to my room, my bags were already there. I felt a sense of comfort, luxury, and security. Everything was top-notch. I've realized that you shouldn't skimp on comfort – a good night's sleep in a comfortable place is crucial after long days of sightseeing and walking. I definitely recommend it and hope to stay there again next time. I was only there for one night, but I saw and felt everything I needed to... it was incredibly warm and comfortable in every way!"

"We booked two rooms: one with a direct lake view, one with a side view. The rooms vary in size. The side room is narrow and smaller. The shower amenities are Comfort Zone tranquility! The restaurant is good. Delicious. The hotel maintains a relaxed resort atmosphere, especially if you have time to soak it up for more than just one or two nights. We stayed for five nights. The views from the room with a direct lake view and from the sky bar are magnificent! Pleasant snacks and cocktails at the sky bar. A small pool is also there. Across the road (not the highway!) is a beach club on the lake with a large pool and various seating areas (now with a table at the bar, further away, sun loungers with and without umbrellas, cabanas), a modern area with restrooms, showers, and a changing room (there are lockers and a hairdryer). The pool itself has two hydromassage zones. There's a pier (you can dive into the lake, but you have to return via the public beach). The atmosphere in the club is pleasant. We (a family of four staying in late August) had no problems finding sun loungers. To the hotel management: The staff at the sky bar requires your guidance and participation. They are pleasant, but not always attentive and consistent during busy hours. I appreciated the human touch (it started raining heavily, and the staff saw and understood my predicament and offered a shortcut under the bar's roof). However, one evening on the roof, I had to remind them about my order and snacks. Bottom line: a modern hotel, comfortable, and the undeniable advantage of a pool with a view and the opportunity to swim in the lake. We would return. Especially since there's construction nearby on the hotel extension (there was no noise at the end of August). The poster says completion is 2026, but I don't really believe in the deadlines."

"The hotel is located right in front of Porta Nuova station, a strategic location for those who want to explore the city on foot without having to carry heavy luggage. The staff was extremely kind and professional. Upon check-in, they asked us if we would prefer a room with a double bed (instead of two single beds pushed together). Furthermore, since we expressed concern about the noise of traffic and trams, they spontaneously switched us to one on the internal side. The room was truly comfortable and quiet, very spacious, and with a fabulous little terrace! The style is a bit retro but elegant. The hotel also has a spa, but we didn't use it due to lack of time. We didn't choose breakfast, but there are bars and pastry shops a few hundred meters away. I recommend the Pfatish pastry shop and chocolate shop, amazing!"

"A very historical hotel that shows its nobility in every aspect. The service staff are very friendly and happy to assist us with our various needs. The view of the room is very good. If the budget allows, I highly recommend it. The breakfast is very exquisite and delicious. In the evening There is also a Band performance. The location is located in the city center. It is very convenient for going to the old town or taking a boat trip to the island. It is really a good hotel. In addition, their swimming pool and spa facilities are very, very good. "While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber."
