Hotels With Spa in Lombardy, Italy

First impression is that it's OK, however not a 4 star hotel at all, more like a 3 star. Reception service is good and friendly, but when you go to the restaurant they barely look at you when you want to order. It's like they're trying to hide from their customers. There is almost never anybody if you want to order a drink or a coffee.. terrible F&B management.

I´m not sure how it is like to stay at Ostelzzz for several nights, but I find it a very convenient solution for me who arrived around midnight in Milan, and already had leave from Milano Centrale by noon on the next day. I had a proper sleep for one night in a capsule. It really was a hostel, but with so much better privacy. Staffs were extremely kind and helpful. They gave me a welcome drink. Online check-in in advance made my actual check-in so much easier. Had everything I needed, incl breakfast, towel too. Clean and well-organized. Breakfast was simple, but more than good enough for me. I wouln´t hesitate to choose Ostelzzz next time.

First impression couldn't be better with an amazing lobby, friendly service, and quality design throughout. The room was equally stylish, super clean, and with great space. Icing on the cake, I had forgot my shaving kit, but after visiting the reception they gave me a free shaving kit. I will definitely choose this hotel next time Im going back to Milano. It was honestly my best hotel experience!

Hotel is considerably big. Clean and comfortable room. Location was about 5 mins to the Milan station. Check-in was fast but was given a double room instead of twin as per our request. Requested for a room change but needed to wait about 10 mins and was given a lower floor room instead. An all-in-one hair and body wash was attached to the bathroom and basin which was a little difficult to press to use. Preferred hair and shower to be separated and conditioner to be provided. Overall a good stay.

We booked here last minute as there was an issue with the other hostel we booked. We were in a mixed 4-bed dorm. The room was pretty clean and not too cramped and it had a bathroom attached as well. Sleep quality wasn't great as it was quite loud from outside and it got cold with the AC on all night and only a sheet to cover you, but that could just be me. Every bed had a box to put your stuff in that could be locked and unlocked with the fob attached to the room key which was very handy. There was an outdoor space with tables and chairs so you could sit or eat. The staff were nice and friendly as well. The hostel also had Wifi which seemed very reliable for what we needed it for. The location was perfect; a Lidl round the corner, a few minutes walk to the metro station and then a couple of stops on the metro and you're at the central station.

Perfect location very clean stayed 2 nights 3 adults as a family in our room given clean towels each day and beds were made for us staff so welcoming and knowledgeable.We accidentally left our house keys in the safe the reception at hotel quickly let us know and helped arrange for them to be delivered to us at the airport just amazing service can’t thank them enough would highly recommend

Clean hotel. Super pleased with the chambermaid who was servicing our floor. We did not need any room service but need toilet rolls replenishment. So we asked her for some toilet paper and change of towels. She went over the extra mile to come into the room to take our old towels and also clear all the trash bins!! We were asking if she can help to get us a kettle and she really brought it up and placed it outside of our room door cos we had the privacy tag on. Good service!!!

We stayed on the 2nd floor and our room was nice and spacious, aircon was great, the mini bar was well stocked and the maid came everyday. Our view out the window was nice too, we could see the cobbled streets and the tram passing by, it kind of looked like a postcard. The restaurant was nice, staff was friendly and if you like traditional Italian food then you would enjoy it. The breakfast was also nice we went down every morning, it was the same thing everyday but that was ok because it was good food. Only thing is tho, there were no omelettes as standard, I think they could have made you one but you had to pay extra (€8) Let’s talk about the bar. The bar was amazing, not only was it open til late but the bar staff were very knowledgeable on anything drink related. There wasn’t a drink that the lovely Henry or Paulo couldn’t make you. Whilst I am on the Henry and Paulo subject, I’d like to take this opportunity to just say how amazing they are. They introduced themselves and asked our names and it was lovely service ever since. They made us feel welcome, kept the amazing drinks flowing, learnt early on what kind of drinks we liked and kept the drinks coming. The service from them two was absolutely outstanding and we would visit again just to see them. They are real assets to the hotel. Thank you. The hotel itself is not far away from the duomo. We just took the subway, it was 3 stops. Once you get to the duomo you can also do the bus tours, we did the 4 tours over 48 hours which was nice. We also did the canal cruise which wasn’t far from the hotel too. Immediately outside the hotel you can also hire bikes and scooters. You just have to download the app if you haven’t already and go. All in all the hotel was great, service was great, location was great and we love Henry.

But sadly I had to review this experience. Upon check-in the grumpy person behind the desk took photocopies of our passports. We were given a key with a chunky, dirty keyring and weren’t told how we could get to our room or given any sort of information as to what to expect on our stay here. We were given no leaflets or anything in our room about nearby attractions. When we entered our room we instantly noticed how dirty the room was. Overall the interior of both the hotel and the rooms are pleasant and seemingly lovely traditional Italian. Sadly it seems that the owner has given up with ensuring it is kept nice and clean as everything looks shabby and wilted. We aren’t even being picky, the standard things which you would expect to be clean were very dirty. The room looked like it hadn’t been hoovered, the surfaces looked unwiped, the shower head was filthy with limescale so had to request it to be cleaned as genuinely felt it was unsafe to shower under. The mattress was like sleeping on the floor and pillows were flat. We had to request more pillows several times. We were just given 1 sheet (which was thankfully the only thing in the room clean) to sleep with and no headboard. The drain in the shower smelt really bad when water from the shower drained into it - it smelt like the sewer. The only 2 working plug sockets in the whole of the room and bathroom were if you unplugged the TV and on the floor near the bathroom door with nowhere to rest anything on (e.g. a phone to charge). We found a mini fridge in our room under the desk but sadly no option of a mini bar where we could purchase waters or snacks. This could be a great opportunity for the hotel to make the guest experience better and also make money and yet something else which they don’t care about. The chair at the desk had also seen better days and looks like it’s been thrown around. Also, when the maid cleaned our room, they shoved our pyjamas almost in a ball nearly on top of the dirty phone in the room. We were disgusted. Sadly there is no restaurant on site or any options for food or drink which is extremely unusual. We found that the staff were overall quite rude but when we showed them our flat pillows and the shower head they seemed to understand where we were coming from and a little embarrassed. Nearby there seems to be a few transport links but we were given no information how to get into Milano Centrale or to attractions such as Duomo. Because of this and how confusing we found the transport system, we sadly spent an unnecessary amount on Uber’s because none of the staff would really help us. Unfortunately with it being August, all shops/restaurants/cafes/businesses within several miles are closed. They need the hotel inspector to visit.

The bedroom is almost the same as the other, but there is a small room other than the shower room, there is a small kitchen and a round table, and it was very important because small things can be placed. There is also a elevator on the left and right ２ machines in a large hotel with a semicircular diameter. But there was no room number of my own because the hotel room number was not lined up in order, and when I asked the front desk, it was in the back. It's the first time that the room number is so difficult to understand. I recommend looking for it slowly

A nice modern hotel, clean and large rooms with good aircon. For the price it was 100% worth it. The staff spoke good English and was happy to advise us on driving regulations around Milan and what areas to avoid, which was super helpful for us.

Hotel is inside the airport, easy access from Milano Central Station with bus it train, it is very easy to go to terminal 1, The room is beautiful and huge, the bed is big and comfortable.

Would have liked to get a coffee while waiting for room but all machines had been turned off some electric works which is just unfortunate timing I suppose. Otherwise all very good😊

A civilized haven after an awful experience. A stylish, welcoming and luxurious hotel despite check in receptionist being rather abrupt and aloof. Room very comfortable but air con too hot for us UK people..it is as hot at night as we get in summer during the day ! I was eventually assisted to get to the Arctic temperature of 16.5 ! Meal in restaurant was very good, service especially ! Lady serving in the bar was amazing...a real asset to the company ! A professional, someone who can speak to everyone, have fun and keep everyone happy..a real gem ! I will definitely stay here again, it was a real pleasure.

5 stars not because of the venue, but because of the staff. What a fantastic stay. We were made to feel so welcome even though we speak so little Italian. The place is reasonable, spotless, and very picturesque. Viviana on reception always had a lovey smile an was willing to help. Marcello lovely helpful man. My personal favorite was the delightful Alessia at the bar. That girl made our stay! Well done, whoever hires here deserves a pay rise!! Looking forward to staying again. PS the dinner in the evening could have been a bit nicer. Grazie!

Excellent Hotel, nothing is missing! Excellent cleanliness, breakfast, privacy, air conditioning, free and covered parking, spacious rooms, very comfortable mattress, bathroom with very spacious shower, large flat screen TV and some physical activity equipment inside the room. Nearby, about 200 meters away, there are two excellent Brazilian and Japanese restaurants.

Everything was perfect for me. Before getting to Milano, I've been to Nordic countries which cost more, this hotel took a very reasonable price for me. And the staffs were pretty kind. I still remember one staff kindly asked me 'coffee or cappuccino?' And she explained that they bake almost of the bread. And the facilities could be better. They have a basement parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel and I'll be back whenever I come back to Milano.

Don't go there - they do wrong advertising about their pool and hot pot. It's private and needs a reservation in advance - no chance to just hop in the pool! For us are Spa/Wellness/Hot pot a must to select a hotel and this one has completely failed our expectations as well as their own descriptions.

Since I had been advised, I booked at the hotel Cyrano. We stayed for two nights, she welcomed us the owner, very kindly. We found ourselves very good, good and abundant breakfast, both sweet and salad. Parking is included in the price, which is important, because in the city parks are all payable. The double bed with topper, we have been very well sleeping, the quiet road near the center. We will surely return and recommend the hotel

Disgusting with every sense of the word. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. The whole stay was a disaster. My worst stay in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Let’s start with housekeeping. The first room had a spider in the bathroom. When I changed the room, the second room had insects on the walls. I literally checked out and went to the airport 4 hours prior to my flight just to get away from the hotel. I?m willing to bet that most rooms are this dirty since both rooms I?ve been in were disgusting. Let’s talk about disrespectful and unprofessional. Now I understand that the staff might not be fluent in English, but they MUST have the decency, willingness and patience to help customers understand what they are saying. I called room service twice, and when they had a hard time explaining things to me, they guy said something in Italian and then hung up. RUDE. VERY RUDE. I literally had to call a third time and tell him not to hang up and slowly try to explain to me where my food is and how long is it going to take. It can?t be that a customer is willing and has more patience than the staff. Finally, the room service menu was very light. Needs more option. Literally they only had one pizza, fries, soup I think and maybe one other option. I have never been to a hotel where they didn?t have at least a burger option and a club sandwich option. But compared to my first two points, this one seems less important right now. I will DEFINITELY NEVER be coming back to stay at this hotel.
