We wanted a hotel next to the train station to go to Pompeii and the airport easily, and this hotel's location is very convenient. But as in most European cities, the area is not super safe at night because it's next to a train station. The hotel was alright, good relation quality/price. Breakfast could be much better, it wasn't great

The hotel environment is very good, you can park your car, give the key to the front desk, and they will drive you to the hotel entrance in the morning. The breakfast is also good, with fresh fruits. I also encountered the problem of others, they would not ask for coffee proactively, and the waiters would proactively tell Europeans if they had other coffee needs (the restaurant only had black coffee), they would provide it, but they would not tell the Asians, and as a result, the next table asked about coffee, and the waiter said there was black coffee in front, and did not say that they could provide other types of coffee, but I saw that they took the initiative to bring cappuccino coffee to the Europeans.

In general everything was fine, except that when we arrived the room had not been cleaned and was dirty. Hours later the room was cleaned and it was left in optimal condition.

The room facilities are of good quality. You can see the sea from the room. The view of Mount Vesuvius at sunset is beautiful. The restaurant is of good quality and not expensive. The Western buffet breakfast is OK. There are many tourists. Parking is convenient at 6 euros a day. There are swimming pools and beaches. The front desk and team are quite enthusiastic and the service is of standard.

Hotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.

Amenities were great and staff was super helpful. They had a shuttle to city centre which took 1.5 euros each way which was good, as the location was 15 min drive. Only downside for us was it was difficult to reach here from Port or from Train station. It took almost 50 min to reach here as buses are not frequent. Finding the right bus was a hassle as google maps bus number and actual was way different. You have to check with drivers to know. The team here were having all the bus n train tickets so we dont have to get in line for tickets this was a plus.

The hotel used our credit card to pre-authorize the meal fee of 116 euros in the middle of the night. Later, I asked Ctrip, and Ctrip said that the hotel was worried that our credit card limit was not enough when we checked in. Really Speechless, staying in a room worth hundreds of euros for one night, the hotel is actually worried that we can't afford the meal fee of 116 euros. If you just go to the ancient city of Pompeii, you can call a taxi back and forth at the entrance of the hotel, and wait in Pompeii for two hours at a cost of 100 Euros. It is best to ask a tour guide at the door to visit the ancient city of Pompeii. The tour guide here is very professional, and the explanation is detailed and serious. It costs 150 euros once, which is very worthwhile.

First of all, this price is exceptional at a hotel in front of the station, not a hostel. It's close to the central station, but Naples felt that the cobblestones were ragged and the road was far away (laughs). I was impressed by the fact that there is such a small hotel. For some reason, the place indicated by Google Maps is behind the hotel, and it is better to be careful as it is guided by the locals and finally arrived. It seems difficult for people with large luggage because there is no elevator. Amenity is shampoo only. Also, while I was sleeping, I was stabbed by a strange insect ８ (I don't think it's a mites because there is no blood vampire ...), and my right hand was concentratedly stabbed and my right hand swollen into panpan 😂 I was stabbed even though I didn't peek. i wonder if it's dangerous to sneak up ... However, all the employees were kind! The free breakfast was delicious too!

Hotel is beautiful, could have a few sunbeds on the roof as no where to lay just sit. However the location is literally in the ghetto, it’s a run down area with nothing around you and you don’t really want to be venturing out at night in Naples or the local area

The location is excellent, very close to the attractions, and it is also the meeting point or pick-up point for many day trips. Other people's comments said that the elevator was not working well before, so I hesitated when booking the hotel, but after checking in, I found that the elevator was working well. Reasonable price

The hotel has a superb view. It's by the sea. The parking lot is small, and you need to make an appointment in advance. Of course, it's charged for parking! The breakfast is quite rich. There is a beach to swim. It was charged with 15 euros for two people.

The hotel is ok, some weird rules around the pool where you are obligated to wear a cap in order to access it. The safe guard is very persistent on keeping this rule. The restaurant was surprisingly better than expected. It takes about 1.5h to reach amalfi by the car from hotel. Hotel has a parking lot which is def a perk. The rooms were ok and clean.

Amazing accommodation. Beautiful friendly staff. Great food in restaurant & great breakfast. Rooms big clean & comfortable. Great water pressure in shower. The sea view rooms with balcony are spectacular and extra special at night. Bus stop right outside which takes you all the way down to town centre & then 5 min walk to beach & you take bus back up from same spot dropped you off all for $1.60 euros each way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND & DEFINITELY GOING BACK!!

The hotel is very beautiful, in the middle of the mountain in the small town of VIETRI, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of tourists, the outdoor swimming pool is very good, although it is not big. The room condition is average, and the area is not bad in Italy. It is best to book a full sea view room. We only have a partial sea view room because we booked late this time. I took a day trip and stayed in here for one night. The only thing I regret is that I only one day. The ocean view from the room was breathtaking and all staff were extremely warm and welcoming. The dining was also very good! They offer free water taxi and free boat tour which was definitely worth it. I didn’t get a chance to use the gym. But this is perhaps one of the best gym set up I have seen. I will take my family back here again!

This hotel is beyond my expectation, the location is excellent, built on the cliffs by the sea, there is the invincible sea view parking lot of the hotel, the parking lot is on the 4th floor, from here to the elevator to the third floor is the lobby and restaurant, 2, 1 The 0th floor is a guest room, each room can see the sea, and the sunrise we took on the balcony of the room is awesome.
