The whole experience was very good: a member of the team came to pick us up just outside the pedestrian part of town and took us to the parking lot which was super close to our Trullo room. The Trullo was authentic, clean, comfortable. Good breakfast at a nearby cafè and very good suggestions for dinner in the evening!

We stayed here again and were happy with everything again! Clean apartment, very comfortable bed, pleasant terrace, convenient independent check-in at any time. 1 km to the historical center, a couple of km to the city beach, the central station nearby and a large supermarket opposite it; The area is full of cafes and you can even buy the freshest oysters on the neighboring street.

Very friendly and smiling reception service. Very fast lift, breakfast that can feed an army, room on the sixth floor with a crazy view, large, mini bar, air conditioning and many other comforts. You can also use the swimming pool. Nice experience, I would do it again

there was no hot water on the first day of our stay. and the lady at the front desk let us waited for 20 minutes or so in the room without a reply. we asked again and she said there was nothing the hotel could do. the way this staff handle this minor problem just made worse! hotel room was dim. bed mattress was not comfortable. the gentleman serving the breakfast food has good manner and responsible.

Breakfast is excellent and very varied! Cool pool! Almost empty! We checked in early, at 9:30! Thanks a lot!! Although initially, as soon as I approached the reception after arrival, they told me to wait until 12:00. Then they apparently changed their minds. The room has a comfortable mattress! There is a free shuttle. Of the minuses. There were dirty windows almost everywhere (in the room, in the elevator, in the spa area), there was no hair conditioner, there was no reception phone number in the room. I had to go down. I ordered a shuttle to the airport. He left earlier, without me. As a replacement, the reception called a taxi. The car that arrived was a little shocking. Old, dirty, completely destroyed Kia. Very convenient, about 10 minutes walk from the old town of Lecce, the hotel room is also relatively large. Breakfast is also rich, the price is OK, the room is clean.

W hotelu znajduje się ogólnodostępny komputer z drukarką przy recepcji. Jedyny minus to położenie hotelu (choć zależy kto jaki ma cel wizyty)- ok. 4km pieszo miastem do dworca głównego i do centrum. Do plaży jeszcze więcej (ok. godziny spaceru). Okolica hotelu - typowe blokowisko, ale spokojnie i bezpiecznie. W pobliżu dość dużo restauracji, sklep. Na terenie hotelu znajduje się również restauracja oraz samoobsługowy minibarek. W hotelu jest bardzo spokojnie i cicho.

The hotel is located in a strategic point, a few kilometers from Bari, Polignano and Monopoli. You have to move by car as it is located on the highway. Very nice hotel, right by the sea. The room has a small balcony to see the sea blowing, very comfortable. Breakfast is on the sixth floor and it is also an unrivalled sea view. About ten minutes walk around, it is the central location of the local area. There are shopping malls, restaurants and bars, which is very lively. Take a taxi to the train station 8 euros.

Booked two deluxe rooms (one for single pax and the other for two pax) but was given two rooms of different sizes instead - not very impressed to say the least! Room decor has seen its better days to be honest! Plastic tables and chairs in the room for a 4-star property are pure cheapskates! Air conditioning still hasn’t been switched back on in late April when temperature already reaching low 20 Celsius! Had to stay and sleep in the room with window shut because of noisy disco noises nearby lasting beyond 2 am in the wee hours of Sunday morning ! Got ‘roasted and baked’ in the room with no ventilation as a result - not very ideal when covid is still raging! Still couldn’t understand why the hotel still insists on ‘no self-service’ for buffet breakfast - apparently in the name of covid! ‘Accidentally’ tried to pick up some breakfast items by myself on arrival as there was no sign on display stating the not-so-obvious ‘no self-service’ policy but was told off by one of 2 staff members on duty with plate being ‘snatched’ from my hands! The paradox being this practice caused long queue with only 2 staff members available to pick and dish out items for guests! Long queue and mass gathering of guests would not spread covid but picking up your own food with disinfected hands would apparently! Few ironic observations made though! The two specific staff members on food picking duty didn’t wear gloves at all when picking food with thongs for guests - is that even covid-safe??? One of the two members on that specific food picking duty went on to pick food for guests after clearing and cleaning up table with bare hands and then went over to do their food picking duty for other guests without washing or disinfecting their hands - covid safe I fear not??? If insisting on ‘no self-service’ policy, make sure you have sufficient staff to handle constant stream of guests coming in for breakfast! I was certainly being put off by either long queue or absent staff to help pick the food I wanted!

Хорошая комната, единственное надо заморочиться что бы попасть во внутрь. На домофона надо найти название отеля, среди жильцов. Это делается стрелками вверх вниз, потом нажать звоночек. Мне не сообщили номер комнаты, дали только код входной двери, он же код комнаты, благо на этаже всего 6 комнат, ходил набирал свой код к каждой двери, конечно моя последняя, а в общем неплохо все

The rooms are very modern and very clean, the breakfast is good, the hotel is well located next to a beach and there are plenty of buses that go to the city. The hotel shuttle to the old town is free, it's great. We really liked the pool, the sweet potato fries and the stews to enjoy by the pool. The staff is perfect, and special mention for Vito, the pool boy who is extremely nice and very helpful

We liked the room very much. This is a flat, divided into several rooms. Registration is independent but very understandable. Beautiful view from the window. Very clean. A cosmetic set and slippers are offered. Only the hoods 😊 are missing. Daily cleaning! There is a coffee machine, a teapot, coffee capsules. Everything is. There are grocery stores, cafes, bars, old city! The shower needs a shelf for gel, and a hook for towels. The mattress, for soft. It 's not 5*, it 's a good level 3* Room! Рекомендую!
