We couldn't sleep...people screaming all night, it was like a fair. Is it possible that the hotel staff is only concerned with receiving customers and not ensuring their per***ent comfort? How is it possible to have loud music in a room, people slamming doors and talking loudly in the corridors all night long???? This is a Starwood chain hotel...(???) Fabulous breakfast.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, the grounds were gorgeous, and the room was extremely comfortable. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and it was delicious. Our server Raushan was very attentive and helpful. The hotel is an only a quick drive away from the Taj Mahal. We recommend leaving the hotel early in the morning a bit before sunrise to get to the Taj Mahal at sunrise for beautiful photos! We will definitely stay here if we are in Agra again.

The hotel location is perfect for tourists who want to visit the nearby wordwide wonder monument Taj Mahal. The room are enough comfortable and clean, there are no superlative notes to remember but the acceptable standard for a short stay.

Our stay at Marriott was really good thanks in large to the excellent service. The entire process from check in to check it was smooth and staff was very responsive to our needs (and we had a few thanks to 3 kids!). Special shout out to Lovely, Amit and Jahangeer for making our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you're headed to Agra.

India's well-deserved hotel, luxurious decoration, first-class service, intimate and comfortable, rich breakfast, daily newspapers. It is completely isolated from the mess outside, just like being in two different worlds, it is worth staying.

The staff was very kind, the location was within walking distance to the Taj Mahal (about 15 minutes), and there was a souvenir shop affiliated with His next door. There wasn't anything particularly close by, but I was able to purchase water and snacks at a nearby store. I think the Taj Mahal is the main attraction when visiting Agra, so it would be convenient to stay here. I wanted to see the sunrise and went out early in the morning when it was still dark, so I was afraid to walk, so I used an Uber taxi, but I was able to hail one right away, and it was a convenient place for public transportation with plenty of taxis nearby! However, there were no tissues in the room and the shower holder was broken. The inside of the room is clean◎

The perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel. The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything. The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice. From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees). The dinner was great. And the best thing is a swimming pool.

Perfect location, perfect service, and perfect hotel. The hotel is very close to Taj Mahal. The hotel provides electric cars to the Taj Mahal. The swimming pool and back garden of the hotel are a piece of art. I will live for a longer time next time.

Very angry! I booked a room for two days there. The money was paid by credit card. When I left the store, the front desk said that I only received one day's money! I didn’t have to pay another day’s cash. I had no choice but to pay it! Then contact Ctrip to help solve, but Ctrip has been unable to contact the hotel! Very irritating!

My recent stay at Ramada Lucknow was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff who ensured a smooth and efficient check-in process. Moreover, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Lucknow and easily accessible from the airport, which made my travel experience hassle-free. It was a nice welcome. Rooms were ready, no delay in checkin. Coming to Taj for a family trip, there is always a benchmark set. Many of the issues highlighted below is more due the Taj expectation benchmark. Issues that I observed: 1. My name has been mis spelled as Piyush instead of Pijush. I highlighted the same during checkin and was told it will be corrected. Then also told the same during checkout, but I still see the same is missed. 2. Generally some welcome cookies are thr in room, which was not in this case. 3. Food menu was not available in room and had to ask for it. 4. Food serving time for in room dining was decent but dining in the restaurant was painful. 5. I booked for dinner in Oudhyana, the serving time was extremely high. Starter took 20 min to come (which is still ok) but main course took another 20 to 25min. 6. The starter Karauli kabab was too salty, unfortunately as kids as well others were hungry after the long wait they eat it. But the level of salt was no way acceptable. Though I was offered a replacement, but was not in mood to wait another 20min. Billing should have been adjusted for the item. 7. No kids play or recreational area 8. On Sunday morning huge rush in morning buffet, which caused opening up of secondary sitting area. Unfortunately, the buffet kept there was small and people have to keep on going to main buffet area. 9. Orders placed from table took very long time to come and even some mixup during bfast on Sunday. 10. Live counters management was not efficient in the secondary sitting place. Notable good points 1. Pool was good and life guard Vivek was very helpful. Even shared tips with the kids for swimming. 2. Rooms were clean & upkeep was good 3. Everyone was helpful & courteous (as expected). 4. The live mango & tea counter was amazing

I have visited itc fortune for my business purpose and I love the ambience and the vibe were so graceful. The room was neat and clean and I have meet one of the itc housekeeper name dhruv kumar. He is humble and kind towards the service and we talk more than half an hour I feel like I am in my home by the dhruv kumar. From March'22 onwards, I've been a regular guest at Golden Tulip, Lucknow. The moment I enter this place it feels like a second home to me where everyone is waiting to greet me with a pleasant smile. For me coming to Lucknow means meeting these folks at Golden Tulip. I must appreciate the ***agement who hired such hand-picked staff for taking care of their regular guests like me. It is a pleasant place to stay in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The reception is at first floor and ideally we need to take the elevator or the stairs up although there is a ramp from the road level to the first floor since the ramp is too steep. The staff at the reception are quite good. The restaurant offers a wide variety of cuisine and fairly authentic too. The staff in the restaurant are top class. The breakfast buffet is a decent one but not much to 'write home about it'. The rooms are well appointed. The use of water taps in the bath room need a little bit of care to optimize the temperature of the bath water.

This property is very conveniently located near the gullies and ghats but on a main street so that anyone can access it by car. the staff is exceptional and always full of smiles and ready to tend to your every need. rajesh the travel agent is like a brother and thrives in serving. i love the staff so much!! the kitchen staff is also wonderful and was extremely supportive when my mom fell ill. the food is delicious with south indian breakfast buffet options. the rooms are spacious and beautiful and laundry service is quick and convenient. there is nowhere else to stay in varanasi!!!! thank you dolphin grand!!!!🪷

This is a hotel that impressed us during our trip to India. The service was very attentive, although it only lasted for one night. We went to TAKE A BOATRUDE FOR CEREMONY at 5:15 in the morning. The hotel arranged a boatman and waiter on time to guide us on the boat, and prepared the blanket very thoughtfully. It is hard to imagine how cold we would be without the blanket. Then we went to breakfast. A waiter provided us with services. Usually they started the meal at 7 am, but because we left the hotel at 7 am, they prepared some hot meals in advance, and they were very warm. Then on time, the boatman and PORTER took us on board and went to Baiqiao to meet our driver. They didn't leave until they put the boxes in the car. The key point came, the driver whispered, the hotel front desk started to call him at 5 o'clock in the morning, and constantly reminded him that he must wait for us early, for fear that we were delayed or could not find him. In fact, we didn't tell the hotel in advance, we needed them to remind the driver and so on. We just told the front desk that we were departing at 10 o'clock and we needed to depart from the hotel at 7 o'clock. Makes the hotel more nervous than us, afraid of being late and so on. The meticulous and perfect service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this hotel, BRIRAMA PALACE VARANASI, WONDERFUL HOTEL!

We chose this hotel because since there is not much accommodation on offer in Varanasi, compared to the rest of the hotels in the same category it was the one with the best price. I have to say that it was the best choice we could have made. The hotel is new as it has only been in operation for a short time, and although it still has some areas that are being renovated, things are clearly in place. The treatment with us was unbeatable from the reception to the restaurant staff. Even though we arrived at 11:30 a.m. they let us check in without a problem and upgraded us to a pool view room without any additional charge. The rooms are spacious, new, very comfortable and with a very good design. The pool area is very nice for swimming and sunbathing. Special mention to the restaurant with a breakfast with ***y Western options and one of the best I have had in India (I could say that the French toast is the best I have ever had) and dinner within our à la carte half board. As for the location, it is obviously not in the city center but most of these hotels are not, which allows you to get away from the hustle and bustle to be able to rest and get closer to it in 20 minutes by car. . The only drawback I could say is that the first day the shower pressure was not very good, although the next day it was correct and the gym could do with a few more things. But I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

(bad place) I lost my friend's earphones in the room, but I couldn't find them. 2 hours after check out... old hair dryer Heavy construction noise during the day Occasional power outages (recovers in about 1 minute, but often...) Hotel facilities (rooftop, lounge, etc.) are lacking in some places It feels old and deserted. The view from the window is not good (surrounding ruins, etc.) The breakfast bread is bad (croissants, donuts, etc.) and should be improved.

The hotel is safer in the army area. The front desk was a bit cold, probably too busy. Breakfast is OK, mostly in India, and less in Western style. The room is small, the twin bed is to take apart the big bed that has been put together, resulting in a bed that is very awkward and sleeps at the door. The hotel is a bit far from the altar. Varanasi is the world of tutu cars and rickshaws. There are a lot of tutu cars at the door, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Tutu driver Reis is very good, my friend and I have been packing his car. The cost is about 1000-1500 rupees a day, depending on how far you go, you can bargain. Reis also has half a tour guide, so the price is more expensive than pure tutu, English simple communication is basically OK. It's a lot of time to have a local guide safe.
