Hotel is situated at a good location but can be better in terms of the amenities. The breakfast spread was quite large and diverse but it lacked the taste which if corrected would make a must go option

It was our 13th Marriage Anniversary and we decided to club our work and holidays at Hyderabad. Must say great reception and care throughout was accorded by the Hotel ***ager Mr. Ashwin Vaidya. It was our early checkin and our arrival tracked. Special Thanks to Madam Sanika Pradhan for her help and guidance. We were felicitated with a traditional welcome with tikka and a shawl on our shoulders. Our Rooms decorated with also towel art and balloons in the room. The Rooms were at its best with welcome amenities and delicious designed chocolates. Despite being a Gold Member, I was offered their Lounge facility. A big shout out and special thanks to Mr. Rugved Dacha, Loyalty ***ager, Mr. Saumik Sur, Rooms Division ***ager, Housekeeping ***ager Mr. Jitendra Yadav and Mr. Pankaj Singh from Housekeeping. Their service was marvellous ensuring us all the possible care needed. Special Thanks also to Mr. Akshat Selat for ensuring smooth transition from Courtyard Room to Marriott Room internally. We also had great food hospitality from Gaurav Mahadeshwar and Tanay Kala. The food was exceptionally great and enjoying at Okra & Bidri. Tremendous and personal support received from Gaurav and Tanay. Both of them were simply fabulous in their treatment towards us. We were delighted to be offered fresh juice and special dosa and paratha were made for us. We are indeed very grateful to both of them for this hospitality. Appreciate Hi***shu F&B from Marriott too. Appreciate the leadership and congratulate Mr. Ashwin for having such a wonderful, fabulous, effective team that are on its toes to ensure their guest comfortable. In one single word Amazing Experience and really thank you for making our Anniversary so very special. I look forward recommending to my friends in Hyderabad to conduct events in this Hotel. Breakfast is an Indian meal, occasionally boiled eggs. Let the chef do some local Indian breakfast, such as dosa. Hotel comfort is good, service attitude is much better than domestic hotels, cost-effective.

Apart from the clean and spacious, well lit rooms, this hotel should be preferred by the ones who always crib about the staffs of the hotel and their services, because you'll have no complaint against them. They are very polite and their hospitality is amazing. Now, about the food review; as I had opted only for the breakfast, the options at the breakfast buffet at MoMo cafe is great and the preparation is also very satisfactory. The only issue is that the location of this hotel is adjacent to Marriott Convention and on food delivery apps, the delivery executives might get confused, so please mention the correct address and guide them properly. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Good location On the top of the hill, take a quiet place, go to the mountain for a few hundred meters to have a supermarket, easy to buy things. The breakfast was very safe and it didn't go wrong for a few days (I was the kind of physique that KFC would eat diarrhea). The hotel service is good, the graffiti remembers to the waiter, the tip of the day is estimated to be 100 rupees, the security is more strict and reassuring. Although the furniture is somewhat old but does not affect the use, the rain is in the bathtub, the place is small, but it is enough. Overall it was quite good and I stayed here later.

Amazing stay. Amazing looing hotel. Amazing chinese restaurant and most of all amazing service. Special mention to Mr. Akash (Duty ***ager) for accommodating our special requests. Thank you to the ITC Kohenur, Marriott Luxury Collection.

The drainage system in the shower needs to b improved because the water is “flooding” and not flowing properly. Additionally, there needs to be a blower in the shower. The food is fantastic and very tasty, however, ***y of the desserts were stale, so I think those could be improved. Also, Vivek was very kind and didn’t hesitate to help me out, always bringing my daughter onion dosa and coffee. Azam and Riyaz services were great during the breakfast. Best part are watermelon , detox and beverages are great!!

Location was just perfect., the staff could do with being friendly and smile. They all seemed very serious. The room was clean and spacious. The cafe which was part of the hotel had good choice of snack food. Lovely coffee. Very helpful. The mosquitoes were also very friendly. As soon as you walkout ofthe hotel,there were plenty of places to eat.

Best Westin ever! Fantastic service from Housekeeping team. Real customer service ever! Out of expectation. The team put a mouse pad beside my lap top and even tight up loss wire! Had never experienced such such in Marriott group before!

The science and technology park is good, the price is moderate, and the conditions are better than redfox. Although the fees are lower, of course, it can't be compared with the domestic service conditions. The price here is not low, and the cost performance is low. Not used here

The biggest advantage is that it is close to the airport, and it is not near, and there is a free shuttle bus. The price is not cheap and the price is not as good as many hotels in the city.

The hotel looks less good in real life than on the pics provided even though they claim it was recently renovated. I booked a king size bed but got the last room with twin beds. The shower was cold, the heater was working only for the sink...

Hello to all readers and to all staff @ Trip. Season's Greetings ! Merry XMas and Happy New Year. I stayed here during my Nov trip en route to Jabalpur. This stay was not originally planned, my regional flight ( Alliance air ) got cancelled at the end moment, so had to re-book on an another plane for the same journey. Room 2012 ( Superior). The stay was comfortable. It was a 20 min taxi journey from the IntL airport. This was one of the largest bedrooms I have seen in all my journeys. Before flying out of from UK, I called the reception and reserved the room over the phone. I was not asked to provide any pre-payment. It was a payment on arrival / check out deal. The room had all amenities. Air con was full on. Comfy bed, quiet room , Mini fridge was chill. There was a safety locker but somehow I was not able to operate it. I found the bath/toilet a bit small - area wise. The shower was good. I had a brekkie + one dinner meal here and it was very good. I wish to thank Mr Sohail, Ms Akanksha , Ms Neha , Mr M Ispan , all front desk team and all hotel staff. I will return if I am tripping to Hyderabad, next. Pics attached.
