"The hotel itself is good, but the process of booking through Ctrip is definitely nonsense. Ctrip's customer service notice on the day of check-in stated that the hotel would cancel our reservation due to credit card guarantee issues. It was less than two hours from check-in, and it was also the Sabbath day. A few of us drove around Jerusalem for four or five hours without finding enough rooms. There was no way to return to this hotel and try my luck to see if there was a room. Who knew that the hotel did not cancel our reservation at all, and the guaranteed credit card was no problem. It was so smooth. Afterwards, Ctrip's customer service called back to say a bunch of non-substantive polite words, and finally did not explain why it was notified to us that the hotel was cancelled. Delayed most of our day and was speechless."
