"Stayed at Novotel Bandung and had a really good experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The surroundings were nice too, and the location was super convenient. There’s a Circle K right in front of the hotel, and an Eiger store nearby if you’re looking for outdoor or sports gear. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of food, and the staff were all very friendly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Bandung, and I’d definitely consider coming back.. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Mason Pine Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Even before our arrival, the communication with the hotel team was excellent. They responded promptly to our requests and made us feel truly welcomed. Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful pool view. The room was also thoughtfully prepared with a personalized welcome message on the mirror, a delicious cake, and adorable elephant towel decorations. These small touches made our family feel very special. The facilities are outstanding, especially for families with children. Our little one had so much fun enjoying the swimming pool, trampoline, arcade games, and the various kids’ activities available throughout the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to find pickleball facilities, which added another enjoyable activity during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the genuine hospitality of every staff member. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They even kindly granted us a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM, which we truly appreciated. Thank you, Mason Pine Hotel, for creating such a memorable stay for our family. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly getaway near Bandung. This is not just a hotel stay—it was a memorable family experience that we will always cherish. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was how runner-friendly the location is. I started my morning with a 5K run from the hotel to the Bumi Hejo and IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan area before returning to the hotel. The route was enjoyable, the morning atmosphere was fresh, and it was a perfect way to begin the day. This is definitely an added bonus for guests who enjoy running or morning walks. We’ve stayed at several hotels before, including a beachfront resort in Bali, but Mason Pine Hotel has become our favorite family staycation destination. It wasn’t just because of the facilities—it was the genuine hospitality, thoughtful attention to detail, and the complete family-friendly experience that truly made the difference. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back."

"We stayed 4 nights as a family with two children. Overall: an excellent family resort with genuinely outstanding staff — the friendliness was consistent everywhere we went, from check-in to restaurants to the spa, across the entire stay. Check-in & room: Check-in was long but handled in a friendly manner. Executive Suite 7501 is very spacious with a large bathroom and a very large balcony. Ideal layout for a family of four. Pools: Very large swimming pools with separate areas for kids and adults — this separation worked well for us. Damar Restaurant: We ate here for the Saturday ”Surf & Sear Live Robata Night” and daily breakfast. The dinner buffet is the widest I have seen in a hotel — huge variety, delicious and freshly cooked, in a cozy atmosphere with very attentive staff who helped us in every way. Kids ate free at the themed night (printed on the bill), drinks were included in the buffet price (iced tea, cold brew, iced latte, ginger fizz), and the ALL Accor membership 10% F&B discount was honored. One honest caveat: the advertised live robata grilling counter was absent our night because the restaurant was hosting a wedding, so it was effectively buffet-only and busy — if you're booking specifically for the live-grill experience, confirm no private event is scheduled. Breakfast (also at Damar): wide variety, same friendly staff, but very crowded on Sunday morning — noticeably calmer on weekdays. The resort clearly runs at full capacity on weekends with the Jakarta crowd. Mad Cow (steakhouse, Level 6): Quiet, relaxed atmosphere on our Sunday visit. Steaks are grilled on an open station, staff were very friendly and helped us choose. Fresh juices were good. Note it's a premium-priced venue — imported Australian 450g cuts at steakhouse prices — and alcohol-free per local regulations (mocktails and juices only). Spa: Very clean and relaxing. We took two treatments — a 90-minute Traditional Balinese massage and a 60-minute Deep Tissue — both excellent. Padi Pool & Bar: Good mocktail selection for a pool day. Practical notes: the resort suits families exceptionally well; GrabFood delivers to the lobby if you want variety; folio can be pre-settled the evening before an early checkout, which made our 06:30 departure effortless; roughly 2 hours from CGK airport (use the Kunciran toll route to avoid Jakarta traffic). Verdict: The staff make this resort — every single venue, every single day. We'd return."

"Lokasi sangat strategis krna dekat dg pusat aneka kuliner. Pelayanan hotel sangat responsif, kebetulan kamar yg kami dapat utk smoking, ternyata aroma sangat kuat, tapi pihak hotel sangat bertanggungjawab utk memberikan purifier dikamar sepanjang inap kami. Fasilitas semua memuaskan. Hanya saja tempat breakfast kurang luas, mungkin bisa dijadikan koreksi kedepannya. Keseluruhan is good.l & recomended."

"The sliding bathroom door is made of aluminum, so it's noisy. Check-in took forever, super slow and drawn out. If there's a request made during booking, it should be addressed. Don't wait until arrival to give a bunch of excuses. Got a room way, way in the back, but that's just how the hotel is designed. Check-out also involved a long wait... Maybe they're afraid the TV will go missing, lol."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Woosh station. When I arrived, the hotel had only been open for a month, so the paint smell was quite strong. However, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I was even given my key before the official check-in time (early check-in). There are a couple of things to note: firstly, the hotel entrance sign wasn't installed yet (there was no sign at the gate). Secondly, regarding breakfast: I was informed that if there are fewer than 20 guests, there's no buffet (previously it was 30 people, now it's a minimum of 20). Also, breakfast is supposed to offer both Asian and Western options, but currently, only Asian is available."

"We had such a wonderful and memorable stay at Pullman Bandung Grand Central. A huge thank you to the entire Pullman team for making us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. Even weeks before our arrival, I had emailed the hotel regarding a few requests and was genuinely impressed with how quickly the team responded. I also requested a complimentary decoration, and the team went above and beyond by preparing a beautiful art mirror, cake and even a complimentary dessert for us. We were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade with such a lovely view! From the welcoming staff at the entrance, front desk and housekeeping team, everyone was so warm, friendly and attentive. And I have to mention the bed and pillows.. they were incredibly soft and comfortable, we slept SO well! 🥹 Special s/o to Amalia, Tiara, Feby, Sechan and Bayu HK for the beautiful art mirror and for making our stay even more special. 🤍 Thank you, Pullman Bandung Grand Central, for such a lovely experience.
