I recently checked in for what was supposed to be a quick one-night escape, but honestly? It felt like I’d accidentally booked a lifetime subscription to bliss. From the moment I arrived, every detail screamed “luxury”. And the staff? They’re the unsung heroes who turn a hotel stay into a heartfelt hug from a long-lost friend. From the security up front, check-in staff, room service up, swimming pool, buggy, restaurant, up to the valet staff are professional and full of smile. My room was a sprawling sanctuary that could easily host a small family reunion. High ceilings, plush king beds, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathrooms? A spa in disguise, with bath-up, rain showers that rival any monsoon and bathtubs begging for a good book and bubbles. Look, no place is perfect—except maybe this one, but I’ll play along. Great stay there. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is incredible but crowded . Lots of variety of cheese , Asian and western food , with coffee , tea and juices (not fresh fruit). Swimming pool is huge and better be earlier to get a chair around 10am or after 14:00. Food is reasonable price at the pool, and it is really delicious. There is a very nice gym with cold and a hot tub , steam and sauna. Sometimes there is free yoga class at 08:00 am (I think on Wednesdays), but remember to put your name the day before in the gym reception. Lots of walk in couldn’t do because number is limited to 15 people. Gaming room is quite fun with PS5, some retro arcade (they need some maintenance as some buttons weren’t working), and a billiard table . Unfortunately the billiard table should limit each guest to use for 30 minutes and make a reservation list so everyone can have a chance to play. Sometimes kids stay for hours and there is no chance for others to play.

It was a very lovely resort, huge & had lots of activities. Very friendly/polite workers. They gave welcoming drinks and string bracelets (consist of 3 elements; The red element symbolizes creativity and bravely, the black element symbolizes powerful and protected us from bad spirit and white element symbolizes spirituality and goodness). They gave fruit platter in room. I accidentally missed a step on the front fountain at the entrance steps on my way out walking, twisted my ankle badly on the first day. My husband asked for an ice pack & they gave us a bucket of ice. That was lovely. Need to focus on cleanliness especially on bathroom - showers (slight molds) and bathtubs (painted on - in the first room before they moved us closer to our son. The paint was peeling off as we filled bathtub with water. The bathtub was slippery in the second room, my son fell in & hurt his back & hips. They managed to find me a room so that I could be together with my son (adjoining room) but the air conditioning was not working. I asked them for at least portable AC but they only gave us a pedestal fan. Gym was very tiny, not balance as there are over 500 rooms in the complex. Plus, lack of monitoring, water dispenser is empty. The squash balls aren’t pumped so it doesn’t bounce at all. Porter need to be extra careful when pushing trolley cart, I got struck with it from the back so hard. I injured myself but he didn’t mean it, he was very apologetic. Therefore we decided to checkout one day early, even though we paid for it. I asked for lunch as a swap and paid the difference since we won’t be around for the next day breakfast (due to early checkout) but not possible but instead they did prepare & pack-up breakfast boxes in advance. That was lovely of them.

Good day! The rest in this hotel was perfect. The breakfast was fantastic, the room service also on a high level. The location was really good, near to Bali Collection where u can buy a lot of souvenirs and other staff, the market with fruits also close, like 10 minutes walk. Also nearby u can buy SIM card. Strongly recommend for staying.

I really enjoyed my stay at Everyday Hotel. Its central location near Kuta Centre made everything easy — beach, markets, and food all within walking distance. The staff were attentive, and the check-in process was smooth. The rooms are simple but cozy, with a clean bathroom and reliable Wi-Fi. The area is lively but the hotel remains peaceful inside, which is great for resting after a long day. I’d definitely recommend it for solo travelers or couples who value convenience and friendly service.

A Wonderful Experience at Rimba Hotel As a returning guest for the third time, I cannot thank the manager, Anom Kardiana enough for the wonderful arrangements he made, especially securing a room with the best view of the hotel. Each visit feels like a homecoming. The housekeeping service is truly exceptional; I was delighted to find surprise toys waiting for me upon my return to my room, and the staff consistently kept everything tidy and clean. The beautiful swimming pools are well-maintained, and I appreciate the absence of mosquitoes in the surrounding forest—it's truly an extraordinary experience. The quality of the dining options is outstanding, particularly at DAVA Steakhouse and Scusa Restaurant, where the live music and talented singers added to the ambiance. I also enjoyed the new After Rock Bar, which features fantastic DJ music. Highly recommended!

Outstanding experience! We would like to sincerely thank the hotel staff and the security team for their professionalism and warm hospitality. The location is absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and offers breathtaking views that create a true sense of peace and relaxation. The breakfast is varied and truly delicious. We enjoyed the place so much that we preferred to spend the entire two days without leaving, simply to soak in the beauty and the incredible sense of tranquility. Everything about this place is far beyond excellent—highly recommended!

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions during overnight layovers. The location is excellent, particularly as I was traveling alone with two children. The breakfast offerings were also quite good. There are numerous dining options available on the domestic arrivals side, which is conveniently located near the hotel, as well as a mini market where essential items can be purchased. We intend to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The only setback is the nearby renovations, which make driving in and out of the hotel a bit inconvenient due to the narrow lane. It’s easier to walk out and meet your Grab driver outside. The nearby spa is reasonably priced, and I really enjoyed their massage!

I had to find a last-minute hotel near the airport because my Vietjet flight was delayed and my luggage went missing, making it impossible to continue my onward journey. It's a standard 4-star hotel; everything was perfectly acceptable. While not luxurious, it was quite comfortable. My booking via Ctrip didn't include breakfast, but I added it on for one person at the last minute for 150,000 VND. The spread was quite substantial, and the dining area offered both indoor (lobby) and outdoor seating, both of which were very pleasant. A final tip: I highly recommend using Grab for taxis and avoiding hailing one directly at the airport.
