Hotel sympa , il est à coté de la gare, la chambre était bien, les lits confortables. Le personnel très aimable et souriant.Le petit déjeuner est très bien, il y avait beaucoup de choix et c'était plutôt bon, avec même du jus d'orange frais! Hotel avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

This is a no frills but very well located holiday residence with good facilities helpful staff and excellent value. Our balcony was great, spacious and caught the sun for a good part of the day. We enjoyed visiting local attractions, local artisanal bakery and shops plus plenty of restaurants within easy reach.

It's not amazing, but it's good enough. Our family room was very nice and specious. It's also easy to come with the car, although their parking is very limited and small. But all in all it works well for the price. If the price of the room makes sense to you and you don't mind not being within walking distance from the historical centre, it's a good choice.

An single night stay before catching the early ferry. It’s location is good for getting to the ferry (by car), and the parking is free. The hotel room doors face outside (the parking area), and traffic noise is common. The double rooms are smallish, and not made for a longer stay (1 desk chair), but the double bed is comfortable. Check in is not a seamless process if you book thru popular booking sites. Between 11:00 and 5:00 there is no front desk staff, and you check in using the kiosk outside. Unfortunately, the booking site reference number is not the hotel booking number to use at the kiosk. They have a help button, but the delay is annoying enough to sour the experience.

Stayed here at the first stop to Ryan. Because the train arrived very late, the hotel is facing the train station, it is really convenient! 🔔 Service: Because of the trip with the baby, the staff chose a room with a Star Wars pattern. The baby likes the spaceship very much 👍. 🧹 Hygiene: The bathroom is completely new and renovated, and there is a small bathtub, which is very good. 🍃 Environment: The only downside is that the room smells a bit of smoke and the window is scattered. Isn't it a smoke-free room? In addition, the air conditioning is a bit noisy. 🧹 Health: Very clean 👍

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights at the end of April-early May 2024. I highly recommend this hotel. It has a great location -- about .4 miles from the train station and about an equal distance in the other direction to Old Town, Parc du Thabor, and other places you'll want to see. My wife enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean. Lots of restaurants nearby. Rennes is a beautiful university town with a great Saturday market; it was a highlight of our 17-day trip to Brittany and Normandy.

I wanted a hotel to be near my daughter in student accommodation. There really isn’t another hotel anywhere near so I had no choice. I have to stay there again in a few months time and I will take a kettle and a European plug adapter as there aren’t any USB ports in the room. There isn’t a kettle in the room but there is a machine for hot n cold water in reception- just be aware that it can be quite busy in the foyer area at times and so I felt a little uncomfortable making my drink! There isn’t a lift but the stairs were not steep. The bed was really comfortable and the duvet n pillows were super soft. The carpet/ Lino was very worn and needs replacing - I was glad I took my slippers! Shower was a French-style in-the-bath type so no super-luxury bathroom sorry! Room was quiet and private. It had a large window with a decent curtain and had an adjustable radiator. Smart flat-screen TV worked fine. So overall it was okay apart from the carpets and lack of kettle. The receptionists were really helpful and polite. They all speak several languages. Someone is on reception 24/7. You can buy drinks there and I had a pitcher of wine. They charge 13€ for breakfast which I didn’t have as I thought that was expensive for a basic hotel. I think the hotel is used for conferences during the day. Parking was right outside main entrance and it seemed to be safe.

The hotel is a modern hotel, which is renovated or very recently, and offers a relaxing and relaxing stay. The area is quiet despite the first impression. The breakfast is well provided and especially mainly with products from the region, so it is good to note, of the real pressed orange juice, and of course Bretagne forces you will have the right to four quarters and crepes home.. very nice.. Fuori dal centro di Saint Malo, raggiungibile in auto in pochi minuti. Parcheggio dell’hotel incluso, caffè e tè sempre a disposizione in reception. Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza del personale e la piscina coperta. Consigliato!

Lovely clean and modern hotel with a very friendly and helpful receptionist. It feels very safe as you have a code to use to open your room door and also the lobby door and car park gates if it’s after 9pm. Plenty of parking spaces too. Bed was comfortable and bedding was good quality and everywhere was very clean. My only gripe was that the quilt only reaches the edges of the bed but as the bed is big you can move into the middle so it’s not too bad. The bathroom is small but perfectly adequate and the shower is very good. We were on floor 2 looking out at the next door hotel and it was very quiet all night. I had the window open but there is air conditioning should you want it. Breakfast was well organised and there was plenty of choice. Cereal, pastries, several types of bread and jams, yogurts, fruit compote pots and apples, cheeses too. There was scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages and also good, freshly ground coffee. I would imagine that it might be busy in the Summer months but fine for us in May. There is no bar but a vending machine with soft drinks etc. There are 3 places to eat nearby and with your booking invoice you can get a 10% discount on them all. We have eaten at the nearby Italian and Chinese restaurants and they are both excellent. The Chinese at 20€ for a help yourself buffet with superb food and plenty of choice is excellent value.

This hotel is ideally sited within the town walls. Great hotel, fantastic staff and great food except for the breakfast fruit cocktail which only had apple and pineapple? Needs some banana and orange at least to stop it tasting too sharp. Car parking is within 100 metres outside the town wall but is very cheap and easy to access. Would absolutely stay here again what a great find.

Ayant été incapable de changer mon billet de train par internet, les employés m'ont aidé avec une très grande amabilité. Je suis une personne âgée et j'ai beaucoup apprécié leur attention. De façon générale, les 2 cousins à l'accueil ont été très agréables. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

The public areas of the hotel are very pleasant and the staff are friendly and try to help. The bar is nice and the restaurant is also good- breakfast is a self service buffet with a good range of food. The family room was pretty tight - downstairs is mainly bed with a rather tired bathroom while upstairs is 2 single beds. There are wardrobes and televisions but we were only staying one night so didn’t use them. However we would have had to sit on the double bed to watch tv and it would have been a squeeze. Beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning adequate. It all just felt a little in need of a refresh: the door frames are bashed about, the bathroom door didn’t shut properly, the velux window frame needed a lick of paint- that sort of thing.

Climatisation bruyante dans la chambre, petit déjeuner très moyen surtout pour le tarif. presse à jus d'orange, mais pas d'orange, viennoiseries de qualité moyenne, les produits étaient souvent manquants pas remplacés de suite (plats vides), idem pour les boissons. Choix moyen. Chambre pas prête à 16H.. Les + personnel agréable et chambre et locaux très propres. Facilité de stationnement. Restaurant de l'hôtel moyen, peu de choix la viande et les frites sont arrivés tièdes et pas grand chose aux alentours pour diner. Il ne manquerait pas grand chose pourtant pour que cet hôtel soit top..

Very pleasant stay, the wellness area is worth a detour, swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna only cost 8 euros. In addition, the apartment is very bright and practical, and I appreciate the connected TV and the USB socket integrated in the bedroom light. I will definitely be back as soon as I get to Vannes! ! Also thank the hotel staff for their kindness.

Our room was large with a kitchenette. We received a friendly welcome at reception with directions and a map to the centre of Vannes which is a 25 minute walk or 5 minute drive to free parking. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay if you are planning on visiting Vannes on a budget.

Excellent séjour dans cet Apparcity en mai 2022 Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute un petit souci avec les plaques chauffantes, il est difficile de se préparer un repas chaud tant les plaques mettent de temps à chauffer La literie est également un peu spartiate

We had brunch and our experience was not memorable at all. The service was extremely poor! 1/ we booked a week in advance requesting to sit by the window. When we arrived, we were shown to a table in the center of the room. I asked for the table requested as I could see that there were a few tables by the window unoccupied, but was told that it’s all full!!! I insisted and had to wait for them to come back with a negative reply. All this time while waiting, the people who arrived after us were shown to the tables by the window. So, not wanting to be petty, we accepted the table. 2/ the waiter explained to us that brunch is from 12 noon to 16:00. So you would assume that you could stay until then. At 13:30 we were told very rudely that we had to leave as there will be a second service. All this, without an apology, or an advance notice that we need to vacate the table! Very very unprofessional. 3/the plate of my niece was literally taken away under her nose, as she was finishing her dessert! We were so shocked that we didn’t even have time to make any comments! There are more but I wouldn’t bore you. Suffice to say we were not impressed at all by this restaurant. Food was so so. It wasn’t even on the rooftop. Anyway even if you still want to go, there is no need to ask to be seated by the windows as there is nothing to see. I am shocked that such a well know brand of hotel/restaurant is providing such awful service. I would not recommend this restaurant

Ho pernottato in questa struttura per due notte. La stanza era pulita, confortevole e dotata di un piccolo cucinino. Al mio arrivo il personale è stato gentilissimo. Lo consiglierei soprattutto a chi è con l’auto, poiché è lontano dal centro, ma la metro è a una ventina di minuti a piedi e nelle vicinanze della struttura c’è la fermata del pullman.

The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable. We had a room with a bathroom with a shower open, toilet just 2 cm. Not very convenient if you want to do a shower and another wants to do your needs ^^. We did not choose breakfast when booking, however we wanted it but no information in the room to inform us and motivate us to go there (except a price card) so we had to search on the internet. Fortunately nearby, a Leclerc and McDo were at our disposal (at least 50 metres walking so super well located!)

We stayed in a first-floor room with a little terrace of our own. Was idyllic on that terrace except for when the air conditioning unit on the adjacent roof was humming and dumping hot air on us. Such a shame because everything else here was first class. The staff. The restaurant. The courtyard bar. The location near one of the best wine and food streets in Rennes. Absolutely would stay here again but might not bother with the terrace room next time.
