Stayed for one night on a solo trip from corralejo, everything was spotless,great location the place was lovely will definitely be back again.

We were placed here due to a 35 hour delay over 200 guests and the hotel dealt really well with tired stressed passengers it is not where we wanted to be but they have dealt with the whole situation very well and compassionately unlike tui who left us stranded

We had a brilliant week at this hotel. What really stood out was the friendliness of the staff, everyone we met said hello and was happy to humour me practicing my rusty Spanish. The staff at the Iballa bar were particularly warm. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The pool area was lovely and we never struggled for a lounger. We used the gym a few times - the space isn't particularly efficiently used, with machines taking up all available space that isn't needed for moving around, but it had a good range of equipment for a hotel gym. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was a bit dated but plenty of space. Our only complaint is about the bathrobes provided - they are tiny! We are both athletically built but not particularly large and the bathrobes didn't fit either of us comfortably.

My Mum and I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for 4 nights as part of her birthday celebration and it was perfect! The rooms are so comfortable and the bedding is sublime! The team who work there are so fantastic - nothing is too much trouble and ever so helpful. There are beautiful towels by the pool which don’t slip down and you get two as standard so not everything is wet when you get out! There is even suncream at the pool so you don’t have to bring your own! Wifi is brilliant throughout the hotel. Cocktails are beautiful, about 17-18 euros each but worth every penny! Absolutely delicious. My only criticism was the lack of food choices in the hotel by the pool - not a huge amount to choose from, very fish based (I don’t eat fish) and the service was a little slow for drinks but that could be the time of year. But there was fabulous popcorn cones and fruit kebabs which were shared in the morning which was great. When planning you’re trip, just be aware that there is nothing around without a taxi from this hotel - there’s some lovely local places nearby but you will need to get in a taxi. The beach area is incredibly well set up - the little train takes you there, there’s a full bar and restaurant, toilets, suncream and sun loungers. Overall it was a brilliant stay and would recommend the hotel for sure - would be even better once the refurbishments are done and there are a few more pools and the restaurant with a view is open again! Overall a hotel 10! The location being central makes it difficult to park, we recommend reserving a parking space for €8/day. The breakfast was undoubtedly the best and the staff was very pleasant.

My stay was great, the hotels location was about 15 mins from Tenerife south Airport by taxi which was quite convenient. Hotel was lovely, pool was lovely

The hotel and staff were excellent overall, room was big, spacious and well equipped. hotel had a wonderful trail of trees from all over the world and a lot of activities/areas to explore and enjoy. Location distance to local shopping centre was not bad especially as they have a shuttle service and cabs too are very reasonable and reliable. Special mention to a wonderful bartender, Yasiel who made the BEST drinks. He definitely goes above and beyond with service and his drinks including his specialty drinks are quality. My family and I ordered quite a variety of drinks over the duration of our holiday and we were not disappointed ever. Another member who we interacted a lot with was Isaac who entertained on karaoke nights and during the day with a lot of activities. Brilliant place for an amazing relaxed atmosphere where you can tailor your holiday the way you want.

Apartment is very comfortable room, with balcony and table, indoor table, all kitchen comfort. Family is done almost every day. Very clean, very friendly staff, including at the reception. We were next to the restaurant on the floor, so a little noise in the evening, but next to enjoy the animations. The residence is well placed to walk in the city, car parked outside at a maximum of 5 minutes in adjacent streets. the staff explains how to go there ... Very happy with our stay.

Excellent place to stay. The staff is pretty nice and is a nice and cheap place to stay. I love the experience. Rooms are tidy , clean and safe. I could make a lot of Friends here, they speak English and Spanish and you can feel like home in this place 🥰

Beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities and services including private pools with plenty of sunbeds, a gym, spa, art exhibition room, games room with pool tables and football tables and TVs showing live sports matches. There are also organised daytime activities and evening entertainment. I loved the neutral and mint earth tone colourway theme throughout the hotel which is very calming and relaxing. I also respect the hotel's commitment to sustainability by installing water filleting machines to reuse bottles and refillable soap and shampoo dispensers. My room was warm, cozy and clean with a nice balcony view and a variety of tv channel and movie selections including Netflix. The cleaning lady was kind to remake my bed from two twin beds into a large double bed with beautiful flower petal decorations and chocolate truffle treats which were delicious and I appreciated the additional touches. The breakfast was delicious ans very filling, presented in a buffet style with so much variety and choice of different stations within the dining room (cereal and granola; fruit, salad and juice bar; toast and baguette station; pattessarie station; hot English breakfast station with a section dedicated to different preparations of eggs). Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location with stunning sea and mountain hill views and has direct access to Torviscas Beach which is less than a 3-minute walk. There are also many local shops, bars and restaurants including a mcdonalds by the beach. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely revisit in the future!

I booked this hotel after being let down by the Beatriz Hotel in the same area and am confident that I made the right decision by coming here. Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean everywhere, bedroom huge - I asked for a higher floor room when I booked online and pleasantly surprised when I got one. Quite possibly THE most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! The usual shower cream, shampoo and soap provided and a coffee pod machine with pods, and a kettle provided. Free Wi-Fi came up as insecure so I used 4G instead. TV - bbc1, 2, and 3, itv, channel 4 and 5. Didn’t participate in the entertainment but I could hear and see it from my balcony and it was excellent every time. 2 buffet restaurants, one family friendly the other adults only. Bookable restaurant on site also which is extra if you want to choose from a menu. I found the food delicious with a good selection to choose from. I really looked forward to my meals there! Breakfast I had a freshly made omelette with bacon and either roasted sweet peppers or cherry tomatoes. Nice touch that the resident hotel manager makes a point of being in the restaurants over mealtimes observing things, I’ve never seen that before. There is also a restaurant manager who seats you, rather than it being a free for all. All staff are super friendly and very helpful. Overall I’d definitely return here, and recommend Aequora as it’s a good base, central to the strips of Matagorda and Puerto del Carmen. This resort is super clean too, no fag butts, discarded plastic or glass bottles and drink tins. Just a stunning place. Thank you to everyone at Aequora for a lovely stay.

Everything is good, the location is good, you can see the sea when you open the window, but there are no disposable slippers, toothbrushes and shower caps.

We had booked to stay at a Villa in Puerto Del Carmen for a fortnight but needed alternative accommodation for the first two nights due to flights. We decided on Club Del Carmen. Service from staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Our apartment was very clean and spacious with a great view overlooking the pool with the sea just behind. Club Del Carmen is very eco friendly. Great to have a tap with drinking water in our room. You could use the pool at any time during its opening hours but sun beds had to be booked. You could book a morning or afternoon slot. They said it’s usually one slot per day per room, but if people don’t show up for their slot within 30 mins the lifeguard will look to see if there is space for you. We thought the booking system was a great idea. We ate at the restaurant on-site Baily Bar for one of the evenings, the food was lovely and reasonably priced. We were very happy with our short stay and would look to stay again in the future.

A five star experience from start to finish began at checkin on our arrival. Friendly, professional staff directed us to our room which, despite the dark, promised a great view and was well furnished and spacious. We ate at Wok and Zen the first night where the great service continued alongside fabulous food. The piano bar offered live music every night and the group on Sunday were brilliant. If you choose to have dinner at El Faro, and I highly recommend that you do, then choose the croquettes! I have to mention Gloria on reception who went above and beyond to arrange a specialist excursion for me and for her help and compassion in helping my husband on departure. Sheraton have a team to be proud of…

We stayed at Secrets Lanzarote in May 2024 and booked Secrets Fuerteventura as a birthday treat for me in July 2024. I was really looking forward to this hotel but unfortunately it hasn’t lived up to the 5 star expectations I had. Room: junior suite sea view. The view is amazing, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and offers everything you need. The maids work hard and in general the hotel is kept very clean which is fantastic. However, we, as non smokers, couldn’t sit out on your balcony and enjoy the view as much as our neighbours kept enjoying cigarillos what felt like all the time. The hotel offered us a different room but couldn’t guarantee that there would be no smoke from others again. Smoking: in general I found this hotel off putting for non smokers. As mentioned above, it would be great to have non smoking and smoking rooms to avoid being exposed. When you walk to the main restaurant, you have to walk past the smokers who have their smoking corners outside the restaurant and by the entrances of the pool area. Guests also smoke at the beach and as there’s always a breeze you can’t escape it. Cigarette buds are in the sand due to this. Pool area: there aren’t enough sun loungers so people reserve and don’t tend to use them until late. On the last day of our holiday the hotel suddenly decided to enforce a non reservation rule, too late for us as we have left and we didn’t use the pool due no sun bed availability for several days. The pools itself are freezing and not 24 degrees. They need to be heated as Fuerteventura is a breezy island and it cools down in the evening so the pools will never reach a comfortable temperature unless helped by heat. Everyone I saw in the pool said it’s too cold and it was reported to the pool guy but he can’t do anything about it. Secrets Lanzarote was a bath tub in comparison and I spent a lot time in the pool there. The hotel could also invest in new pool towels, they have seen better days. Food: we only ate at the Buffett, which was great. We tried restaurants in town which were great and reasonable priced. Cocktails: we only tried 2 cocktails from the pool bar and they were very bad. They tasted like they came from a slushy machine, they didn’t as we saw them made in front of us but they weren’t very nice unfortunately. The Cocktails in town for 8€ were amazing. I really wanted to love this hotel and come back again and again but we decided that the price point is far too high for a hotel with freezing pools and sun bed wars.

Lovely holiday at delightful hotel Had fab room overlooking golf course with own sun loungers (408) Beautiful modern room with the biggest monsoon shower ever seen Breakfast fab served by the pool Lunch also available there. Great choice and price Dinner half board only thing that let it down. Served inthe Atlantico restaurant in a separate section at the back of this lovely restaurant and a very mediocre selection of uninspired dishes. Ate there a la carte on another evening and that was fab, totally different experience ! Rooms lovely and clean and chocolates left on pillow some days - nice touch. Shane water tea bags and coffee weren’t replenished once used Pool fantastic and spa lovely and staff friendly All in all would recommend !

The service was excellent, both in reception and restaurant, but the services in the facility were a bit unfavorable in the sense that personally, as I was with my pregnant wife, I had a room on the lowest floor the first day, everything was fine because there is an elevator, but The rest of the days they had them out of service, which in a place like that I think can't go wrong. The gym was a bit poor and the only machine that it had did not work well, the impossible parking on the second day was that I was able to get one and pay it to the hotel, when you go to make a reservation you will see a buffet breakfast option for €4 that does not exist lol. The rest all good. I think that services such as the elevator should be guaranteed to keep them in optimal conditions. For the rest all good.

Perfect hotel for a stay in Las Palmas. 10 minutes to the beach & lots of excellent restaurants & bars on your doorstep. The housekeepers at Bexx are excellent & I can honestly say it is the cleanest hotel we have stayed at & our room is spotless every day. We visited the top floor bar on the Friday of our nine nights here & they had a private party on with a group of lawyers who invited us to join them & we had the best night. Would 100% stay here again

Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

The place is good, but maybe there are better hotels for the same price. Caleta de Fuste Beach is ideal for exploring the island because it is in the center of it, with a car you have 1 hour up and another hour down from this hotel to go to the best beaches. You can also relax on the hotel's beach with a very beautiful artificial pool made by the sea.

Just back from this holiday. The hotel was great! We had an adapted room due to me being in a wheelchair and it was all fine easy to use room, the bed was a bit in the way if the bathroom so could not get in with my wheelchair. The rooms was cleaned daily and if you needed extra towels you could just call the front desk and someone would bring them to you. Also had a kettle and mini fridge. We also had a 3 year old and he had loads of fun in the 2 snall pools and the large pool as well. He did do some of the kids activities which was very good. There us 1 ramp that is hard to get up, even being pushed it was hard work and it was to the main restaurant so used daily. The rest of the hotel was very easy to get around ! The food was great, anyone that says they could not find something to eat must live on the moon ! I am allergic to ALL nut and also coconut so that was a bit of a problem but have had to deal with this all my life. They did have the allergy signs up but the nice looking puddings always had nuts or coconut so I had jelly and ice cream like I do else were. The kitchen manager did pull me to 1 side and ask me how I was dealing with getting the food which was nice and we had a chat about the allergy advice and I told him a few ways it could be improved (more informed signs) and tge next day there was the list of what each symbol meant on all areas which was very good! The night entertainment was okay 2 nights was really good ! I would 100% go here again and they might see me next year !
