The hotel is new and conveniently located near the train station and the main shopping street. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the historic center and Frauenkirche. Pros: Modern facilities, great location for shopping and transport connections. Cons: The area is noisy at night, and there were loud street noises outside the window. Breakfast lacked scrambled eggs and bacon, which was disappointing.

I booked a single room. Check in service is fast. Receptionist is polite. The breakfast is quite okay.

Came to Dresden for 2 nights with my daughter. We just slept at the hotel and did not use extra services. In our country we don’t wear outside shoes inside the house, so for us the room floor was dirty to walk by bare foot. Very good hair dryer, but no tea pot or coffee machine.

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic. I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous. We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom. The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing. We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork. They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well.. I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”. Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”. There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information. It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

You have to go to the parking lot next to it to park your car. It is not very convenient until you ask the front desk. Overall, I am very satisfied.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely consider again. The rooms were clean, modern, decent view and delicious breakfast!! I was so happy with my stay, and the staff members were excellent!However if there’s just 1 thing I can recommend, please add a kettle for the room. Hope to be back soon.

The room is very spacious, bright, comfortable and clean. I didn't expect there is a microwave, kettle, plates and cutlery. The location is also very convenient, just a few minutes walk to almost all attractions. Buffet breakfast, you can order 3 kinds. I recommend the chicken omelette. It's a little far from the train station, three tram stops.

Check-in is faster.. There is a problem with the room door opener.. Mr. Umayev was on the scene and solved the problem immediately.. He is super friendly and you feel good.. The found a clean room before check-in! The hostel itself, is in a beautiful older building right next to the station. The room was spacious, but no air on so my room window remained open and it is next to a major roadway. The laundry was a bit complicated and you have to beat the mining breakfast rush for food before 8am. All in all, a great sty for 3 nights and the staff was super helpful!

We were going to a gig at the nearby Haus Ansee and this was the closest hotel. Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful! We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable. The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town. Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received. Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels. Don’t hesitate….value for money! Very good location from where the city center can easily be reached on foot. The breakfast area is very nice and the food is excellent. Unfortunately, parking is outrageously expensive at €25 per day.

The environment is very good, the place is very quiet, and it is a very cost-effective youth hostel. The open kitchen is well equipped and suitable for cooking. The room is large and well decorated. Not bad.

It is about 20 minutes walk from the center, but there is a tram station in 3 minutes walk, 4 stations to Leipzig central station, and several restaurants around the hotel. The room is compact, but the toilet bath is partitioned by the door, there is an outlet and a work desk on the bedside, and there is a lounge on the lobby floor, so you can work on PC without any problems. I think it is clean and cospa is good.

When you check in at the front desk, you should pay attention to it. There is a small sign on the inconspicuous side that says: The default guest does not need cleaning service, so if you need to change the bath towel and plan the room, please ask it at the front desk. This feeling is a bit of an invisible consumption trap. Then I asked for cleaning service, and the next morning cleaning came knocking at 8:30, speechless. The attitude of the front desk is also very general. If you don't propose it, you will not take the initiative to give you a city map and introduce the surrounding area.
