"We've now stayed here for the third time. For over three years, neither the bar nor the rather pleasant dining room has been open. Anyone expecting these amenities will currently be disappointed. The front desk is staffed by constantly changing individuals who don't appear to be hotel employees. Since this year, guests are asked via signs at breakfast to clear their own tables. All of this points to a significant staffing issue. The service is okay, but not the friendliest. I highly doubt anyone working here has any formal hospitality training. We are now aware of these circumstances. For us, it offers space, seating, a private bathroom, and a bowling alley if you want one. It's clean and quite affordable. The breakfast buffet is quite good. Furthermore, it offers special rooms for families, which we also liked. The location is suburban, which suits us. It seems to attract many travelers passing through, as it's not far from the highway, yet it's very quietly situated."

"Clean and hygienic. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. It's right next to the train station, making transportation incredibly convenient. You can also take bus 20 for about 15 minutes to reach the Old Town, which is perfect for exploring and visiting the castle. The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The hotel itself is very new and spotlessly clean. Highly, highly recommend! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍"

"The hotel is located outside Bieberach and is directly connected to the thermal. This can also be used for guests of the hotel for free.
My impression of the hotel was unfortunately rather less good. The laundry cars stand on a day alone right next to my room door. At the end of the room there were 2 long black hair in the shower and washing basin. The beds seem to have come in the years and I have sleeped badly the nights.
Breakfast is super! However, I didn't find the staff super that one colleague put the gluten-fee bread on the ground just back to the others on the buffet! You should see the staff once schools.
My summary: Next time I'll sleep elsewhere"

Situated a mere 25 minutes away from downtown Stuttgart, there are numerous attractions nearby, such as the Botanical Garden Stuttgart, the Mercedes-Benz Museum, and the Sport-und Badezentrum-Fildorado. Our 208 rooms are decorated in warm, neutral colors and have many comfortable and contemporary features including free Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, rain effect showers, coffeemakers, and minibars. In the morning, a breakfast buffet is made available with hot dishes prepared upon request. For lunch and dinner, the Schinderbuckel serves international dishes and also offers vegetarian options, an à la carte menu, a private dining area and children’s meals. The Nhube Bar provides a relaxing spot for cocktails, snacks, and boasts a local library.
"Great hotel not too far from the airport.
All good for my stay but the only complaint I had was that there was no hot water on the last day of my stay. It would have been good for them to inform guests in advance if this was scheduled maintenance. I had to boil a kettle to have a shave and ended up having to go without a shower."

"A very hard-working airport hotel, the hope of German hotels.
The service is very similar to the early Haidilao. The waiters are all focused on the customers, including the chefs who say good morning to the customers. I seriously doubt that the restaurant team will taste the fruit in their mouths. Watermelon, watermelon, it is as sweet as the one in Beijing! There are paper cups on the coffee machine for easy takeaway, and West Lake Longjing tea was found in the tea area. The hotel owner is everywhere, and the management is great."

AAng_ieThe highlight of our stay at Bad Hotel Überlingen was definitely the spa area. It felt very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna resting area, in particular, stood out—it connects directly to a garden, and from there you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance. Stepping outside for fresh air between sauna sessions, with that view in front of you, was genuinely relaxing.
The gym, on the other hand, felt a bit disappointing. It’s quite small, and strangely, there were no weights available. It seemed like all the equipment was locked away in a physio or personal training room, which made the space feel incomplete for anyone wanting a proper workout.
Breakfast was a much more positive experience. The selection was excellent, easily better than what I’ve come across in most German hotels. Everything was well presented, and the refilling was always timely, so nothing ever felt empty or neglected. That said, the service was a little inconsistent. One staff member—a dark hair runner in the restaurant—handled a small issue with a pepper grinder poorly, initially dismissing the concern instead of checking it. Thankfully, another server stepped in quickly and resolved the situation before it escalated further.
Parking is available either at the hotel or at the car park across the street, both at €17 per day, which is straightforward but something to factor in.
What really ties everything together is the location. The surroundings are beautiful—the lakefront promenade is just there, perfect for a walk, and there’s a nearby park with a charming tower that adds to the scenery. The Bodensee-Therme Überlingen is also just around the corner, making it easy to extend that spa-like feeling beyond the hotel itself.
In the end, Bad Hotel Überlingen is a place where the setting and spa experience really shine, even if a few details—like the gym setup and some service moments—don’t quite match the overall potential. This is one of the very few hotel I would love to stay over again.

ZZhiailansedemaoThis is a truly perfect hotel, spacious and bright, with a striking design. It has two rooms, one inside and one outside, and the sofa bed in the outer room is incredibly comfortable and high-quality. The window overlooks the street, and the sound of church bells drifts in the breeze, evoking a sense of ethereal peace and tranquility... It's a style my children and I absolutely adore. The room also comes with a generous selection of food and beverages, all included in the room rate. The service charge accepts both credit and cash, which is very flexible. The bathroom sink plug was broken, so I called customer service. Upon opening the door, the handsome front desk guy came to fix it. Without a word, he took off his suit and quickly fixed it. This multi-person experience isn't limited to domestic use. My children said they probably waited for the repairman to arrive, and they didn't know when.

GGuest UserPros- Funky hotel in a central location. You can walk to the city center. Very close to U6 tram which goes directly to the airport. Stay at room 520 for for nights. The room was spacious with bright lights. The bed was big and comfy. The staff is young and energetic.
Cons - breakfast lack varieties. Send message to staff via tablet/ipad provided in the room but no response. The fridge was not working.

CcarolineHotel is nice, good location and staff friendly and helpful. However that's when you see the staff whichis usuallyin themorning. I checked in online as requested, was informed that I will get a code for door and room. I thought it is to make thecheck in process more efficient. I came in the afternoon and couldn't get inside the building, which need the code to get in. Finally some other guests came and I got in the building, and the hotel doesn't have reception to check you in. There is only a German phone number, which I don't want to call as it is an international call for me. There is email which I could send, but nobody answered. I don't know what to do to check in. Finally I found the code in email from hotel in my spam folder and managed to find my room. It's not clear that without the code nothing you can do. I think as a hotel some human intervention maybe needed

GGuest UserGreat hotel, great location. Asked for tea bags and was told they have no tea bags minor issue). I told reception that we were checking out at midday. I got back to the room at 10.30 to find our bedroom door wide open with all our possessions inside, my wallet and passport sitting on the side and the cleaner in the bathroom. Not acceptable. Anyone could have taken my wallet and passport or our bags and other personal possession’s.
I thought it was strange that they have no “do not disturb” signs in the room. This really put a downer on what would otherwise of been a really nice overnight stay.
Also - the booking confirmation stated we had a twin room with 2 small double beds. When we got to the room they were singles touching each other. When I questioned this at reception they said they don’t have small doubles. So I asked why they advertised small doubles and they had no idea.
