Perfect except for paid car parking. Excellent room. I wished I could stay for more nights. Did not try any of the facilities. Had a view of them. Very nice. Would stay in the same hotel in future.

The facilities were good and the view was good. I received a spa service, but the time was short, but the child was satisfied with our couple. Breakfast was a bit unfortunate but overall the price was satisfactory

I came here because of the movie ”The Last Holiday”. The hotel is as charming as in the movie, with an elegant environment and a unique old elevator. I recommend the nearby Moser crystal factory, which has exquisite craftsmanship and is worth a visit.

Great location with a multilingual staff! The free 3-hour access to Saunia is a big plus + the added convenience of an in-house clinic that offers several therapies as well as spa services. The breakfast buffet is very filling and varied. All in all, a very convenient location and hotel stay!

The hot spring and jacuzzi in the room are nice, and the room has an outdoor terrace which is also nice. The breakfast is rich, but the facilities in the public area are not new.

Very good. I could check in even at 11 in the morning, instead at 2 pm. The room was small, but perfect for solo traveller. Plenty of the SPA facilities, friendly staff, speak multiple languages. Nice breakfast ( except water melon, at some point, in the beginning it was empty, but not refilled during the service) I really loved the tea room with the amazing choice of different teas. I would definitely stay there again during my next visit to Karlovy Vary.
