"This hotel belongs to the same group as the neighboring Grand Court Hotel, which can be a bit confusing. The breakfast is shared among a few hotels, and I must say the standard is quite high, with a wide variety and excellent quality. The restaurant staff even pre-prepare coffee to avoid long queues at the coffee machine, which is a big plus.
One particularly commendable aspect is the hotel's complimentary shuttle service for guests arriving from the South Station. The shuttle is a large and comfortable Zeekr MPV. The driver contacts you in advance via WeChat to share the route. It's a quick and convenient service. Even without the shuttle, the hotel is just a stone's throw from the South Station, easily accessible via a pedestrian overpass, making it a straightforward walk."

"Traveling with my dad and our dog, I initially booked two villa rooms. However, due to the many stairs and multiple levels, I was concerned for my father's safety. I requested a room change from Ms. Lucien, our butler, and she surprised our whole family by moving us to a large, single-story villa with lake views and minimal stairs. It even had its own lakeside pavilion, which we were absolutely thrilled with. My sincere thanks to Ms. Lucien for her meticulous care and attention. Although the hotel's facilities are a bit dated, the service is truly beyond five-star."

"I rarely write hotel reviews, but my stay this time was truly amazing, an absolute steal, and definitely worth revisiting! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Zhejiang University and West Lake, easily accessible by a minimum fare taxi ride. 😀
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the room! It was spotless, and the bathroom had a wet/dry separation. It's equipped with voice control, automatic curtains, and a smart toilet, all easy to operate. The mini-fridge was also very practical. The entire room features smart controls; just say 'Xiao Du Xiao Du' to activate them, giving it a very high-tech feel.
The hotel staff were attentive and friendly, and they even allowed me a late check-out. The room had great natural light, very bright and pleasant. It's definitely recommendable, and the breakfast quality was also quite good. Overall, a perfect experience!"

Moon Lake Park is just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to start a city walk from the hotel."

"On a whim, my friend and I decided to head to Taizhou for seafood after failing to get train tickets from Shaoxing to Shanghai. We chose to stay at this hotel, which is an older five-star property. From the room's decor and facilities, it's clear they put a lot of thought into the details back then, with many standardized and pre-fabricated elements, which is quite impressive. The breakfast was also excellent, offering many unique dishes freshly prepared in an open kitchen. Compared to other hotels that often serve pre-cooked items, this was particularly commendable. There were even chefs circulating, directly assisting guests and catering to their requests, which was wonderful. We also had lunch at the hotel. The head waiter was very attentive, professionally introducing the dishes to us, and the food itself was superb."

"I visited this hotel less than a week after its grand opening at the end of July – I always prefer new hotels!
**Facilities:** The hard furnishings are classically elegant, and the materials used are high-quality. The shower has great water pressure and is very comfortable, and it's a huge plus that the bathroom has air conditioning.
The hotel is built right above the Hangyang Metro station. Next to it is the Kerry Centre, which is still under construction. The hotel elevator even has a sign for 'Shopping Mall' on the third floor, meaning once it's finished, there will be direct access to the mall.
**Breakfast:** Absolutely delightful! It's à la carte, exquisite, and delicious.
**Service:** The two front desk staff, who looked more like lobby managers, were incredibly pleasant to look at. And a special shout-out to Clover at the front desk – she proactively reached out to me before I even arrived to ask about my needs, and once I was there, she answered every single question thoroughly. "My overall experience at Wenzhou Yongtang Garden Hotel was absolutely perfect this time. The hotel's design and ambiance are top-notch, from the floral arrangements in the lobby and the faux fireplace to the exquisite and tasteful soft furnishings in the artsy restaurant. Every corner of the hotel is picture-perfect. The location is superb, very close to Wuma Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and getting around.
The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful. The staff proactively guided me through check-in, patiently and courteously explained the floor amenities, breakfast times, and convenient facilities, answering all my questions. I even met the hotel owner, who was also very humble and polite, treating everyone with warmth and enthusiasm, showing genuine care in every detail.
The room hygiene was impeccable. There was no odd smell inside, the bedding was clean and flat, and the desk, mirror cabinet, and TV corners were wiped spotless. First day minibar experience: Plenty of Nongfu Spring water!
First day welcome fruit: Peaches were hard. Haha.
Service: The hotel has a shuttle bus to the high-speed rail station, which is great. It's about 50 meters straight out from the exit. The schedule is fixed, so you need to plan ahead. It's still more suitable for self-driving.
Surroundings: It's very convenient to get to Pixiu Town. There are hot air balloons, go-karts, and water activities. There's also a beer museum to visit with many activities inside, the VR is quite good. However, it's inconvenient to go to other places.
Suitable for a vacation if you don't want a crowded experience.
Facilities: Both indoor and outdoor swimming pools are available.
Cleanliness: Relatively clean.
Special Feature: There's an instant noodle bar from 9 PM to 11:30 PM. It gets so crowded it makes you question your life choices.

Had a wonderful three-day, two-night stay at the Fuchun Resort, a place I've long admired. The architecture, rich in Chinese aesthetics, blends seamlessly with the natural environment of Fuyang, creating a truly harmonious feel. Hiking here was wonderfully wild and scenic. The resort's thoughtful service was evident in every detail: from the welcome greeting and the consistently helpful and responsive personal butler (Benson) before arrival, to the doorman's proactive and natural assistance with luggage, and the waitress's meticulous inquiry about dietary preferences at breakfast. All these touches reflect the hotel's high standards of service and made me feel truly respected. I even left my hat in the calligraphy class and only realized it when the instructor notified me and said it would be promptly returned to the lobby. The shuttle drivers were also very punctual, almost always available on call. The housekeeping staff were diligent and friendly. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities, and the travel photography service was particularly high quality. Fuchun Resort truly lives up to its reputation as a high-end resort. I'd love to visit again!

It's like living in a forest, with acorns constantly falling from the trees. The hotel is very clean, with virtually no mosquitoes. The room facilities are all excellent, especially the toilet flushing, which isn't too loud.
Special praise goes to the hotel staff; their service was exceptionally good from check-in to check-out. They provided afternoon tea with fruit platters, nuts, and tea; offered ginger soup and ice packs if you had a cold; and promptly came to your room to help with any issues.
The hotel only offers vegetarian food. I tried it once, and it was quite good and creative. Compared to the Black Pearl Hotel (averaging 1000 RMB per person), it's definitely not quite as good, but it's much better than other vegetarian restaurants in temples. Every ingredient was very fresh, although there were some issues, like the watermelon in the complimentary fruit platter being sweet and the blueberries being extremely sour. If you don't want vegetarian food, the surrounding farmhouses are a good option, offering fish, chicken, stir-fries, etc. I randomly picked a few and none were bad.
The hotel also arranged various courses, including a healing class and Baduanjin (Eight Pieces of Brocade). Lying in a cabin surrounded by trees and feeling the breeze on a platform by the forest river was a truly therapeutic experience! I stayed for two days and there were still many courses I didn't get to try, so I'll make up for them next time! I'll consider bringing my parents next time.

XiaopingguohuayuanOlive from the concierge team arranged our entire itinerary and was super helpful with all our requests. Her service was incredibly warm and excellent. The room size here is very generous; we booked a twin room, and the facilities were top-notch. The cleaning staff came every morning to tidy up, empty the bins, and replenish supplies, and their attitude was also fantastic. The breakfast here is also very diverse.

This hotel, built on the former site of Yida Silk Factory, is a sight to behold in itself. Tucked away in the heart of the town, it offers a serene and beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle. With the help of our lovely butler, check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth. Following video instructions, we arrived at the Wuzhen parking garage where our butler was already waiting for us, instantly easing any apprehension about visiting a new place for the first time. After entering the scenic area, we took a boat through the entirety of Wuzhen to reach the hotel, truly experiencing the unique charm of a Jiangnan water town from the water. The hotel's butler service truly lives up to its name; unlike many hotels with WeChat concierges who are often slow to respond, every request here was met with an immediate and efficient reply, which was incredibly warm and thoughtful. All in all, I highly recommend Yida as a five-star hotel in Wuzhen. It was definitely the highlight of our perfect trip to Wuzhen! My only regret is not asking for the name of our young, enthusiastic, and very helpful butler. I wish her all the best!

We had a fantastic time in Wuzhen,. thanks to the exceptional service at Splendid Clubhouse . Our butler, Ms. Zhao, was incredible. She took great care of us from arrival and made our stay completely stress-free.
The room was spacious, elegant, and featured top-quality bedding and amenities. We also loved the breakfast, which was made fresh to order and absolutely delicious. The breakfast hall overlooks an infinity pool and a lotus pond in full bloom, a truly picturesque setting.

Lanmeimei_ZJOur family's first summer trip – Naked Stables. Our little one rushed to Moganshan right after school, still in her uniform! Even though it was the rainy season, it had its own unique charm.
**Environment:** Secluded and tranquil, with various standalone round houses or villas nestled in the valley. The landscape design ensures excellent privacy. There are also plenty of activities, making it a great place for a holiday!
**Facilities:** The in-room amenities are all excellent, and the minibar is well-stocked. Even the chargeable snacks are delicious! On rainy days, it's perfect for enjoying tea and snacks in the room. However, the bathroom in the round house felt a bit small, and the shower facilities were located on the balcony, which was inconvenient to use on rainy evenings. My elderly parents had no choice but to use the bathtub, which was quite inconvenient. Later, we discovered the water heater wasn't working. The butler responded quickly, but it took an hour to fix the hardware, and still no hot water. The duty manager then proactively and very thoughtfully came to check on us and kindly moved us to another room where we could finally enjoy a comfortable hot shower.
**Service:** The butler service contacted us by phone before check-in to pre-register our license plate, allowing for seamless entry without stopping. The hotel also offers a wide range of entertainment programs for both adults and children. Our child loved it, quietly enjoying handicraft activities and horseback riding. Our little girl especially adored it and rode for half an hour each day during our two-day stay.
**Exquisite Naked Stables Souvenirs:** The cups are commemorative, and each room area is named after an animal. The various merchandise sold in the lobby is also very appealing and meaningful; we bought some to take home!
**Restaurants:** There's an Italian Western restaurant and a Chinese restaurant, both with good food. The set menus at the Western restaurant were decent, and à la carte options weren't expensive.

We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay:
**Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店
**Check-In Experience:**
We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.
**Room Comfort:**
Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
**Facilities:**
The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.
**Service:**
The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out.
**Room for Improvement:**
While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment.
**Final Thoughts:**
This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.
In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages.
