The hotel's doorman service was incredibly thoughtful; they helped with our luggage and escorted us to the front desk on the 33rd floor. Being located on a high floor, our room on the 41st floor offered excellent views. The 'family butler' service really stands out as a unique and attentive feature. Since we're a family of three and were indecisive about the room, they proactively showed us different options and offered helpful suggestions. We had such a comfortable stay that we ended up extending for another night. On the first night, the pillows were too soft for me, but the next day, they immediately provided us with a dual-sided pillow – buckwheat on one side and soft on the other – which was super thoughtful. I was a bit hesitant when booking, debating between this hotel and Wanhao, but as soon as I arrived, all my doubts vanished. It saved us a lot of money! This is a highly recommended hotel with fantastic value for money. I'll definitely be recommending it to friends visiting Chengdu!

My stay at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu was absolutely perfect! ✨ The high-rise lobby's design creates an amazing ambiance, and the butler service is incredibly attentive. The city night views are so therapeutic. The executive lounge offers continuous dining from morning till night – pure bliss! Its city-center location makes getting around super convenient. This is definitely a must-stay luxury hotel for a vacation in Chengdu!

Full marks! Firstly, the hotel staff were excellent, from the warm greetings and offering to carry luggage, to adding us on WeChat for 24-hour service, and the breakfast restaurant always anticipating guests' needs. Secondly, the front desk proactively offered a free room upgrade when they saw a family of three checking in, and suggested purchasing a hotel membership card for an extra complimentary breakfast. They truly understood our needs and provided solutions. Thirdly, the Chinese restaurant here is even cheaper than outside establishments, the quality is great, and they offer complimentary fruit and butter tea.

I recently stayed at the Ruofute Hotel and was really impressed with the service quality. The extensive breakfast buffet left a strong impression on me. Overall, the hotel felt clean and the environment was pleasant. If I had to be critical, I'd say the facilities could use a bit of an upgrade. The hotel is close to Chunxi Road, about a ten-minute walk, which is nice because it offers a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The lobby staff's service truly gave it a five-star hotel feel. If I had to rate it, I'd give it a 4.99, deducting that 0.01 for a slight wish for the external surroundings.

From check-in to check-out, everything was thoughtful. The concierge and front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, even thoughtfully preparing brown sugar ginger tea and welcome fruits. Facilities: The hotel has a 24-hour medical oxygen bar, and just 10 minutes there quickly relieves altitude sickness. The rooms have a diffuse medical oxygen supply, which lowers the perceived altitude to about 2700 meters, allowing for a good night's sleep. Service: As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a butler helped with our luggage and escorted us to our room after check-in. The next morning, when we were checking out, the front desk proactively asked if we needed help with our luggage, which was a very thoughtful touch. Hygiene: The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, was clean, tidy, and well-ventilated. The lobby was also kept spotless at all times. The airport shuttle stop is right outside the hotel, and booking certain room types includes a free airport drop-off, making it the best choice for return journeys.

This newly opened Lamborghini hotel boasts a very central location, within walking distance of COSMO and Tianfu Square, and just a subway ride away from Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road. The golden bull logo at the hotel entrance is quite eye-catching. The decor is high-end and luxurious, with a spacious and bright lobby. The front desk and concierge staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, proactively asking about our needs. We booked a package deal and extended our stay, and they upgraded us directly to a suite. The room features a living room and a bedroom, complete with a walk-in closet and a vanity table. The bathroom has a double vanity, separate toilet and shower, and a bathtub. The living room includes a small kitchen equipped with an induction hob, microwave, and a capsule coffee machine. They provide complimentary natural mineral water, beer, and other beverages daily. There's also a four-person dining table and a washing machine – a huge plus! The hotel is fully smart-managed. You simply swipe your card outside the elevator and enter your floor, and you're there in an instant – very high-tech. Breakfast is served on the 6th floor, with a wide variety of choices. Definitely worth it, highly recommended! 😎

The moment I stepped into the lobby of Phoenix International Hotel, I seemed to have traveled through time and space and walked into the five-star ocean. Every inch of space and every detail here is filled with luxury and comfort, which makes me, an ordinary person who has only seen five-star hotels in TV dramas, feel a little at a loss. The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, and the city scenery outside the window was unobstructed. When I lay on the soft bed and felt the delicate texture of the sheets, I suddenly remembered the days when I rolled around on the hard bed at home when I was a child. At that time, how could I have thought that one day I would lie on such a comfortable bed? This transformation made me sigh at the beauty of life and the progress of the times. The service of the hotel is even better. From the polite reception at the front desk, to the warm and thoughtful service in the restaurant, to the smiling greetings of the cleaning aunt, every link made me feel the warmth of home. Especially the waiter in the executive lounge, he patiently explained to me the executive floor rights that I could enjoy, and even added: Don't worry, your appetite will tell you which one is the best! This sentence also doubled my favorability towards this hotel. Staying at Phoenix International Hotel, I not only enjoyed high-quality service and comfortable environment, but also gained many small inspirations in life. For example, I found that the employees here are very dedicated, whether they are front desk staff, waiters or cleaning staff, they all use their smiles and enthusiasm to create a warm atmosphere for every guest. This makes me realize that no matter what work you do, as long as you do it with your heart, you can get recognition and respect from others. In general, this stay at Phoenix International Hotel has given me a lot of gains. The boutique hotel is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and conveniently located. We traveled as a family of 4 adults and 3 toddlers and booked two rooms. The hotel is very family-friendly — all the staff were welcoming, and Xiao Li and Xiao Fu were especially accommodating. We also watched 变脸 in the hotel theater, which is great for families with young children as the shows are held during the day. The quality of the performance was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chengdu and highly recommend it to friends.

True to what I've seen on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform), the entire hotel exudes a beauty reminiscent of an era of economic prosperity. Back in 2015, Wanda Group was at its peak, and Wanda Reign was clearly aiming to compete with luxury brands like Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis. It's a shame that Wanda has since faced significant setbacks, and only three Wanda Reign hotels remain in China. However, from the hotel's grand lobby and public areas to the room corridors and even the interiors of the rooms themselves, you can still see the no-expense-spared foundation from its heyday. Various marbles, granites, and white jades are exquisitely inlaid throughout, and the enormous crystal chandelier and jade carvings in the lobby are truly breathtaking. The hotel's breakfast quality is also top-notch; the live cooking stations for noodle toppings are the best I've ever experienced in any hotel. Although the hotel has gradually aged with Wanda's decline, it still stands as one of Chengdu's most worthwhile choices for an upscale stay.

Our entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly smooth. We've stayed at Club Med in Lijiang before, and this experience at Heilongtan was a bit different. When our car arrived at the hotel entrance, there were no bellhops to assist with luggage, and the lobby felt rather disorganized with no one to greet us. This might have been due to it being a weekend and our late arrival around 10 PM. However, it still felt a bit lacking and forced. That said, it doesn't detract from an otherwise excellent review. Apart from that one point, everything else was practically perfect. There's nothing to complain about. This trip was for two adults and one child, focused on spending quality time with our little one, so we didn't arrange for childcare. The facilities were very comprehensive, and our child had an absolute blast. We even caught a fireworks show the night before we left, which was a nice stroke of luck. Breakfast was quite varied, and there was plenty of seating. Despite the weekend crowd, everything was well-organized with no chaos. We stayed for two short days and will definitely bring our child back to play again. Vivi from Guest Relations provided attentive care throughout our stay, making our family feel very at ease and ensuring all our requests were met – absolutely fantastic! I forgot to take photos in the end, so I've used a few official ones. A bit of a shame, but I'll make up for it next time.
