Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

Having stayed at the Sheraton Sanya last summer, I continued my choice of Sheraton for this trip to Yinchuan. The service quality remains consistently excellent, and I had a truly wonderful experience. This visit was during peak season, and unfortunately, we had to switch rooms for our two-night stay. The young lady at the front desk, a member of an ethnic minority group, was incredibly patient, charming, and had a fantastic attitude. Later, customer service directly arranged our luggage transfer when we changed rooms, so we didn't have to handle it ourselves. We simply went out for the day, and upon our return, our luggage was already perfectly placed in our new room. The customer service team was also very quick to respond. Regarding the Executive Benefits: The executive lounge is convenient for grabbing a bite to eat, though its offerings aren't particularly unique. However, the young lady providing service there was exceptionally enthusiastic – big thumbs up! She was practically an ambassador for Ningxia tourism, haha. Also, the twin room was very spacious!

This hotel is nice and the ramen for breakfast is delicious. Guyuan is a good place with many places to visit and relics around it. The Guyuan Museum is better than the Ningxia Museum. The only drawback is that the weather is a bit dry.

The facilities are relatively new, the environment is good, the hygiene is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, and most importantly, when Guyuan is already very cold in autumn, Taihe Hotel is warm and comfortable, making people very relaxed. It is recommended to stay.

This hotel was a bit unexpected. I originally wanted to visit attractions in Xixia District, so I searched for a hotel with good reviews. It turned out to be in a tourist attraction, which was amazing. The hotel has an annex and a main building. Try to stay in the main building. The overall facilities of the annex are the same as those of a hospital ward. I asked the staff and they said it was a nursing home before. It feels a bit scary. Of course, it doesn't matter if you don't care. The facilities in the main building of the hotel are much newer, and breakfast and hot springs are also convenient. However, the hot springs are really mediocre, especially the shower area, which has a smell. Maybe it's because of the May Day holiday. The attractions are quite novel, and I saw the most people during the May Day holiday. The quality of various performances is very high, and the NPCs are very dedicated and professional, and their appearance is also online. I watched the Helan Festival and the big circus, and the price-performance ratio is not bad. The service is generally good, whether it is the restaurant or the guest room, the service awareness is not bad.

The room was very comfortable. The all-inclusive breakfast and dinner package was a huge advantage, especially since you can pretty much only eat at the hotel here – there's no takeout and no other restaurants! I had stayed at another hotel for two nights previously, and eating in-house there was incredibly expensive, so having two meals included here was fantastic! The service was excellent. What truly impressed me was this: On the first night, there was a heavy sandstorm and rain, and my originally booked wooden cabin felt a bit noisy and unsettling. After I mentioned it to the butler, they immediately contacted the reservations department and upgraded my room type free of charge! I was so moved by this, that on the second day, I willingly paid the difference to continue staying in the upgraded room. Their efficiency and customer service ethic were outstanding! I also took some time to check out the Star Diamond Hotel, which is owned by the same company. I rested in the lobby and took photos at the beautiful church. Afterward, the lobby staff at Desert Diamond arranged for their car to take me back to Desert Star. This place was the most stunning 'attraction' of my entire trip. If I ever return to Zhongwei, I will definitely book a stay at Desert Diamond to experience it!

I booked a Desert Classic King Room and a Hot Spring King Room for two nights. This is a hotel with a unique exotic atmosphere; the architecture and room furnishings are very special, perfect for taking photos. The hotel provides shuttle service and is about a 30-40 minute drive from Zhongwei South Railway Station. After check-in, the butler service was excellent, attentive, responsive, and of high quality. The rooms are generally dark, with no particularly bright lights, making them unsuitable for working at night. Breakfast is included, and the food is of good quality. However, there are no restaurants around the hotel, so you'll have to eat at the hotel itself. There's a Western restaurant open during the day, a Chinese restaurant open during mealtimes, and a bar. The Chinese restaurant offers better value for money. You can refer to the prices; I bought four ice creams at the convenience store for 66 yuan. The Hot Spring Room has a small courtyard and a terrace on the second floor, perfect for starting a fire or playing games at night. The room is sufficient for two adults and two children. The hot spring pool contains grass stalks, various insects, and sand, which is understandable given the local sandstorms. If you're concerned about hygiene, don't book this room. There's a large wading pool next to the restaurant where children can play. A complimentary surf car is included, and the experience is quite good; children under 1.2m are free. Stargazing is not recommended; it's a bit of a stretch and not worth it. There are evening performances and occasional live music at the bar. The spa starts at 1000+ RMB, but the experience is average. A complimentary travel photography session is included, and the photos are excellent. Special praise to Earl Travel Photography; although it's free, the photographer was very professional, and the retouching was excellent. I really liked it. Thanks to the butler during my stay; they were very attentive and helpful. Overall, I would recommend it to everyone, especially couples.

I wanted a room with a bathtub and wanted to stay for 2 nights, but it showed there was one room left, so I called to inquire. Only then did I realize that the Ctrip pictures did not match the rooms on the 5th floor. The hotel has guest rooms on the 5th and 6th floors, and the rest are bathing centers. Only the king-bed rooms have bathtubs on the 6th floor, but not on the 5th floor. Then you should not show that there is a bathtub in the picture. Fortunately, I called for consultation and later booked a deluxe suite. To be honest, I was not surprised at all. I originally wanted to book it for 2 nights, but the room was not available the next day and was booked as a wedding room. The facilities are average, the rain shower head is flying, and there is no small shower head that can be taken down. Water pressure is very low. It didn't reflect the word luxury, so I changed to a double room the next day. The double room was fully equipped, and the shower room had a large amount of water and a small shower. The quality is better than that of deluxe suites, so as a reference, if you don’t have a requirement for room size, just book a double bed room. The facilities and environment are better than those in deluxe suites. The only bright spot is that the bath is very good. The service girls in the steam room are very good. Be patient with children. The hotel front desk service is just that, don't have high expectations. However, the service attitude of the front desk who was on duty after 3 a.m. on the 15th was very good.

Because I travel by car, I like to live near the city, where parking is easy and there is no congestion. I also like to choose new hotels with clean and tidy facilities. There are not many reviews on the Internet, which is basically a blind selection. I didn't expect this hotel to be perfect! The location is a little out of the way, but not too far away. It only takes ten minutes to drive to the famous Huaiyuan Night Market. There is ample parking space. Especially suitable for self-driving tours. Facilities: Brand new. Not inferior to five stars! Hygiene: Very clean, the supplies smell fresh. Even the carpets in the corridors are exceptionally neat. In the morning, I met an aunt cleaning other rooms in the corridor. I saw that she even cleaned the balcony handrails carefully. Environment: Each room has a large balcony. It looks out to Helan Mountain. It has a wide view and a comfortable mood. There are no places to eat around. It is not recommended if you don't have a car. Service: The service staff are of high quality and have good attitudes. This hotel should have been established for internal activities of the Central Group. It has just been announced to the outside world. All hardware standards are very good. Details down to the room paper bags and laundry bags can be compared to five-star hotels. The breakfast tastes good, but because there may be too few people staying, there are very few categories, which is understandable, so as to avoid waste.
