Before our departure, we emailed Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao, and they responded promptly. Check-in was very quick, and they did their best to accommodate our requests. What touched us the most was that this morning, we accidentally pinched our child's finger while bathing them. The customer service department responded quickly, and within five minutes, a medical team butler was in our room to attend to our child's injured finger. They also granted us a late check-out and drove our entire family, including the elderly and children, to the Hengqin Port. Thank you, Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao! If you're unsure which hotel to choose, Altira will never disappoint. I've been staying here for almost ten years straight, and every time, it feels like coming home. The cleaning is meticulous, and there's turn-down service every evening. On important holidays, the hotel even prepares cakes. Any reasonable request you have, the hotel tries its best to accommodate. Downstairs, shopping and dining are very convenient, and there's also Pop Mart. To get to Rua do Cunha, you can take a bus right outside. Now that the subway is completed, it's even faster to get to Rua do Cunha and A-Ma Temple. Excellent stay – outstanding reception staff Minnie and lovely rooms We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff Minnie made us feel genuinely welcome. The team was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they took the time to answer all our questions, offer local recommendations, and make sure we were comfortable right away. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail set a great tone for the entire stay. The guest rooms were equally impressive. Our room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed that made for excellent sleep. Everything felt well-maintained and inviting—the modern amenities worked perfectly, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It was clear that care had gone into creating a pleasant space for guests. Overall, both the reception team and the quality of the rooms exceeded our expectations. I chose this hotel because of Zaha's design, and I was truly amazed by the futuristic setting. All the furniture and amenities in the room were very high-quality, and the perfume, hand cream, and toiletries had a fresh and pleasant scent. Interestingly, there was a picture book in the room that detailed the architectural design and construction process. When ordering room service, a dining table is brought in, and the service is excellent and responsive. The breakfast environment and taste are also fantastic – highly recommended. The only minor downside was that the bathtub wasn't clean; it felt gritty to the touch. Overall, I really loved this hotel and it's definitely worth staying at when in Macau. If I have the chance (and money) in the future, I'll come again and also try the Michelin-starred restaurant on the third floor.

Initially, I was supposed to go with a friend, but due to feeling unwell, I let my friend go alone. I then tried to change the guest name on the booking, but encountered a lot of difficulties. Trip.com was unwilling to change my friend's name. I called the hotel, and they said they needed confirmation from the third-party platform. So, I called Trip.com again. After two or three days of processing and phone communication, they finally allowed me to make the change. It was quite inconvenient... However, the hotel's package reception service was pretty good; they could deliver directly to the room.

The hotel is nestled by mountains and the sea, offering stunning views 👍. Getting to Macau from Hong Kong via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge is very convenient. Sitting on the 'Golden Bus' (shuttle bus) and admiring the spectacular bridge and endless ocean is truly a delight. On this trip across the sea, I was lucky enough to spot some dolphins. These sea sprites were incredibly cute, but unfortunately, my hands weren't fast enough to capture them flipping around, so I missed the chance to photograph them. All I can do is wish these sprites a long and happy life 🙏.

I was initially given a weirdly shaped corner room. After requesting a change, I was moved to a noisy connecting room. My second room change landed me in an Executive Floor room with severe mold and elevator noise... I finally had enough and complained to Ctrip. They moved me to a top-floor suite. You could tell it was renovated at the same time as the other rooms, but it was incredibly well-maintained, with absolutely no mold or strange smells. It was a world of difference from the previous rooms.

The service was excellent, especially Alion Hou, the handsome young man at the front desk who checked us in. He patiently suggested touring routes, must-see attractions, time-saving and cost-effective transportation options based on our itinerary, and other important tips. He even thoughtfully jotted them down on a card for us – very convenient and practical to have on hand. Finally, he gave us a brochure about Macao's culture and history. This hotel is not only great for young people seeking entertainment but also perfect for family vacations with kids and seniors. The Grand Canal Shoppes on the third floor feel like a real scene, with shops lining the winding banks. It loses its commercial feel, allowing for a relaxed and leisurely experience.

In today's landscape of luxurious hotels, St. Regis continues to stand out with its impeccable service. The genuine warmth and friendliness of the front desk staff set a tone of honored hospitality for this trip. After check-in, a staff member named Chris personally escorted us to our room and meticulously introduced us to all the facilities. During our conversation, he gently mentioned the brand's proud signature butler service – a reassuring feeling of being on-call yet never intrusive. Although we only stayed for one night and were in a hurry, we couldn't fully experience the charm of the butler service. However, this meticulous hospitality was enough to give us a glimpse into St. Regis's ultimate pursuit of professionalism and craftsmanship. What was particularly captivating was the extended breakfast period, stretching from 7 AM until 1 PM. This thoughtful gesture is undoubtedly a romantic gift for late risers. There's no need to rush; you can leisurely enjoy it as a lavish brunch in a quiet, elegant, and peaceful environment, accompanied by the morning light and grace, starting the new day with sophistication.
