Stayed at this hotel 12 years ago, and decided to revisit. I'm impressed by how well the rooms have been renovated and maintained; it's still a great choice. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Rua da Cunha. Plus, there's a Haidilao hotpot on the first floor, and the third floor has a good selection of brands, including Pop Mart, which even carries items that are sold out in mainland China.

I brought my parents to Macau for a trip, and choosing Grand Emperor Hotel exceeded my expectations. Upon entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised by a special anniversary setup for my parents. The spacious room was a welcome relief after the relatively small and cramped space we had in Hong Kong for two days. We booked a family room, and from the bay window, we could catch a glimpse of the sea and the fountain, which was lovely. Both check-in and check-out were seamless; they didn't require a deposit. When we checked out, we left our luggage until later in the evening, and the friendly bellboy was very accommodating. The facilities are a bit dated, but acceptable. There's a plug that works with Chinese appliances, and the room has a safe and a mini-fridge. They also provide complimentary bottled water, drinks, and fruit. Breakfast was plentiful, and the freshly cooked beef brisket noodles were delicious and generously portioned. The Grand Emperor has an excellent location; it's about a 10-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Right outside the Yaohan department store next door, there's a shuttle bus to Taipa resorts, running about every 10 minutes. You can also get tickets at Grand Lisboa or Lisboa to take a shuttle to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which is very convenient. Grand Emperor also has its own shuttle bus, but you need to book in advance, and the last bus at 5:15 PM is a bit early. So, on that day, we took the Lisboa shuttle at around 8 PM to Portas do Cerco (the border gate). The journey took about 15-20 minutes, and the last Lisboa bus is at 9:30 PM. Wynn is a bit further and doesn't require a ticket; you just queue up on the roadside for their shuttle, with the last bus at 11:30 PM. The Portas do Cerco border crossing is open until 1 AM. Arriving from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, we couldn't find the Grand Lisboa shuttle on the day of arrival, so we first took a free bus to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, then transferred to the green Lisboa shuttle. After getting off, we could see the Grand Emperor Hotel in the distance. It was about a 10-minute walk with our luggage, and everything worked out perfectly. All in all, I'm very satisfied, and booking through Trip.com was also reliable. Highly recommended!

For my trip to Macau, Trip.com recommended the Holiday Inn. Upon arrival, I found the hotel conveniently located on Beijing Street. The front desk staff and lobby manager were all very attentive and welcoming, truly reflecting the high standard of service you'd expect in a tourist city. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, clean, and well-designed, and the room service is excellent. During my stay, I reported some noise from the surroundings, and it was addressed promptly. I was very satisfied with their quick response. The hotel boasts an excellent location, with cultural landmarks such as the Lotus Square, Dr. Ho Yin Park, Macau Polytechnic University, and Beijing Tong Ren Tang all nearby, offering plenty of options for exploration.

Genuinely, I stayed at quite a number of hotels in Macau but this one was my favorite 🤩, the location is perfect, taxis pass by almost every 10 mins, they have a free shuttle bus, the pool area is beautiful, the gym is 24/7, the rooms are clean and beautiful, the service was good but only for some staff members, some staff members seemed a bit arrogant, I remember I called in to ask for some medicine, I know the hotel doesn’t have medicine but little help would have mattered such as helping the guest purchase and I can Pay for the extra help but the only thing they told me was to go to the pharmacy and I didn’t have strength to even walk, I felt like I was going to faint and I didn’t know anyone within Macau, it was only one of the staff members, that over heard my conversation with the other staff and offered me some medicine and even gave me water and kept checking up on me, I really appreciated that so much because I don’t know how I would have left the place without his help, I wish i remembered his name but the medicine was from Philippines so I assume he is from the Philippines. Away from that I remember Charles too, who also had good customer service, overall the hotel is good but other staff members need to pay more attention to service.

The facilities here are incredibly comprehensive, and the concierge service is top-notch. From the moment we stepped out of the car, everyone was so welcoming and guided us every step of the way. They even have a fun check-in game, though our time was a bit too short to complete all the tasks – we'll definitely have to come back for that! The hygiene was impeccable, and the ambiance can only be described as opulent and very British. We ordered breakfast in the hotel, and the service was outstanding; the service fee was absolutely worth it. The breakfast portions were huge; my child and I couldn't even finish it all. The family room was incredibly comfortable, and my child was thrilled with the complimentary small toys. I spent ages choosing a hotel and saw a lot of negative reviews, but after actually staying here, I honestly have no idea where those bad reviews came from. Shopping is super convenient, and there's a free hotel shuttle to other places. They even thoughtfully tell you the shuttle times. The lady who checked us in was exceptionally beautiful and gentle. After we finished the check-in process, she even walked us to the elevator, afraid we might get lost, and introduced us to all the hotel's offerings: where to eat, where to shop, and where to catch the bus for excursions, including the bus schedule. All in all, it was a truly delightful trip. Macau gave us so many surprises, and my only regret is not staying longer. Next time, I'll definitely allocate more time to Macau. It's so clean everywhere and perfect for quietly appreciating your surroundings and unwinding. I've already shared my itinerary with my colleagues at work, and they've decided to follow my route! The hotel environment is excellent, and the bathtub was very clean. After a quick rinse, my child played in it for two hours and had a blast. Both the children's bed and the adult bed were very comfortable, and the soft pillows were great – they even have specific ones for sleeping and for leaning against. As for power outlets, they were all standard mainland China plugs, which was great. I had even bought an adapter, but didn't need it in either Hong Kong or Macau; Hong Kong hotels provide them, but in Macau, you can plug directly in. My stay at The Parisian this time was fantastic, looking forward to the next visit! Because I had to take a ferry back to Shenzhen and wasn't sure how to get there on my first visit, I called the front desk. They transferred me to the concierge, and everyone was incredibly enthusiastic and detailed, better than many apps. All my questions were answered. I called the front desk several times, and they were always so detailed and resolved all my issues. Loved it! Thank you!

The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, and the garden view room was a definite highlight! The service staff were all very polite, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of dishes, with a great dining atmosphere to boot. It's also super photogenic! The location is really convenient, close to all the attractions, and the hotel even provides complimentary shuttle service. I'll definitely choose Shangpu Hotel again for my next trip!

First off, the room was absolutely massive! In Macau, where space is a premium, the W really isn't shy about giving you room to breathe. We could spread out our suitcases without them getting in the way, and there was a separate lounge area with a super comfy beanbag chair. The bathroom had dual sinks, and the shower was incredibly spacious too. But what really blew me away was the night view from the window! We were on a higher floor, right opposite the bustling Taipa district. When the lights came on at night, it was like the whole city transformed into a dazzling galaxy – the '8' Ferris wheel at Studio City, the Parisian Eiffel Tower... it was all there. Turning off the room lights and sitting by the window, watching the trails of car lights, felt truly magical and made for some amazing photos! And I have to rave about the breakfast! I honestly didn't have high expectations for hotel breakfast, but I was completely won over by the seafood congee. The congee base was incredibly smooth, and they were incredibly generous with the fresh prawns and scallops – I had three bowls! There was also freshly made wonton noodles with perfectly springy bamboo noodles. They even had Portuguese egg tarts and Serradura (sawdust pudding), so breakfast felt as satisfying as an afternoon tea.

1. Convenient transportation: There's a direct shuttle from Gongbei Port to Wynn. 2. Although the hotel is a bit old, the interior decoration is excellent. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are incredibly spacious, a rarity these days. 3. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, the quality is good. I highly recommend the cheese tomatoes – I had three! 4. The hotel is super convenient for shopping at Wynn and also very close to the Grand Lisboa. 5. A hotel with excellent value for money.

This hotel is stunning and so glamarous. I booked it as a treat for a short holiday because I got an excellent price during the week. Also, I wanted an outdoor swimming pool and this one was AMAZING. Truly awesome. The Artyzn Grand Lapa is very close to the Sands Hotel, the Harborside and the outer pier Ferry. It is about a 15 minute walk from the MGM and Wynn hotels.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the room. Compared to the trendy, 'influencer-style' hotels popular these days, I much prefer the vintage charm of this established hotel. The facilities aren't brand new, but they are impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, showing a meticulousness typical of older establishments. The location is also excellent, with most attractions within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient. The only minor disappointment was that even though there were vacant sea-view rooms, we weren't offered an upgrade. We specifically chose to visit on a weekday when the occupancy rate wasn't high, so this was a bit of a shame.

A very pleasant and memorable stay at The Parisian. The location is good as it links to other hotels and shoppes. The room is clean and with fantastic view of Eiffel Tower just in front of our room. The service is excellent especially by Anthony who served us with sincere and caring. Overall, this is so far our best stay and me and my wife had an unforgettable 10th year anniversary at The Parisian.

✨ An Unforgettable One-Night Stay, Perfected by Shirley's Kindness! ✨ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Where do I even begin? My one-night stay at the Grand Lisboa Palace was nothing short of spectacular, and it was all thanks to a truly magical start at the front desk. From the moment I walked into the breathtaking, art-filled lobby, I knew I was somewhere special. But the true highlight of my entire trip was being greeted by Shirley at the check-in counter. 🤩 Her warm, genuine smile immediately put me at ease after my journey. Her English was flawless, and her manners were absolutely impeccable – she is the epitome of grace and professionalism! To my utter delight and complete surprise, she kindly informed me that I had been upgraded from a Deluxe Room to a suite! 🥳🎉 This wasn't just a simple room change; it felt like being handed the golden ticket to an entirely new level of luxury. Thank you, Shirley, for your incredible generosity – you are a true asset to the Grand Lisboa Palace and the reason my stay was so memorable! And what a suite it was! 🏰 The room was staggeringly beautiful, blending modern luxury with intricate Portuguese-inspired details. The space was massive, the bed was a cloud ☁️, and the marble bathroom with its deep soaking tub was pure bliss. 🛁 The panoramic views of Macau from the window were the cherry on top! 🌆 Beyond the incredible room, the hotel itself is a destination. The architecture is a masterpiece, like a modern European palace. I spent time just wandering the halls, admiring the stunning art installations and the majestic, crystal-domed atrium. It’s a feast for the eyes! 🎨✨ While my stay was short, I made sure to enjoy their wonderful facilities: · The Indoor Pool: It is absolutely beautiful! 😍✨ So serene and elegant, with a classic design that makes you feel like you're swimming in a luxury spa. The perfect place to relax and unwind. 🏊♀️💫 · The Grand Buffet: The breakfast spread was incredible – a global journey for the taste buds with so many fresh, high-quality options. 🍳🍣🥐 · The Spectacle: Just being in the complex felt grand and exclusive. It’s more than a hotel; it’s an entertainment and art empire. I truly did not want to leave. From the world-class facilities to the stunning design, every detail was perfect. But it’s the people who make a place unforgettable, and Shirley’s kindness at the front desk set the tone for a perfect 5-star experience. I cannot recommend the Grand Lisboa Palace enough and I am already dreaming of my next visit! ❤️ #GrandLisboaPalace #MacauLuxury #SuiteUpgrade #BestService #ThankYouShirley #LuxuryStay #IndoorPoolBliss #SJM

I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus, the architectural and interior design was extraordinary. The futuristic feeling on the space was balanced with the natural light during the day, and lighting at night was beautiful. The service was excellent, all staffs were friendly and helpful, special thanks for the front operation staff Samuel who gave me a brief tour of the building. I had a great time and will definitely stay at the Morpheus again.

It is a great hotel with view. Like all other hotels nearby, it is huge. Walking within the hotel can sometimes be tiring. It is connected by foot bridge to Parisian and Londoner hotels. Lots of high end shops. It is a bit too many to my opinion. One issue of this hotel is the sound proof. You can actually hear other guests in the room. Although there is no cigarette smell in the room, I do smell that in the lifts left over by the guest breath. I don’t think anyone actually smoke in the lift. Otherwise, the staff are very helpful. BTW, the Eiffel Tower offer is nothing special. It is free to visit to the viewing platform at 7th floor to everyone. To go to the top is not included. Hotel bus transfers between ferry ports and borders are free to everyone, not just the hotel guests. All hotels in the area offer the same.
