The hotel is a swift 7-8 minute taxi ride from Hengqin Port, costing 60 MOP (I later remembered there's a direct hotel shuttle, but I'd forgotten at the time!). It's conveniently located in the same building as The Londoner. From the moment we pulled up with our luggage, the doorman was incredibly attentive and enthusiastic, promptly assisting us and maintaining that exceptional level of warmth all the way through check-in. I truly felt their service was outstanding. While the rooms might be a bit dated, they are impeccably maintained and offer fantastic value for money, especially when compared to The Londoner. The casino and an extensive shopping complex are just downstairs. It's definitely a highly recommended stay. It was my son's 12th birthday on our check-in day, and he had flown independently from Singapore. I had informed the hotel in advance, and they thoughtfully surprised him with a cake and warm birthday wishes, which we deeply appreciated. My only minor complaint is that the business center charges 80 MOP per hour for computer use, and the operating system was in English. Thankfully, I was still able to navigate it.

The front desk has staff who speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and they were very friendly during check-in. I really appreciate the front desk staff. It was also very convenient to store our luggage on the last day. The hotel is right next to Sands, and you can take a direct bus to Gongbei Port. The room facilities are complete; I especially liked the bathtub, and the hygiene was excellent. For Macau, where space is at a premium, the room size was surprisingly large, and the bed was huge. I was very satisfied with this stay.

For this trip to Macau, I once again chose the Grand Hyatt Macau. Everything had been fine until an unpleasant incident occurred after we checked out. After checking out on Friday, we received a call from the hotel on Saturday afternoon, claiming we had consumed a can of Red Bull from the room's mini-bar. We were completely baffled, as we never touched anything in the mini-bar. The customer service representative said they would double-check. They called back a second time, suggesting we might have consumed a Red Bull and then replaced it with one we bought outside, implying it was a different version from their original stock. This made us even more perplexed. Throughout our five-day stay, the only thing we put in the mini-bar was a 'Cha Pai' drink we bought outside to chill. The Cha Pai drink was in a plastic bottle, and we placed it in the upper compartment of the mini-bar to chill, never even touching the drink compartment below. I'd really like to ask your housekeeping department: aren't these claims completely baseless? Their final solution was to waive the Red Bull charge, but the problem is we never touched it in the first place, so how can something be 'waived' if it was never incurred? It's absolutely infuriating; I'm being put in a position where my clear explanation seems to carry no weight.

Pros: The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Macau Peninsula. It's a short walk to the old Wynn and both the old and new Grand Lisboa. The area downstairs is lively with tons of small shops to browse, and many pharmacies. It's also very close to the Fortuna Hotel. The in-room toiletries are L'Occitane. The 'wet market' on the hotel's third floor is also interesting; although it's old, it still retains the charm and vibrancy of a grand hotel. The lobby is impressive, and they offer various complimentary drinks. I personally found the milk tea quite good, and they have several hot drink options, which are more considerate for women than the iced milk tea at MGM. And despite what some say about the Landmark Hotel being 'doomed,' I found it to be a fun spot with a less intimidating atmosphere than some of the larger casinos. Cons: 1. The soundproofing in the room is indeed poor. Even as a deep sleeper, I was woken up by doors closing upstairs and could clearly hear mobile phone conversations from outside. 2. There was no charging adapter, which made charging inconvenient. The adapter in the bathroom outlet also didn't work for my hair styling tools. 3. The surrounding area felt a bit chaotic at night, and I didn't feel entirely safe going out, though that might just be a perception. 4. It felt very dated; metal fixtures and hangers in the room were significantly discolored. 5. You have to take an elevator from the first floor to the sixth floor to transfer to another elevator to get to the room, which is a bit circuitous, but thankfully the hallway isn't too long.

Four Seasons truly lives up to its reputation as a classic luxury hotel. The facilities and environment are impeccable. The outdoor pool downstairs is fantastic, and the service is exceptionally thoughtful. Especially when traveling with children, the hotel's extra bed was incredibly accommodating, which really earned our full appreciation. The location is also superb, making it extremely convenient for shopping and getting around.

Facilities: The facilities are pretty complete, and the room size is quite large, which met my expectations. Hygiene: The hygiene was good. Although it's been open for over ten years, it's still well-maintained. Environment: The environment isn't great. Rooms with even numbers face the nightclubs of City of Dreams, and the low-frequency noise at night can easily keep you from sleeping. Service: The St. Regis is no longer what it was five years ago; the service has completely fallen behind and is a far cry from what they advertise. However, after I complained about the noise issue the next morning, Abe, the customer service supervisor, handled my feedback well with a good attitude.

I visited during the off-peak season, and the price was incredibly good value – a real steal, especially as it won't be available at this rate again until after the Chinese New Year. It also happened to coincide with the International Fireworks Festival, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows served as a perfect viewing platform. All the photos, aside from the first two, were taken with my phone from inside the room; one of them beautifully captures the night view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. I was so reluctant to leave, constantly looking back. The whole experience was simply fantastic. I'm already making plans to stay again!

This hotel is hands down one of the best I've ever stayed at. Even the Sanya EDITION and Marina Bay Sands Singapore don't quite compare to The Londoner's sheer opulence and extravagance. From the breathtaking views outside the lobby to the absolutely fantastic afternoon tea and bar, everything was superb. The pool was also excellent, and the seamlessly integrated shopping mall attracts many visitors for photos and social media check-ins. The breakfast spread was incredibly lavish. A special thanks to the staff: when I left Macau for Shenzhen, I realized I had accidentally left a piece of luggage at the front desk. After contacting the hotel, staff member 33630 promptly delivered it to the border checkpoint. I'm truly grateful for such exceptional service!

IIsmairujingThe public areas were impeccably clean, with constant mopping and cleaning, which was particularly noticeable and appreciated during the rainy days we experienced. The supermarket, pharmacy, and jewelry shops located downstairs were incredibly convenient. It’s fantastic for families with children, as you don't need to step outside the hotel to access everything. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was fully stocked with everything one could need for snacks and beverages, and the toiletries provided were comprehensive and well-thought-out. The only minor drawback was the location; it felt a little off the beaten path, and the immediate surroundings outside the hotel weren't particularly bustling. However, it was a short walk to The Parisian and The Londoner. We would definitely choose this hotel again in the future! One regret was that the 'Figure 8' Ferris Wheel was closed due to a typhoon warning and rain.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at The Londoner Grand in Macau. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special — they upgraded our room for free and even surprised my mum with a complimentary birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel environment is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Everything was spotless, from the lobby to the room, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious yet comfortable. The location is also perfect — very convenient with direct access to shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend The Londoner Grand for anyone visiting Macau, whether for a family trip, celebration, or a relaxing getaway.

GGexiaozhongliuThe room was spacious, new, and decorated in an ocean theme, exuding luxury yet elegance – perfect for photos, as shown. The bed, bathroom, and tea bar amenities were excellent, and I appreciated not needing an adapter for charging, with USB ports readily available. The minibar included a complimentary drink, a standard offering at Grand Lisboa Hotels, with no extra charge. The room layout was well-designed and practical; the luggage area had two stands, ideal for couples or families. We requested a smoking room, and it did have a smoke smell, but when we called room service, they immediately brought a high-powered air purifier. Keeping it on significantly alleviated most of the odor. The sky garden on the third floor was very picturesque. It was a shame we missed the afternoon 'Alice in Wonderland' themed performance and interactive session. Breakfast was crowded, and the Chinese options were decent, but the Western desserts and various teas were superb. Getting to the 'three people' area (referring to the main tourist area perhaps) was a bit far on foot, requiring a taxi. However, Wynn Palace was only a 10-minute walk away. Compared to that main area, this hotel has the New Yaohan department store and a large supermarket nearby. Stocking up on food, drinks, and daily necessities here was incomparably cheaper than in the main tourist spots, which is incredibly convenient for families with children and couples on a budget. Next to the supermarket, the Grand Lisboa Palace Food Court offers 'Wing Kee Beef Offal' and a delicious, generously portioned pork chop bun shop, along with Cantonese BBQ and Southeast Asian cuisine. It felt a bit cheaper than the Venetian Food Court, and it was spacious, less crowded, and peaceful. We booked one night because the room rate was cheap, and overall, it offered great value for money. It's perfect for combining with another hotel in Macau to enrich your travel experience and ease your wallet. Highly recommended! Almost forgot to mention, there's a local culture and history exhibition on the third floor called 'Lisboa: A Story of Macau,' which is definitely worth a visit! For most people, it's more worthwhile than the Picasso exhibition. 😎

GGuest User## Facilities: Quite Disappointing On the first day, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow everywhere. It was quite late, so I ended up using a bathmat to soak it up myself. The next day, I specifically called the front desk, and they left a message when I returned saying it had been resolved. To my dismay, it was blocked again the second day, forcing me to rush out mid-shower to call them. Additionally, the room phone seemed to have a faulty connection; I kept trying to dial but couldn't get a call through. Even after requesting an air purifier, my throat still felt quite stuffy. ## Service: During check-in, I specifically requested not to be given a room at the end of the corridor. Well, they assigned me the very first room. Two staff members even came up to demonstrate how to operate the curtains... (a bit excessive!). However, the room service staff were actually very good; they were patient and responded promptly to all my requests. ## Location: The location is indeed quite out of the way. Taxis are scarce during peak hours, whereas it was much easier to hail a cab at The Londoner during the same times. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with minors, as you'll have to walk a much longer route if you can't cut through the casino. I honestly don't know how people manage to explore all of Macau in a single day. For me, getting back from The Venetian felt incredibly far, and even getting to The Londoner was quite a trek. I was so exhausted I even considered taking a taxi just to get to Wynn. ## Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable. I didn't experience any allergic reactions while sleeping, and overall, the room was quite clean. However, I suspect my throat discomfort was likely related to the carpet.

GGuest UserMy wife and I had a very pleasant stay for the first time at Yoho Hollywood Roosevelt hotel. The housekeeping staff for my room no. 905 was excellent in their service. The receptionist Terry, door men (Charles, Edward & Kevin) were also very helpful and attentive to our enquiries and needs. We will definitely come back to stay again when we visit Macau the next time.

AAnonymous UserLet's start with the positives: the facilities are quite new, and breakfast was decent, especially considering the price point in Macau. Now for the downsides. As other reviews have mentioned, I found the check-in process to be incredibly slow; it took half an hour, even though I was checking in late at night. The front desk initially claimed there were no standard rooms available and tried to assign me an accessible room. After I declined, they 'magically' found a regular room. I truly don't understand their reasoning for this. On the second morning, around 10 AM, after returning from breakfast, my room key card had stopped working. I had to wait quite a while for a new one to be delivered, which disrupted my plans for going out at noon. I complained about the service quality, and they offered a fruit platter as compensation. In summary, if you're not in a rush and aren't overly sensitive to service issues, you might consider this hotel. The overall value for money is acceptable.

GGuest UserAbove normal 5 star service. From check in to check out all staff are very friendly. Staff always think of customer point. When arriving the hotel staff at the drop off point has suggested to sent the luggage to our room but we wanted to bring the luggage up to the room ourself ( don’t need to wait for the luggage in the room) When doing the check in and after getting the room key , another staff has suggested to sent our luggages to our room and clearly explain why they want to help to sent out luggages to the room. Time receiving the luggage’s very fast. In the check out day , has called for the luggages to sent for deposit. Staff Ricky is very friendly and love to communicate to customers. Well done for his good service. Thanks for making my boss and wife wedding anniversary memorable.
