With over 20 staff members handling check-ins, it was clear the hotel had an extremely high occupancy rate. The hotel features a magnificent European royal style, exuding luxury and elegance. The gym is huge, easily accommodating dozens of people working out at the same time. I especially loved the swimming pool in the morning—it wasn't crowded, the water was very clean, and the staff were attentive. As soon as guests arrived to swim, they immediately prepared two large towels and a glass of lemonade, bringing them right to the lounge chairs. The brunch buffet is 398 AUD per person, but you can get a 10% discount by signing up for Sands Rewards. The quality of the buffet is top-notch, and I highly recommend it."

"The environment was good, for 200 patacas for a one-night stay in Macau, a big bed, and a private bathroom – it was more than enough. If you're out late in Macau, it's definitely more comfortable to stay overnight. The front desk staff was very gentle and patient. You can dry clothes on the rooftop. The only thing is this room was on the first floor, next to a masseuse, and an older masseuse was a bit... overly friendly."

The hotel is truly magnificent, from the moment of arrival until check-out. **It all starts with excellent transfer organization.** After clearing customs, just follow the signs to the hotel's complimentary shuttle buses. Everything is intuitive and convenient. The shuttle drops you off right at the hotel, where staff greet you and guide you to the front desk. Check-in is very quick, without any unnecessary waiting or hassle. **The room is simply gorgeous!** It's immediately clear that the hotel is brand new, modern, and built with great attention to detail. The room features a fully integrated smart home system: you can control the lighting, curtains, climate, and other functions from a tablet. Very convenient! Immaculate cleanliness, high-quality furniture, superb finishes, and an ample supply of drinking water. The bathroom deserves special praise: a spacious walk-in shower, a separate bathtub, high-end and premium fixtures, and excellent faucets. I would especially like to mention **the mattresses and pillows**. I am very particular about sleep quality, and everything here was top-notch. Sleeping was incredibly comfortable! **The hotel's architecture and interiors are a work of art in their own right!** I was struck by the scale, beauty, and thoughtfulness of the entire complex. It feels as though a massive team of talented architects and designers worked on the project. Every hallway, walkway, restaurant, café, and lounge area is thought out to the smallest detail. Everything is beautifully, logically, and conveniently organized. You can spend hours wandering around the complex and notice something new every time. The casino is very conveniently located, and access to it is exceptionally well-organized. The walkways between the buildings, shops, restaurants, and entertainment areas are designed so brilliantly that getting around the massive complex is an absolute pleasure. **I really enjoyed the pool area too!** It's a wonderful spot to spend the afternoon unwinding. There are zones with different water temperatures—cool, warm, and hot. You can choose whatever feels most comfortable, relax, and truly enjoy yourself. **Breakfast was good, but with one minor note.** Overall, I was satisfied with the quality and variety; however, for a hotel of this caliber, I would have expected a wider selection of fish and seafood. That was just a tiny thing missing from a completely flawless experience. **The staff deserve a special shout-out.** Everyone is extremely polite, attentive, and helpful, always ready to assist, offer advice, and explain things in detail. Check-out is organized just as wonderfully as check-in. There is an option for an express check-out: simply drop off your key cards and head to the airport or wherever you need to go. Super convenient! **Bottom line:** The Londoner Grand is one of those hotels that leaves a lasting impression. You truly feel the high standard of service, comfort, and luxury here. What’s especially impressive is how thoughtfully everything is designed and organized for the guests' convenience. I will gladly return and unhesitatingly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Macao!"

"Very satisfied! The breakfast has been changed to a buffet this time. Although the selection isn't huge, the quality is solid, featuring abalone and salmon. The service was very thoughtful and attentive—remember to book Jade Garden (Jin Yue Xuan) in advance. You can freely walk around and take photos at the banquet hall. We received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine at check-in, and we just had to ask the staff to bring wine glasses up to the room."

"Staying at the Grand Lisboa Palace was a wonderful surprise. Upon learning that we were celebrating a birthday, the front desk upgraded us to a Deluxe Garden View Suite and even gave us a chocolate birthday cake as a gift. Thank you so much, Grand Lisboa Palace! Having such a pleasant surprise for our very first stay to celebrate a birthday was amazing. I will definitely choose the Grand Lisboa Palace as my top choice again in the future."

"The room was very spacious and clean. The non-smoking room was excellent, with no unpleasant odors. The bed was large and comfortable. What impressed me the most was the incredibly friendly service from both the front desk staff and the doormen. I asked about the international fireworks display, and while the doorman wasn't sure, he went to find the lobby manager. I told him not to bother and that I'd find out myself, but then both the manager and the doorman chased after me to give me directions, which I found very touching."

"Very good experience! The service was friendly, and the room was cleaned well every day. I'm not sure who was on duty for housekeeping on Tuesday the 27th, but they were so detail-oriented that I just have to give them a big thumbs-up. They neatly organized my curling iron and charger with storage pouches, and even though I left my makeup area in a total mess, I came back to find it beautifully tidied up. Absolutely love it!
