Let's start with the downsides:
1. The room facilities are clearly aging, including the toilet, shower, and small sofa. The deluxe river-view twin room I stayed in on the 2nd/3rd night had even worse facilities than the executive king room on the first night.
2. The housekeeping department lacks basic amenities like a step stool for children (they said it's only provided for family rooms).
3. Soundproofing isn't great. If your room is a bit close to the elevator lobby, it can get quite noisy.
4. Adjusting the air conditioning temperature didn't seem to have any effect, though the overall comfort was still acceptable.
Now for the highlights:
1. The river-facing rooms offer an unbeatable view. The scenery is even more beautiful than in the photos.
2. From a tourist perspective, the location is excellent. Tengwang Pavilion and Dashiyuan are very close, and Wanshou Palace is also within walking distance.
3. The breakfast quality is decent, with a wide variety of options, including many local Nanchang specialties. The view from the restaurant windows during breakfast is also fantastic.
4. Although the hotel is tall, the elevators are fast and the water pressure is good, effectively avoiding common high-rise living issues.
5. The staff at the concierge, front desk, customer service, and restaurant are all very enthusiastic and have a great attitude.
Other notes:
The afternoon tea provided with the executive room on the first day was quite good. However, the welcome fruit platter was only delivered on the third day and wasn't of great quality.

Facilities: Fully equipped with a smart home system throughout the entire unit.
Cleanliness: Relatively tidy and clean. There was a minor issue with the floor, and they promptly arranged for staff to re-clean it.
Environment: Quiet despite being in a bustling area, making it very convenient to get around. The street downstairs has a wide variety of food options, so you don't necessarily have to go to tourist spots; you can find authentic local flavors right here.
Service: Warm and attentive, they even proactively upgraded my room type.

Pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to what I think is their suite room, or junior suite at least, on the highest floor at Level 26. A huge living room with a working desk and separate toilet. A luxurious bedroom with loads of space, a walk-in open wardrobe big enough for 2 large luggages. Bathtub, standing shower, another toilet and twin basins. Bed is firm but pillows are too soft for my liking.
Service was also on point, Barry at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
I guess all these makes up for the location. It's near the exhibition centre and Nanjingxi train station but other than that there's nothing else within walking distance. Luckily food delivery is fast and cheap here, same with ride hailing.
I wish the hotel had robots sending my delivery up though. And that the lifts worked faster.
But overall it's a good stay and will be my choice hotel the next time I attend an exhibition here.

We held our workshop in the third-floor meeting room, and had a group dinner at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. In our free time, we used the fitness facilities to relax. Getting around was efficient with the subway, reaching Bayi Square directly in just 15 minutes. There's a Hema supermarket downstairs for groceries, and the self-parking spots come with EV charging stations. Plus, there's a laundry room available.

The hotel environment is great, with beautiful scenery. Although it's a bit noisy outside the hotel, it didn't affect our rest. The breakfast was plentiful, and the front desk staff were excellent. We'll definitely come again if we have the chance.

My stay at the hotel was very good, I am very happy with my stay, staff were nice enough to even bump me to a bigger room. Location is great, right outside the metro, room was kept clean and breakfast options were good. They also have a laundry room to wash clothes and a fitness room to get that run in. Overall, the hotel is great if you are looking for affordability.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The bedding was comfortable, and the front desk service was warm and attentive, making check-in quick. The location is convenient for getting around; a 10-minute taxi ride over the bridge gets you to Tengwang Pavilion. This river-view room even offers a distant night view of Tengwang Pavilion, making it an excellent choice!

This hotel is perfectly located right by the Gan River, making it super convenient for getting around. It's about a 15-20 minute taxi ride to attractions like Tengwang Pavilion, the Provincial Museum, and Wanshou Palace, and only 40 minutes from the airport. Plus, you can walk to the riverside park in just a few minutes. Behind the hotel, there's a residential area packed with restaurants, noodle shops, convenience stores, supermarkets, fruit stands, and even street food vendors at night – it's incredibly handy!
I had a river view room, and the sunset views were absolutely stunning, with the Ferris wheel visible in the distance. The room amenities were decent; while the decor might not be the latest trend and leans a bit towards an older, opulent style, it didn't detract from the stay at all.
The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring a great variety of Nanchang specialties like soup noodles, mixed noodles, Wagan soup, and white sugar cakes. The dining area was also quite spacious.
The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. When checking in with my child, they even provided a kids' amenity kit. Before I arrived, a package was delivered, and the front desk kindly signed for it. They also delivered my takeout orders directly to my room. When one of my takeout orders got mixed up by the delivery robot, a staff member tracked it down and personally brought it to my room. I even had something delivered to the hotel from Taobao, and the front desk accepted it and helped arrange onward shipping to my final destination (though I paid the shipping fee), which was truly excellent service.
And let's not forget the swimming pool – the water was really clean – and the well-equipped gym. If I ever go back to Nanchang, I'll definitely stay here again.

Check-in was super smooth; the front desk staff was efficient and friendly. The room layout was well-designed, and it was spotlessly clean with no overlooked corners. All the facilities in the room were new and worked perfectly. The hotel's overall decor created a warm and cozy atmosphere. We had a very comfortable stay – truly felt like a home away from home!

GGuest UserThe location is definitely the best thing about this place! As for the service, given the price point, you can't really expect true Hilton-level service when you're paying just over 700. My child wanted a bathrobe for swimming, and when I called, they said they might not have one and sent up a bath towel instead. I asked the staff if they really didn't have any, and they said they were in the family rooms and they'd have to go get one for me. They just handed me a bath towel, and honestly, I couldn't even be mad because the price was so low; I couldn't ask for more. I actually think I'd be willing to pay a bit more for better service. We also tried the Chinese restaurant, which was pretty average; the taro was really hard.

Excellent
GGuest UserThe room was clean and bright. The hotel service was very thoughtful; they even prepared a small gift and afternoon tea for our New Year's stay. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's quite convenient to get to tourist attractions by car, taxi, or subway. Next time I'm in Nanchang, I'll definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThere were cigarette butts left in the bathroom of the room and they were not cleaned up. The front desk helped to change the room. I asked if there were any equipment for children, and was told that there was no such service, only for adults. To park, you have to drive from the auxiliary road in front of the hotel to an underground parking lot in a residential area. It is difficult to find it without calling to ask. It feels like the city construction and design are full of bugs. Compared to the city, it is relatively close to the Haihunhou Museum, and the museum is still worth a visit.
