"All the staff at the hotel were incredibly warm and friendly, right from the greeters, front desk, and manager, to housekeeping and everyone we met in the restaurant. The hotel facilities are also excellent, and parking is convenient! The complimentary buffet dinner included with our booking was fresh and abundant! We were absolutely delighted! I didn't take any photos of the hotel itself, but I did manage to snap a picture with 'Jiu Ge,' Dali (the horse), and Rifle (the dog) whom I encountered in the hotel parking lot – just wanted to note that down!"

"I go to hot springs around the area every year, and I think this one has the best environment. The room was very large and clean.
Service: The service was prompt, and the staff quickly resolved any requests. It's also a nice touch that they deliver takeout right to your door!
Breakfast: The variety isn't particularly extensive, but the noodles and rice noodles were decent, so it was still pretty good.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied! If the price is right, we'll definitely come back to stay again!"

The butler service was attentive and professional, always there to help with anything we needed. Breakfast offered a great variety of authentic dishes. "This hotel was an absolute delight to stay in, definitely a five-star recommendation!
The location is superb, incredibly convenient. It's just a 5-minute walk downstairs to the high-speed train station, and the bus terminal is also nearby, so getting around is completely hassle-free. Our room was on the 16th, the top floor, and even though it's next to a transportation hub, it wasn't noisy at all. The soundproofing is excellent; it was quiet and peaceful at night, allowing for a really solid sleep.
A huge bonus is the laundry room; it's well-equipped, and any requests are promptly attended to, which is a lifesaver for travelers. The self-service breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and the taste was great – very satisfying. All the staff were warm, attentive, and paid great attention to detail.
Overall, the experience was fantastic: great location, convenient transport, quiet environment, and excellent service. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit, genuinely recommended! Plus, they even gave us free tickets to Dixingu Valley!! Seriously!! Unbeatable!!"

"This is a very nice hotel. We booked a twin and a king-size bed, and check-in was very smooth. The rooms are large, the bedding is very comfortable, and the overall specifications are worthy of a Five-Diamond rating. We also received welcome fruit upon check-in. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The hotel is very close to the museum and the Sillanka Theatre, just across the street, which is very convenient. The front desk lady was very welcoming and recommended great things to do and eat. There's also Xintiandi Food Street nearby, with many restaurants and snacks. The Cultural Square across the street is very lively at night. It's also very close to the airport, with taxis costing less than 10 yuan. There's some noise from the Cultural Square and airplanes, but closing the windows completely silences it. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel. It was a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend it."

"This is my first time reviewing a guesthouse, and it deserves a perfect 10 out of 10! Everything from the environment, decor, cleanliness, to the service was excellent. It was quiet and the scenery was absolutely stunning. I was incredibly lucky to see both rainy and sunny days. My vacation was limited, so I only stayed for two days, and that was only at the guesthouse. Next time, I definitely want to stay longer. I ate all my meals at the guesthouse, and they were all delicious – no disappointments! The chef's skills are truly excellent. (The guesthouse's complimentary breakfast, check-in fruit, snacks, and tea were all great. PS: The receptionist was incredibly sweet and beautiful, and her attitude was superb. She even upgraded my room – thank you so much! 💕💕)
Work is usually stressful, but here, I could quietly do nothing, breathe in the fresh air, and look at the mountains and trees. It was so relaxing! (I sincerely hope the owner keeps it up!)"

Jchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. Breakfast was really good and varied, and the pool and gym facilities were excellent with convenient operating hours. This hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

We chose this hotel for our family trip, and the stay far exceeded our expectations, especially thanks to Xiao Cheng at the front desk. We had pre-booked a family queen room, and at check-in, due to a room allocation adjustment, Xiao Cheng, upon learning we were traveling with two young children, proactively offered a free upgrade to a family bunk bed suite without any extra charge, which was a delightful surprise. The layout of this family suite was very practical, with a queen bed for adults and bunk beds for the kids. The children were incredibly excited to see the bunk beds and had a blast climbing up and down. The room was equipped with special toiletries for children, anti-slip slippers, and even had corner protectors, showing great attention to detail. The overall space was open, with the living area large enough to comfortably place our luggage, allowing adults to relax and children to play without disturbing each other in the evening. The window didn't face the main road, so it was very quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. Xiao Cheng handled the check-in process efficiently, thoughtfully explained the suite's amenities, and provided genuinely sincere service throughout. Traveling with kids can be stressful, and this thoughtful upgrade saved us the cost of booking a separate family room, while the room's comfort was excellent. Both the service and the room type are very suitable for family travel. If we visit this area again with family, this will definitely be our first choice.

The river view room offered stunning views of several Yangtze River bridges and the Yellow Crane Tower, which my parents absolutely loved. The room service was very thoughtful; seeing that we were brewing tea, they proactively provided extra bottles of water and even placed paper covers on our teacups. My child's T-shirt, which was casually left on the sofa, was also neatly folded. Huang Rui, the lobby manager, actively inquired about our needs and offered us a late check-out, which perfectly solved the awkward situation of having nowhere to go between lunch and our high-speed train.

Guest UserI came to Wuhan for Chinese New Year and stayed at the Qingshan New Century Hotel because my friend lives nearby. It seems like a new hotel, and all the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was also very rich, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. My only complaint is the open-plan bathroom, which I really didn't like, but that's a design issue. The hotel service was fantastic, and they even offered a shuttle service to Wuhan Station, which was a pleasant surprise.

Guest UserWe were a family of three traveling, and we had originally booked a deluxe river view room, but it was upgraded to a cloud river view room. After speaking with the front desk manager, they also provided an extra breakfast for our child. The room had a great view and new facilities. We had initially only booked one night for the 23rd, and had return high-speed train tickets for 2 PM on the 24th. However, after visiting the Three Gorges Dam this morning, we felt too rushed, so we immediately changed our train tickets. We then spoke with Manager Hu at the front desk to extend our stay for another night. We kept the same room, received a discount, and another complimentary breakfast, which was very nice. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor of the hotel has group purchase packages that are very good value and the food is delicious. Yesterday, we arrived back late and our child wanted to go swimming, but we were worried the restaurant would close. After speaking with Manager Hu, they arranged for the restaurant to prepare our dishes in advance. We ended up dining until past 9:40 PM, which was after their closing time of 9:30 PM, but the restaurant staff were still very enthusiastic. The breakfast selection was quite varied, and the pool on the fourth floor was clean, as was the 24-hour gym. However, I have a small suggestion: the hotel's toilet paper could be upgraded as it's a bit thin and doesn't quite match the hotel's quality. Overall, our entire family was very satisfied and had a great experience. We will definitely choose Marriott Group brands again in the future!

The room is clean and comfortable, the service is intimate, leaning on the window to watch the sunset into the night in the evening, the stay experience is super healing, I will choose this one next time!

Guest UserAlyxPerkz provided excellent service, proactively upgrading my room. They also promptly resolved an issue with the bathtub at night. I was extremely satisfied with my stay, especially since I was traveling with my child for a US visa appointment and Wuhan was so hot that we mostly stayed at the hotel. We visited the swimming pool three times. I must commend the lifeguard who was on duty last night; he was incredibly kind to the children while we were swimming, playing games with them and watching them swim. As a parent, I felt completely at ease. Yesterday, I encountered a staff member in the hallway – unlike most hotels where they just offer a greeting, she quickly walked over and pressed the elevator button for me, which made me feel a bit embarrassed.
