We reached the hotel at 3AM the very early morning time with notice in advance. The checkin process is quick within lesser than 5mins. The property has the good location which is within walkable distance to the frequently visited attractions of the city. The time when we paid a visit to the city, beautiful lines of blossoms are blooming leading to the foremost satisfaction of staying here. Finally, the checkout is quick and sanitary staff also is friendly and helpful though there is language barrier but body language helped by the way. It’s recommended if you want to seek good property for stays during Harbin center.

The service of the staff at this hotel is very good. Staff are humble but receptionists can’t speak English. Only one guy whom I guess he is a front office manager, could speak some English. Also breakfast at this hotel is superb! It’s full of varieties of food but mostly Chinese food, not Western food. It’s really impressive for me to have breakfast here. There’s also big shrimps in the buffet line. I have never seen this option from other hotels. The room itself is also spacious. Location of this hotel is perfect, quite close to all main tourist attractions.

Nice and not expensive place to stop when you have a night between flights in Harbin. The hotel is very close to the airport (5-7 minutes to drive), close to both terminals: 2 and international. The service is really good, they are always ready to help. The only issue is that foreign tourists can't pre-book shuttle bus in advance but should call to a hotel upon arrival instead, so the free shuttle bus can't be taken without help of locals (by the way, usual taxi will not work in those area, because local taxi drivers in Harbin airport trick foreigners at every step of the way and change routes and prices just on the way; so this is why the free shuttle bus to the hotel must be taken instead, not a taxi). This hotel has also a wechat account, but again you need to call them to check how to add it. I think if hotel solves the problem with the shuttle bus pre-booking for the foreign guests (maybe by email with confirmation?), it will get a lot of foreign visitors who stop for a night or two between flights. Other problems, like communication in English in the hotel, can be solved with the help of Google or Baidu translate...

We stayed at the hotel as a family of four for three nights. The check-in went quickly and smoothly. All our requests were met and we settled in right away with no issues. Our room was quiet (no street noise) with a great city-view facing the Main Street. The cleaning was usual. The supplies were refilled daily. Breakfast had Chinese and western-like options. All staff was friendly and welcoming. The check out was quick. The porter helped us with our luggage (a carry-on suitcase, tote bag, and stroller) and bid farewell. One thing that would make this stay a better experience is to have more control of the light in the room. One could only have all of it on or off, no bed light. And the rain shower could use some minor fixing. Overall, we had great experience and it was a much better option space-wise (45 sq.m) and money-wise compared to other hotels of the same type and star rating.

Everything was good except that the room makeup throughout our stay could have been better. Blanket and bed sheets were simply pulled up and pillows were left as they were. Bathing robe was not changed. Photos show room after nakeup. What's fantastic was the location. The MRT was just in front of the hotel and conveniences stores were just beside it. Many eating places and restaurants near to the hotel. The Zhongyang Pedestrian Street was a short walk away and Saint Sophia Cathedral.was just 1km. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. At the GF waiting area were snacks and free flow of tea and coffee 24/7. Good value for money. Enjoyed my stay .

Her voice is fierce during the call, but she is actually very nice 😂 You can also directly ask the boss to arrange a trip to Wusongling. The same applies to buses. Just ask for the time. The last bus to Snow Valley is at 12:30. You must plan your itinerary. The stay was very comfortable, clean and warm 🇲🇾

The location was above a large mall with surrounding night life. The Wanda Square, the Meteo Station and the west train station are all within walking distance. The service was very helpful, friendly and most of all professional. A welcome snack had also been provided. The breakfast was Chinese style, the food offered varied every day. It was enjoyable. A few things however, were old and worn. This gave the room the impression of former luxury. Everything, including the elevators, was very clean, however. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Overall positive reviews! 1. Transportation. Very close to the subway station, convenient for travel. On the parallel road next to Central Street. It is also very close to Daoli Food Market. 2. Service. The service staff are very enthusiastic and the cleaning is fast. The staff will try their best to meet the reasonable needs of guests and are friendly to children. 3. Park the car. Although we are not traveling by car, we looked around and found that the hotel has parking space. 4. Catering. If you don’t want to go far, there are many breakfast spots just around the corner when you go out, and they taste pretty good. 5. Facilities. It's a bit old, but considering the above advantages, I personally can accept relatively old facilities. Perfectionists may have to take a detour. I plan to fly to Harbin again in winter to see the snow and ice. Then I will still choose to live here^_^

It's almost right across from the start of Zhongyang Street. There are a chocolate store and a bakery store nearby, if you want to grab something to eat quick or a souvenir from Russia. It's equally close to Metro Train stations, Line 2, I believe, on either direction. The room is small but adequate. Breakfast is standard, typical for hotel this size. The location is what makes this hotel hard to beat, if you don't own or rent a car.

The service is great! The boss arranged a car for us, and we dropped it off at Snow Valley and picked it up! The room is very warm! The toilet has no smell! And splashing water turns it into ice! We spent an afternoon playing around on the hillside behind the B&B, and it was so beautiful to take pictures! We didn’t go to the Rime Ridge but went to the Leymus Leymus Mountain to cross, which was beautiful! There was no signal on the mountain and the boss couldn't find us. He was very anxious and thought we were lost. I'm so sorry. When it snows heavily at night, the boss has clothes to wear for photos!

Extremely warm hospitality from the host and hostess. She's so meticulous, caring and concerned about her guests, making sure everyone is comfortable. She helps with our travel plans and transport arrangements, too. She attends to every detail before and after we arrived at her cosy home. She even does the meals by herself with the help of four other friendly and helpful women. The breakfast is simple local porridge served with pickled vegetables and also hard boiled eggs. Snow valley is a small town 2 to 3 hours drive away from Snow Village. There are scheduled long distance buses from Harbin to and fro Harbin as well as Snow Village. The hostess will help her guests with the transport arrangements and the buses will pick guests up from the main street just 100m away from this accommodation.

It was my first time to go to Snow Valley, and I thought Snow Village was a trap. chose it. It has been more than 5 hours in Harbin. As soon as I entered there, there was no signal at all. This inn is a relatively large one in Snow Valley. It feels like the inn there should be opened by a group of owners. The front desk of the inn is very welcoming and will help you carry your luggage to the lobby when you arrive. The room is okay, the space is small, after all, it is in the mountains, clean is OK. All transportation and meals are settled before departure. No towels, toothbrush and soap, slippers. The water heater in the hot water hall is turned on automatically, as is the hair dryer. We all eat at the inn, and the taste is very average for people from the south of the Yangtze River, so we can make do with it in the mountains. In the evening, there are free frozen pears and persimmons to eat, as well as small fireworks. You can play in the back hill of Mingsu. We came late in the afternoon and spent 2 hours there. The hotel staff are always on call, which is very good. We contacted the tour and the bus arrived in 5 minutes. We rode a motorcycle. The hotel said it was 150, but the ticket was 200, but it took 40 minutes to drive. It was quite exciting. Because of the rising temperature, I didn’t complete the snow rafting on Leymus Leymus Mountain, which was a bit regretful.

The room and the hotel are very nice. The room are very clean. After we boom this hotel, we contacted this hotel through wechat. They booked the bus for us to come from Harbin and teach us how to get to Snow Valley. The welcoming us with good service. They also offer package to play snow at mountain around 400 yuan (Snow Mobile, Snow Tubing, Banana Boat, Sledge and ski). A husband of owner bring us from hotel to the mountain and guide us from buy a ticket and play the entertainment in mountain. He also take of ours video and picture when we play there. At night, they burn a firewood to make a feel in winter and give us sunflower seed and frozen fruit. Morning, They took us playing the tubing and sledge around the hotel. Very happy and took us Snow Horse Car around the village. Lastly, they send us to the bus stop before we are going back to Harbin. In front of the hotel, it has a mini animal park that can we visit. Everything is perfect and the owner are very nice. We will come again. They took care of us everything. We love soo much this hotel. Very recommended

Good location, about 500 meters from the snow valley stage, not far from it, relatively quiet. Opposite is the iron pot opened by sister Yuan's house! It was a very comfortable two nights. It was the first time for a southerner to sleep on a kang. It was so warm! The sister and aunt at the B&B are also nice people. Cleaning depended on the day, no new free water was given. Supermarket across the street that opens till late and almost all attractions are in walkable distance. ”Hot Springs” cost 33 yuan extra, separated by gender, female is on the first floor. Best to go late as it's a public place, had the 3 pools for myself after 10pm.

The beautiful and handsome guys at the front desk have a very good service attitude. They take the trouble to help check in and call a taxi. The breakfast was also very delicious. We arrived late and it was almost time to finish the meal. The waiter and chef reminded us several times to pick up the meal. Good location in the middle of central street. Clean sheets, hot water, room warm. Nearby restaurants. The best of which I found was just a few doors away....a lamb hotpot. Western/Russian food was just so so I the 2 restaurants which are listed nearby. The morning market is mainly produce n household items..... Not many street food sellers.
