I arrived in Haikou around the 12pm, and waited for a 14 hour transfer flight to Sydney. So I booked this hotel. The hotel is close to terminal 1, I took the airport bus from terminal 2 to terminal 1, just across the road and went to the shopping centre, you can see the sign to go to the hotel and take the lift to level 1, the lobby is there. So easy going there. Also you can waiting for hotel shuttle bus.

My recent stay at Atlantis was simply unforgettable. The exceptional service began the moment I arrived, with the friendly staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. My room was spotlessly clean, elegantly furnished, and equipped with every amenity I could possibly need. The hotel's restaurant offered a diverse and delicious menu, and the breakfast buffet was a perfect start to each day. The location was also ideal, beside the beach. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the attention to detail and the genuine care shown by the staff. They anticipated my needs and made sure my stay was perfect in every way. I can't recommend Atlantis highly enough and look forward to returning on my next visit. A five-star plus experience all around! Special thanks to booth Simran and Arif, really outstanding staff .

This hotel is awesome. Location was perfect, the beach and all shops are nearby. Cleanliness was good. The cleaning service cleaned their room every day. Huge apartment, that was I’d loved so much. If I have any chance in the future, I’ll book this hotel definitely.

Great location on Da Dong Hai beach and a few minutes walk to the swimming area on the beach. We booked the suite with terrace and it was absolutely amazing with lots of space and a plunge pool for our 4 year old to play in. Room cleaned on command and Abby - the housekeeper - gave me her WeChat on day 1 and was always so helpful and attentive. She even went as far as getting information on things for us and even booking in a massage (which I highly recommend from Bella) who was petite but very strong and knew how to hit the right spots. Breakfast and dinner were fine with plenty of choice of both Chinese and western with beers and soft drinks available too. My only gripe was being told the pool opens at 10am and upon explaining to the management that the pool is the main feature for any holiday resort along with the room, when you have a child that wakes up early, the pool should be available early like every other hotel we have stayed in and to be fair to the management, they agreed for it to be open for use from 8am. The tv package in the room was great and my son had plenty of choice of English cartoons including Peppa Pig. I would say this hotel is a solid 4 star hotel though and not a 5 star like the Shanghaitian Hotel next door where we’ve stayed before. The pool could do with some more deck chairs as they are quite limited. The pool could also do with some signs to tell the Chinese guests not to spit around the pool or even inside the pool which is disgusting and really off putting to foreign guests - which the hotel has a lot of! The room/suite could do with a few more power ports/usb and hooks in the bathroom. The toilet is very far away from the pool, you have to go all the way back inside the hotel almost to reception to use the toilet so if you are soaking wet but need the toilet then this could be dangerous and also encourages guests to release themselves in the pool instead which is unhygienic. All in all though, we would definitely stay here again.

Two years before we were in this hotel and service was much better than this summer. This summer we got not cleaned room. The furniture was old, and irrigated, the fridge didn’t work and we asked to change it, the air conditioner was dusty, and walls were dusty too. The sink in bathroom wasn’t ok too,it was rusted and there couldn’t run water properly, we asked maintenance to fix it as well. As I said before we were there two years before and we got really nice impression about this hotel that’s why we went there this summer too, but it was last time ever. Also want to add about meals( restaurant ) was really good, a big variety of meals and drinks too.

The hotel is situated in a very touristy area. Many Russian-speaking tourists. There is a mall by the hotel and a food court area across the street, the beach is within walking distance. The room was clean it came with basic amenities, I would take an extension lead to charge multiple devices. The elevators are very slow and if you want to relax by the pool and find a place to sit you need to go early as the seats get taken fast. The gym area has enough equipment to get the job done. Check-in and check-out were very fast, we had no problems. If you cannot speak Chinese they will translate. There were a few rude entitled tourists. Be courteous and respectful to the workers and people trying to help, and make an effort to use their language either via a translation app or learn a few words. You will see the instant appreciation and respect for trying. If you go to the front of the pineapple and walk left for about 5/10min you can find some Western restaurants called the Dolphin, Little India and an Italian place. If you want coffee early in the morning there is a Starbucks on that same road that opens at 7:00 am. Overall it was a good stay for a business trip with no issues.

The resort is huge and there  are electric cars to drive you within. Nice pool for kids and adults. Rooms are very big with comfortable beds. The disadvantage was the beach, which is about 300m, but still not easy to get there if you have a baby or/and older person bc of so many stairs, plus they have very limited beach beds for all of the guests. As well, there was a bad service twice when we ordered food to the pool and to the room, but it could be a language barrier issue. Anyway, I can’t overlook the fact that they allow us to check out 2 hours later, so our baby could have a quality nap before leaving. Staff is very polite and breakfast is rich.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the sea that will leave you in awe. The serene environment is incredibly peaceful, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rooms are generously sized and offer ample space to unwind, complete with a lovely balcony that provides a picturesque view of the surroundings.

We have been staying in the hotel for 4 days and it was excellent! The location is perfect, the hotel is clean, big and comfortable, room design is stylish. Breakfasts were great! The staff is very polite and kind! Lucas from the front desk was helping all our stay! We lost medicine in the room after checking out, but Lucas helped us and sent us our losts. He is so kind and professional! Thank Holiday inn and suited, and special sincerely for Lucas!

The hotel from which due to its price and some other reviews we expected the least, turned out to be the best to a point that if we ever decide to go back to Sanya it would probably be one of our top choices. We only booked for one night before our early morning flight but it turned out to be a very positive surprise. Mangrove resort is a set of separate towers making a circle inside of which is a water park and a lot of bars, shops and restaurants. Each tower has its own pools, which in case of Buddha Tower were located on the third floor terrace and were quite decent although I guess in peak times they might feel too small for all the rooms in the tower. Still when we used it, it was more than okay. The rooms are a bit old, shower door is creaking like it has serious arthritis, but overall it was a good and very functional room with a nice view of the pool, water park and the inner courtyard. High point of this place is that it feels like you and your kids could do something here for days. Bars, restaurants, live music, pottery workshop, a really cool dinosaur museum, water park, art workshops and probably more we haven't even discovered are all inside the resort's area.

Service of the hotel was very good even though they don’t speak English, they assist you through translation app willing to help. Especially person on the front desk helped us a lot. Food is delicious, rich variety. Room is clean. You can walk to the beach. It takes 5-10 mins. It’s near to the summer and pineapple malls. There is a free shuttle bus to duty free mall. You can take info from the front desk. We enjoyed our stay.

At the last stop of this trip to Hainan, the hotel we stayed in was undoubtedly a highlight of the trip. It has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation, which has brought great convenience to our trip. We are satisfied with the completeness of the hotel facilities. It is worth mentioning that the self-service laundry service provided by the hotel provides us with great convenience, allowing us to easily deal with the problem of clothing cleaning after playing. The hotel's breakfast options are rich and varied, whether it is hot food, cold food or various beverages. Whether it is Western or Chinese cuisine, it can be found in breakfast, meeting our needs for different tastes. In addition to the hardware facilities, the hotel's service attitude also impressed us. Special mention should be made of Wenbing, the service staff at the front desk. Her professionalism and enthusiasm left a deep impression on us. No matter what questions or needs we have, she can patiently answer and meet them, providing us with meticulous and thoughtful services. Her high-quality service has left a deep impression on us. If we have the opportunity to come to Haikou again, we will definitely choose this place as our place of stay.

The hotel is very new and beautifully decorated. The breakfast is a bit scarce and there is no swimming pool but other than that the place is impeccable. Great toilets!

The hotel is situated in a wonderful area of the city. Generally, the common areas are well-maintained, and the service offered is of a high standard. The rooms are large and spacious. In our case, the view of the sea and Haikou's skyline was marvelous. The breakfast was good but not at the level of what we experienced at the Intercontinental in Beijing. As for areas of improvement, I would suggest adding smart TVs and hiring more staff proficient in English.

Fantastic - I extended my stay! Would recommend the premium room over the deluxe Seaview room, much better layout and views😍 Nikki was professional, very helpful, and provided fantastic service. She was always available when I needed her! Also 吴玉姐 was very efficient, the room was always cleaned very well, presentable and she spoke English and helped me with my mandarin!!

Great location. Small but enough space for a short stay. Even had a desk and side table. Clean and with great view from the roof over the old city streets. Nice charm. Big plus. Elevator to get up to the room with lots of luggage. 🤣🤩.

he Hilton Haikou is a very well located hotel and probably one of the best in Haikou. On arrival there was a heavy rainfall which caused me to get quite wet walking from the taxi to the hotel entrance. I booked the room online via trip for me and my travel companion with the payment in hotel option. Online-Prepayment was not possible. On check in, given that I was very wet because of the rainshower I was quite unsatisfied with the service. First there was apparently some issue, wether I or my companion booked the room because the order of names on the booking showed my name in second place. Also my companion wasnt with me at that time because of a one day delay. In my opinion it shouldnt be a matter who booked the room since both of our names were given, regardless of the order. This issue took some extra time which is very inconvenient if you are dripping wet and just want to rest. Secondly when it comes to payment instead of the 1959 RMB, 2000 RMB were deducted from my WeChat account without any communication about the deviation. I also only realized it later when I already arrived the room and was very confused what the 41 RMB were for. Like I said it has not been communicated to me at all. Maybe a tip or was it meant as a deposit? (Even though it would appear to be a very odd deposit amount and tipping in China is not a thing) I guess from a 5 Star Hilton I could expect accuracy and clear communication when it comes to payment. Which brings me to another downside. Even though my Mandarin is sufficient enough, I was very surprised that at a Hilton of this price category none of the staff at check in nor other employees were able to speak English. So for foreigners who dont speak Chinese this would be a bit difficult. The next day I went down to reception again to ask about the 41 RMB and was offered a refund, yet the reason why it has been deducted in the first place still remains unknown to me. Another small issue appeared at breakfast when I asked one of the waitresses where the tea/ teabags is/are located. I formulated my request precisely in Chinese and the lady was just behaving awkward and walked away. I thought maybe still something would happen, but 10 minutes later still nothing. Luckily I was able to find the overseeing waitress, asked her the same question and found out that the Teabags are not openly presented at the buffet (Which is an unexpected inconvenience for a 5-Star hotel yet again, + the tea choices are very limited) My last complaint is the minibar. I have been at budget hotels before, which offered a free minibar which is refilled every day. Why are there so many things in this Hotel with a hefty price tag. This appears not welcoming given the cost of this Hotel. Especially the price-tag of minibar drinks is outrageous. For example 0.33L Tsingtao Beer 28 RMB…. Speechless. In every shop around you get 0.5L for less than half the price. Now that all my complaints about the service have been mentioned, lets move on to the many upsides of the Hilton: -Great location and rooms -Very good breakfast buffet with many choices -Even better dinner buffet (298RMB/Person) -Great panorama view -luxurious -Some of the staff still did a great job, which is why I still give a 3/5 rating, regardless of previous issues.

Excellent location and large rooms. Breakfast is good. Enjoyed our stay. Except for the Aircon - it seems to stop (or the fan stop blowing) when the temperature reaches the set level (or when higher than 22degrees). We were worried that there is no air in and we may suffocate. We feedbacked to the counter ladies and they promised to come up to check but no one came. This was the same issue for our last stay at Mercure XiAn. We wonder if there is some setting issue which they should share with us when check in? Come December, we have booked Mercure Yu Garden at Shanghai and is now thinking to cancel and switch to another hotel because of this aircon issue. Other than, all is good with this hotel.

This is one of the best hotels with natural hot spring water in Haikou, Hainan, I ever stayed with before. It always comes across in my mind whenever I visit Hainan. The environment atmosphere is excellent with full of convenience shops, supermarket and shopping mall surrounding. The services rendered by the hotel's staff are excellent too with the patience and friendly attitude toward the guests. It always make the guests to feel ease and comfort staying in the hotel. Excellent !!

This is our first trip to Haikou, although we have been to Sanya a few times. The Langham Haikou is conveniently located, there are shopping malls, shops and restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is clean with nice view, esp. for taking photos. It definitely has a resort feel. All the staff provide excellent services, including Concierge and Front Office. Special thanks to Miss Julie Wang who is always helpful and caring in all aspects, and she upgraded us to a sea view room with stunning view! Deeply appreciated! The room is spacious and cozy, very comfortable. We will come back to stay again in the near future.

All good. Room is clean and spacious enough for family of 6. The only downside is time taken waiting for lift. Waited for a good 15mins to go from our room to the lobby. 3 lifts to serve many rooms for 20 levels and 1 lift broke down are simply too laggy. But enjoyed our trip in Wenchang!

We stayed a night at the hotel, the room we stayed was clean and hygiene, the front desk lady is so helpful and friendly.We so happy Trip.com provided free hotel breakfast and the hotel breakfast has various choice and delicious. We also tried the famous Lao Pa Cha just 200m nearby the hotel. We have good stayed at the hotel.

It is indeed a newly opened hotel, with simple and modern decoration, everything is very new, and the room is larger than the average hotel. The location is very good, only a few hundred meters away from the No. 10 bus that runs through Wencheng Old Town and Qinglan Bridge. If you drive yourself, there is parking in front of the hotel. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and it is really a conscience price even if you pay 25 yuan yourself. From the front desk clerk to the cleaning staff, they are all hospitable and polite. Especially the hotel front desk, from the check-in arrangement, recommending restaurants and entertainment projects, teaching me how to pay for the bus, to giving free breakfast coupons to temporary guests, etc., they are very considerate, and I am happy to choose this hotel. Slightly inadequate: 1. I hope to add an indoor safe for guests to store important items. 2. I hope it can still be a smoke-free hotel. After all, the ventilation system is connected. Although I don’t smoke, I still smell cigarettes in the hotel bathroom every day when I return to it.

Even though my husband and I are far away from home, the housekeeper Anni has provided us the hospitality by recommending us places of interests and a place where we could have a good meal. She even helped us book the high speed rail tickets together with her colleague Mindy and reminded me gently to check out on time to catch the train. Kudos to Anni and Mindy!

5 star all the way. Would not be surprised if occupancy level can get to 90 pc because of transport convenience and the nice attached airport shopping mall. Even single travellers like me will look for a hotel such as this. Only 1 suggestion. My second stay today after a short 3 day away.. this time the fridge did not have complimentary drinks. I was looking forward to them. Housecleaning probably forgot. Keep up the good work!

Very satisfied with this stay experience! The service attitude of the hotel is very good. The front desk always maintains a friendly smile. Not only that, their image is also very good. Every move is full of professional affinity, which leaves a deep impression on people. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. The surrounding transportation is convenient and there is no pressure to travel. The facilities in the room are very complete, clean and tidy, and all daily necessities are available. The breakfast is also very rich and the variety is very delicious! The fruit is also very fresh. The room actually looks better than the photos. The facilities are very reasonable and very new. It was my first time to stay at the All Seasons. The price was very cheap. I didn’t have high expectations. I just wanted to choose a hotel closest to the train station. The result was much better than expected. I think it should be the best, newest and cleanest hotel in Wenchang city. , the decoration style is simple and modern, the gym, laundry room and other accessories are complete. The front desk and cleaning service staff are very polite. They say hello when they see it. The cleaning is also very clean. There is also a robot to deliver food to the room, which is very convenient! The only downside is that the toilet flushing sound is a bit loud

It looks like a nice big hotel. Decorations are old fashioned and sort of typical for these kind of hotels. They provided free slippers, tooth brush, comb and water. The location is ok. It's around 3km away from the old street. The only big downside for this hotel is bad smell everywhere - corridors, rooms, towels. I kept my suitcase closed so that my clothes wouldn't get the smell. All hotel smells like mold and cigarettes mix (although I couldn't see any mold). I kept my balcony open the whole night so it wasn't that bad. I got reminded of the smell when leaving the room for checkout.

This stay just in time for the Wenchang Overseas Chinese Culture Festival. I thought the hotel would have no time to take care of individual guests. I didn’t expect to receive a call from Ms. Fan, the guest manager of the front office, patiently asked about the needs of the stay. After learning that it was a parent-child trip, we also upgraded the parent-child room for us. Children like it very much; Due to the delay of the return plan, I applied for a late check-out. Manager Fan also asked the superior to help solve it. I am very grateful to 👍! Although there are large-scale meetings and reception tasks, the hotel is in a well-organized overall, the staff service is better, and the restaurant meal time is also delayed, which is very user-friendly! Staff are patient every time they handle extra meals at the entrance of the restaurant. I don’t know if others have found that the restaurant waiter has a young guy with glasses, his face is a bit round, he looks up to 20 years old, he is a super substitute, he can quickly find out if the guests have difficulties and need help, not much words, but do practical things, and very hearty, At the end of March, my child asked him to help him get a straw. When he checked in for dinner a week later, he took the initiative to ask if he needed a straw. Really caring, very hard at work! The photo was a bit deformed, but I can still recognize this person, a young man very suitable for the hotel service industry!

There are coconut trees downstairs of the hotel, parking spaces, many places to eat nearby, a popular morning tea shop, and a fruit market. The shop owner said that the room type was upgraded. When I moved in, I saw a small hall with a corridor and dim lights. The signal was not good because it was separated by the bathroom, so it was almost useless. The balcony was quite large and it was quite comfortable to sit on when it was cool.
