This was my first stay at Crowne Plaza Suites Shenzhen Futian, and I was met by the incredibly warm and helpful Amy Wong at reception. She thoughtfully arranged a comfortable room for my mother and me and patiently provided information about the hotel's surroundings. The hotel's location is excellent, with a compact commercial area nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel's interior environment is classically elegant, offering a striking contrast to the surrounding area – it felt like stepping into two different eras, a truly unique experience, and great for photos. The hotel facilities are comprehensive; the indoor heated pool was very comfortable and unaffected by the typhoon. The Western restaurant's breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with fresh, delicious, and nutritious ingredients. The bedding in the room was incredibly soft and comfortable, pristine white, and impeccably clean throughout. The high-floor room offered expansive views and a serene, comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The subway station is just a 5-10 minute walk away, and the surrounding area is packed with great food and attractions – it's incredibly convenient! The bed was perfectly comfortable, neither too soft nor too firm. Soaking in the tub while enjoying the night view from the floor-to-ceiling window was wonderfully therapeutic. The front desk staff handled check-in quickly, and check-out was just as swift. The service was impeccable. This place truly offers fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Foshan.

Hotel hardware is ok and hygiene is it satisfied. Well decoration of the lobby and room. Located in prime area and easy for commuters traveling. However, the front desk staff neglect to to check whether the reservation included breakfast or not, unless it make request and provide breakfast coupon. Also some coupons included can only have as requested again, however it is already included in in trip.com platform when making booking. Overall it is ok for either business travelers and leisure makers.

I recently stayed at this industrial-style hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s relaxing vibe and prime location. Situated right next to a massive mall, the hotel provides easy access to countless shopping and dining options, making it a fantastic choice for convenience and entertainment. Plus, being so close to the Sungang MTR station made getting around the city effortless. **The Rooms and Ambiance** The room itself, while not overly spacious, was well-designed and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The industrial aesthetic of the hotel adds a unique charm, creating an inviting space that feels modern yet cozy. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of exploring or shopping. **Amenities That Make a Difference** One of the standout features of the hotel is its impressive range of amenities. On the second floor, they offer in-house massages, which are a fantastic way to relax and rejuvenate. Additionally, the yoga sound retreat is a unique offering that adds a wellness touch to the stay (available for a fee). For anyone looking to recharge both body and mind, these options are a wonderful addition. The restaurant deck was another highlight for me. The food and drinks were exceptional, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The ambiance on the deck made dining a truly enjoyable experience, whether you’re looking for a quiet meal or a lively evening with friends. **Friendly Service** The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and taken care of, which added a personal touch to the experience. **Room for Improvement** While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there is one area I believe could be improved: the WiFi. Although the hotel offers free WiFi, not all phones could connect to the network easily. In a modern hotel like this, I feel the WiFi system should be more user-friendly and accessible to everyone. For a hotel with such excellent amenities and a focus on guest comfort, this small frustration stood out more than it otherwise might have. **Final Thoughts** Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in the city. Its combination of a great location, thoughtful amenities, and friendly service makes it stand out. While the WiFi situation could use some improvement, it didn’t detract too much from what was otherwise a memorable and enjoyable experience. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others!

The hotel's public areas are spacious and brightly lit, with decor that is exquisitely elegant yet retains a playful, childlike charm. As you stroll through, from the elevator lobbies to the stair landings, adorable penguin-themed elements are dotted everywhere, like lively musical notes, enhancing the themed ambiance and making it more vibrant and immersive. The rooms are cozily designed, all featuring penguin-themed elements, which the children absolutely loved. They are clean, tidy, spacious, bright, and offer expansive views. The hotel boasts an excellent location with incredibly convenient access. Guests have exclusive access to a direct passage to Ocean Kingdom, making it a mere 3-minute walk to the park's entrance, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel offers a full range of facilities, including dedicated children's play areas like a delightful kids' play castle, mini-trains, and fish feeding, while a well-equipped fitness center caters to adult needs. Ocean Kingdom is just a few minutes' walk away, and for Spaceship Land, a free shuttle bus provides direct service. This excellent transport connectivity is extremely convenient and saves a lot of time. Dining options are abundant and varied, including a buffet, a Cantonese restaurant, and a uniquely themed Chinese restaurant offering fireworks views! Check-out is also very convenient, with an express check-out option where you simply drop your room card into a designated slot. From check-in to check-out, the entire process is incredibly smooth and efficient.

Choosing a hotel in China can often be a hit-or-miss experience—but the Palace Hotel in Luohu, Shenzhen is truly a hidden gem. Located just 400 meters from the Shenzhen Railway Station, it’s a short and convenient walk—mostly through well-lit underground shopping alleys, with part of the route even passing a lively food street. The location is unbeatable. Right outside the hotel, Line 1 Metro is to your right, and Line 9 is to your left—both within 200 meters from the lobby. The hotel is also just 500 meters from Luohu Commercial City, one of Shenzhen’s largest malls, with hundreds of shops offering everything from electronics and knockoffs to dried food, fashion, massage parlours, and eateries. But a convenient location is only part of what makes a great stay—comfort matters, and this hotel delivers. Newly built in 2023, it’s modern, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything a tourist might need. The rooms are big and spacious. Free self-service laundry and dryers mean you can pack light. There’s also a gym, and within 500 meters, you’ll find an abundance of food options. Service is another standout. The staff are attentive and responsive. Towels are replaced promptly when needed, and even small gestures—like an extra bottle of mineral water—don’t go unnoticed. Security is excellent, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I must give special mention to Miss Long (龙小姐) at the reception. Her attention to detail and dedication to service were truly impressive. What really stood out was when she personally carried three new 24” suitcases (which I had ordered from Xiaomi and delivered to the front desk) all the way to my room—an act that perfectly embodies “going the extra mile.” As a retired senior manager, I strongly urge the hotel’s leadership to recognize her potential. If you’re heading to Shenzhen and want a hotel with superb service and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend the Palace Hotel. It’s located just to the left of the Shangri-La Hotel—but with better value and warmth. We booked four rooms for our stay from April 23 to April 26. I stayed in Room 5419.

Our 2-day, 1-night stay in the Bubugao Family Room was a perfect holiday experience! The slide room was an instant hit with the kids! Adorable bunk beds featured a safety lock on the top bunk for extra security. Our child went absolutely wild playing for two hours the moment we stepped in! The bathroom was thoughtfully equipped with a children's vanity and parent-child bathrobes – the convenience and attention to detail were simply incredible. An Ultimate One-Stop Family Fun Destination! Just a 5-minute walk to the marine hot springs (boasting 108 pools, including a delightful kiddie duck pool), or hop on the free shuttle bus. The shuttle also provides direct access to Mystery Island Amusement Park (complete with thrilling roller coasters and an adorable petting zoo) – and your room card grants unlimited entry! Breakfast included freshly cooked seafood congee and fun cartoon buns. Even the cleaning staff were incredibly friendly, often bending down to chat and play with the little ones. The Effortless Family Getaway Formula! Floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views of a 2.7 km coastline, while the private hot tub on the balcony was perfect for evening soaks, watching the dazzling lights of Fisherman's Wharf. We even got to enjoy the entertainment facilities for the entire day after check-out, and the butler service was incredibly attentive. There was so much to do—hot springs, the amusement park, the beach—two days simply weren't enough! We finally achieved our dream of an effortlessly relaxing family vacation.

A perfect 5 nights Stay Thanks to a Fantastic Team Checked in close to midnight, the reception was fast and seamless. One staff went at length (forgot to write down his name as we were too tired), to offer help to set up internet and get room service as we missed our dinner due to flight delays. We are impressed with the helpful concierge, smiley cleaners, and the attentive breakfast team—everyone was friendly, professional, and made our stay wonderful. A truly well-run establishment! Though the hotel is not at CBU but taxis are easily available, and KK Mall next door provides the convenience. The view from the room is fantastic

MmamaMy stay at Rosewood Guangzhou with friends was absolutely fantastic. The cloud-level views were breathtaking, the service was impeccably attentive and thoughtful, and the dining experience was exceptional. The dishes at Guangyuxuan were particularly outstanding. Every detail reflected high quality, making this hotel a prime choice for accommodation in Guangzhou. A definite five-star experience! Sophia provided wonderful, thoughtful service, even bringing us complimentary evening fruit – I'll definitely reach out to her on my next visit. Other staff members like Zilia, Anita, Sybil, and Winston were also excellent!

__WeChat227052****I planned to spend my birthday at an amusement park. After comparing Disneyland and Chimelong, I ultimately chose the Chimelong Spaceship Park package for the off-season after the summer vacation. At 1098 RMB for two days and one night, including breakfast for two, it was an incredibly good value. I'd stayed at the Penguin Hotel twice before, but this time, for a romantic getaway, after much deliberation, we chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel. Overall, it was good, and I might return for a general vacation, but not for a birthday again. Here's why: First, birthday amenities need to be booked in advance. I checked in on September 19th and had booked the room decoration service a week prior. I also confirmed with the front desk on check-in day. Luckily, I got the room at 11 AM, and the staff said it had been upgraded and decorated. I even planned to record myself opening the door, but there was nothing. When I asked the birthday concierge, they said it hadn't been decorated yet because many people needed decorations these past few days (clearly an excuse). I suggest that when guests pick up their room, staff could explain this in advance, at least to manage guest expectations and avoid disappointment. Second, I hope they can learn from Disney in terms of emotional value. Whether it's children, adults, or seniors, everyone who comes to a theme park wants to feel like a child. I was given a birthday badge, and online it said that staff in both the park and the hotel would wish me a happy birthday. I always wanted to see if it was true, and the result didn't disappoint – most staff really acted like they didn't see it 😂. The only two exceptions were two male staff members – one male staff member at the Spaceship Park even gave me a small fan; the other was at the group birthday party on Saturday. I was curious how to get those small birthday hats, and a female staff member said they were only for reservations. Another male staff member quickly reacted by handing me a small hat and saying 'Happy Birthday.' Finally, even taking a photo with Kaka required a reservation... I hope you can clearly state any age restrictions for birthday amenities.

__WeChat253542****I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station right downstairs, making it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel facilities are also very complete, and importantly, there's a washing machine and dryer. The hotel even helps with laundry, delivering the washed and dried clothes to the room – very efficient! The front desk staff also provided excellent service. There are many dining options downstairs, including coffee shops and McDonald's, everything you could want. It's also very close to Taikoo Hui, offering plenty of choices for dining, entertainment, and shopping. I was very happy with my stay and will definitely come again.

GGuest UserFacilities: The leather-covered bedside tables were damaged and left unrepaired, showing a clear lack of maintenance. Service: Food deliveries weren't brought to the room; I had to go downstairs to collect them. It was quite a scene, with about ten people gathered around the delivery locker, trying to find their orders. The bellhop service upon arrival was inconsistent; not all bellhops assisted with luggage, and their service standards seemed rather arbitrary and undefined. At 1 AM, the in-room phone to the front desk just gave a busy signal. I've never encountered such an issue before. I actually had to find their contact information on Ctrip to get through, which made for a very frustrating experience. I requested a late check-out and was told that extending until 6 PM would cost half the room rate. I then reminded them that I had been forced into a late check-in without any compensation. Only after this conversation did they reluctantly agree to a complimentary extension until 2 PM. Even then, I received calls rushing me to leave. Their blatant disregard for customer rights in favor of their room turnover made for an extremely poor experience. The hotel's elevator system was incredibly convoluted. You couldn't go directly to your floor; from the ground floor, you had to take a long detour to an elevator that only reached the third floor. Then, you'd have to walk hundreds of meters across the lobby to another set of elevators to access the guest rooms. Every step felt like an unnecessary obstacle course. In summary, the hardware was acceptable but poorly maintained, and the service was terrible.

MM267273****Opting to 'live like a local' in Shenzhen for a few days during the October Golden Week, a sort of off-peak getaway. I stayed at The Westin Shenzhen Nanshan for three nights and was generally pleased. Let's start with the pros: **Location:** Super convenient ❤️. There's a mall downstairs, making dining and shopping very easy. B2 connects directly to the subway station, which is great for getting to nearby attractions. Across the street is Window of the World, and during the Golden Week, we got to see the drone show every night, adding a lovely festive atmosphere. **Room:** Although a bit compact for a family of three, it was perfectly adequate. The bathtub in the room was a big plus; my child absolutely loved it. The room's cleanliness was good, and housekeeping was prompt, providing plenty of bottled water daily. **Pool:** The pool was very clean, and the lifeguards were highly responsible. Towels and slippers were provided, which was a nice touch! Now for a few minor drawbacks: **Breakfast:** The variety was quite limited, and the taste was just mediocre. **Facilities:** The room definitely showed its age. The TV barely worked; the picture quality was so poor it was unwatchable. The 'kids' club' was practically non-existent, featuring only a dance mat, a tiny ball pit, and a few tents. It's not really suitable for families with children.

MM223572****This time I brought my two kids to a comic convention and chose the Guangdong Hotel. First off, the location is great; it's only a few minutes' walk from the subway station. It's also very convenient and close to the exhibition hall. The room was clean, spacious, and decorated in a Chinese style, which the kids really liked. We even got a free room upgrade, which we really appreciate! A special shout-out to how quiet the room was – the soundproofing on the windows is excellent. I slept soundly until morning, truly living up to its five-star hotel reputation. Oh, and you can even see the Canton Tower at night from the room. I'll definitely choose Guangdong Hotel again for the next comic convention!

SSE\/EN💗 Hot tip: This five-star hotel, located not far from Shenzhen Airport, is arguably the best five-star option. Breakfast is very extensive and served on the second floor (buffet from 6:30-10:30). You can get freshly cooked noodles with soup, and there's a good selection of both Chinese and Western options, along with various hot and cold beverages. The food tasted pretty good; I opted for the beef brisket noodles, a regular choice at hotels, and it didn't disappoint – truly befitting a five-star hotel. 💰️ Cost: Approximately 600 RMB/night (including breakfast) for a Deluxe Twin Room. 🧹 Environment/Service: 1. Lighting: Plenty of natural light during the day, but the windows definitely need a clean – they're too dirty for a five-star establishment. At night, there are many ambient lights indoors, which is less ideal for business travelers. 2. Space: The room is about 50 square meters, offering good space with a desk and a sofa. The bathtub was surprisingly large. 3. Noise: Good sound insulation. Although it's next to a road, you can barely hear any noise. 4. Hygiene: The room, though showing some age, was tidied up very neatly. 5. Security: The door can be deadbolted but lacks an additional security latch. It automatically locks when closed. 6. Service: As a five-star hotel, the service was very warm and attentive. 🛌 Amenities/Facilities: Laundry room, gym, swimming pool, Chinese restaurant, Western restaurant, TV, WIFI, luggage storage, front desk wake-up service, free parking, 24-hour front desk, restaurant, fax/copying, iron/garment steamer, public area wifi, elevators, no smoking in public areas, access control system, security alarm, fire alarm, etc. 📍 Detailed address: No. 1 Fuyong Avenue, Fuyong Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. 🚄 Transportation Guide: 【Subway/Bus】Subway: Fuyong Station (Exit D) on Line 11, an 800-meter walk. Nearby bus stop: Fuyong Qiaodi Station. 【Self-driving/Taxi】Self-driving: Navigate to ”Shenzhen Baolilai International Hotel.” There's ample free parking. Taxi: The hotel is right by the road, making taxis easily accessible. 🌅 Background: The hotel boasts a prime location, just a 15-minute drive from Bao'an International Airport, adjacent to National Highway 107 and Guang-Shen Expressway, and seamlessly connected to Fuyong Bus Station. It's a 10-minute walk to Wanfu Square and a 20-minute drive to Fenghuang Mountain Forest Park, allowing for easy transitions between business and leisure. 🌟 Shenzhen Baolilai International Hotel – A five-star landmark hotel standing tall for sixteen years.
