Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations with its wonderful room and lobby services, friendly staff, and their commitment to guest satisfaction. Hotel is conveniently located in Huaqiang electronics area. Room was big and clean. There was free sumptuous breakfast available. Hotel was staffed by friendly and helpful personnel. Recommended!

Location is great with two train stations at the door step. Breakfast is good enough. Most importantly, Service is immaculate! Very helpful and friendly! Will choose to stay here again when I come to Shenzhen again! 👍🏻

This is a wonderful trip. 3 days 2 nights unlimited access of theme park. Include - buffet dinner . Chimelong is the best theme park in the world . Hope I can see chimelong theme park built all over the world.

After we searched for a long time, we came across the Pullman.  It is the only hotel connected to the shopping area FuHuaLi. It is literally right behind the hotel and there is a lot of shopping and some good restaurants. It is an outdoor mall so coming in winter was perfect. The attached photo shows the view from our room. The service was also very good. Evelyn at the front desk was extremely helpful especially when we had a problem with our room. They were also able to accommodate our request for a higher floor and late check out. All in all, a great experience and we would stay here again.

Excellent service in a nice and clean hotel. Very satisfied and will recommend to our friends going to Shenzhen. The location is very good with a night market nearby and a metro station. There are also lots of food options a stone’s throw away, which makes it convenient for those who don’t like to go far. Coco Park mall is also less than 10mn away by taxi. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got the late night supper buffet option and were very pleased and satisfied with the food. Breakfast had chinese and western options.

We are in group of five people with two foreigners from the UK and Thailand, it was amazing time for us to experience onsen in China, the overall atmosphere was great and fun. The area of eating and onsen is quite crowded and noisy, but this is Chinese Style. Don’t use the Japan standard here, then you will enjoy the area and chill a day. Overall the operating code is excellent.

Walkable from train station but a little ulu and troublesome if carrying luggage. Located in a small housing area. Outside looks old but the hotel inside is relatively new and clean. Room has projector with unlimited shows to watch! Free washing machine and dryer but there was a long queue. Had to wait tull 3am to dry my clothes. Would be good if lady at the reception can help to rotate clothes for guest since she has to keep watch if hotel reception. Basic amenities all provided. Service from day shift receptionists and room cleaners are all very good. Offered water to us after hearing that we were travelling to hk. However night shift receptionist can be improved as she was laying on the sofa at night. And upon request to help with drying of clothes, she did not want to help. Another thing that can be improved is that maybe can give more toilet paper. Also, toilet glass a bit too translucent. Can see shade of the person inside. Could stick a thicker layer on glass. Other than that, great stay, no cigarette smell. Good location if don't have much luggage or take taxi straight to hotel. Basic things are all provided.

The environment in the hotel is cosy and comfortable. In addition, location is close to the Hong Kong custom, after having a nice time in Shenzhen maybe consider heading to Hong Kong and also. Enjoy your time and have a journey for whom decided to stay in this hotel.

St Regis Hotel Shenzhen is located at the Grand Theatre Station which is a few stops from Lo Wu Station. It’s also on the way to KK Mall so it is extremely convenient to go eating and shopping there. The guest room is very spacious with a good city view. We particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the water temperature is just perfect. From the swimming pool, there is also bright sunlight shining through the big windows. The only drawback is that there is some cigarette smell in the toilet and I am not sure it’s inherited from the immediate guest before. Overall, I think it is a first class hotel in SZ and it is good value for money to stay there for a short trip.

I recently stayed at this hotel for four days and was thoroughly impressed with the service. During my trip, I ordered several items online and had them delivered to the hotel's locker. However, a few of the parcels were too big to be placed in the locker. And the staff were incredibly helpful—they coordinated with the delivery personnel and ensured everything was sorted out, even getting the packages re-delivered on the same day to the front desk. Another standout moment was when I struggled to order food as a foreigner without a local phone number. The hotel staff stepped in and assisted me with placing my order, making the process so much easier. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference. The hotel’s location is another highlight. It’s very close to a popular shopping street, making it super convenient for exploring the area. That said, the hotel is located next to a main road, and there’s some ongoing railway construction nearby. It can get a little noisy at night, but earplugs easily resolved the issue. There are also great amenities, like free laundry, which came in handy for a longer stay. The only minor drawback was the centrally controlled air conditioning—you can’t adjust the temperature or fan speed, but it didn’t impact my comfort much. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The service, convenience, and amenities outweighed any minor issues, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A hotel with good hospitality that makes you feel very welcomed upon entering the lobby. The lobby has a nice tea smell and at the lobby the staff will serve you tea when you’re waiting at the lobby(you can also request yourself). The lobby is equipped with sockets for device charging. You can also store your baggage for free before & after checkup at their baggage room. They can also help you to receive and store parcels (e.g. from Taobao) up to 1 month. The room overall is very clean, all amenities are still very new as I heard they just renovated few months ago. The room is very much sound proof and you can only hear voices from outside when you are very near the room door. Room cleaning is top notch and the staff will refill the tea bags for you every day as there are tea sets in our room. The room has warm lighting and you can choose the level of brightness of the room. My room has 2 mirrors with lights. The sink is separate with the bathroom which is convenient when you are staying with more than 1 people. Would recommend to stay in this hotel as it has a strategic location which is super near to the metro station (less than 100m) There are also convenience shops and shops that sells food/breakfast at the same street. Check-in time is at 2pm and you can also delay check-out up to 2 hours upon request👍🏻 Mineral waters given every day after room cleaning is also more than enough, with 8 bottles of water every day (4 bottles in the fridge and another 4 beside the kettle). We can also get free smaller mineral waters at the lobby.

It's very close to the mall where we ski The room is very big and clean! The quality of the breakfast included was nice, just like the cafe level. It's easy to check in and out as well. Really worth the price, will definitely come back next time.

The hotel provides free airport pickup on your day of arrival and departure which makes it really convenient for you. The hotel is a less than 10-min drive from T2. The hotel is a bit old and there was a lot of hammering (?) sounds happening around 2-3AM but I wasn’t too bothered.

Very close to Sunac Snow Park, the hotel will arrange for shuttle to go and come back. Breakfast spread was good. Not sure if it was low season when we went, but we had to take a buggy to another affiliate hotel nearby for breakfast because our hotel restaurant did not open. Unfortunately, the room we were given had bed bugs! Everyone woke up with bites. We informed the front desk, and the manager was apologetic and applied antiseptic and medicine to my daughter's bites. They changed our room and thankfully no more bites.

Location is excellent, way closer (3-5minutes walking distance) than I thought it would be going to RongChong mall. Room view was pretty looking at the mall and could see the airport from a distance. Service at the front was decent. Breakfast was included and it had a good diversity. Noodles and eggs can be ordered individually. However, gym room is kinda small with limited equipment. Overall, it was worth the money to choose this hotel comparing to the 3 stars hotels nearby.

Check-in process was smooth and we were able to get a room at point of check-in. Concierge was very helpful at all occasions - bringing our luggage all the way to the room and helping to also carry a bulky item that we had delivered to the hotel, to the room. Hotel room was spacious - the toilet even had a dressing table. Hotel room also had a nice river view. Nonetheless, water pressure was rather low and there was a foul smell coming from the pipes. Bed was rather hard and while staff tried to reduce the hardness by layering over a blanket, a comfortable night’s sleep was elusive. Air conditioning control seemed to only work for part of the air conditioner; air conditioner continued to operate even though the air conditioning was off. Was looking forward to using the indoor heated pool but this was closed indefinitely with no notice given at time of booking nor at the front desk. Hotel gym seems to be a shared gym with a fitness club and was therefore very crowded. Spa was value for money. Our stay at this serviced apartment was fantastic! It offers exceptional value for money, with high-quality rooms and a prime location near Sunac, the indoor snow complex. It was incredibly convenient for our ski trip, making it a great choice for anyone planning to hit the slopes. The staff were a highlight—extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality really enhanced our experience. The only drawback was the ongoing construction in front of the property, which made it a bit difficult to locate for first-time visitors. However, once we found it, everything else was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient ski trip base!

Strategic location in Tianhe district a few steps from the Shipaiqiao metro station. Take exit A or B from the station. Guangdong East train station, ZhujiangNewTown(City Center, bussiness district) and the Guangdong tower just a few stops. Pleasant room, comfy beds, small extras = eg: electronic curtains, robot server bringing you food or an A/C adapter. The room had a very strong shower. You are basically surrounded by restaurants and Malls, so whatever you need it will take a few minutes. Highly recommended!

As one of the better hotels in that area, of the 4 nights we stay, the room make up never have the cups washed or spoon cleaned. The scale was broken, and the cabinet door holding the fridge need to be opened to keep the fridge cool. The bedsheets were never changed despite we did not put the “no change sheet” card on the bed. Also the mattress was quite hard. However in view of the convenience to Bonski, it might be still a good choice to stay in.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel as a family. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions. Highly recommend for families looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.

Great hotel near the Mingzhu train station in Zhuhai. The place was clean everywhere and the room was nice and spacious as well. Checking in and out was quick with great service. There’s a back door to a convenient store and coffee shops and other restaurants. There’s not much around but it was good enough if you wanted a quick short stay.

We fully enjoyed this stay in Hotel L. The front desk staffs 小敏，小陈等等are both friendly and helpful. They always smile when approached and offer unlimited assistance to our enquiries. We also wish to thank the housekeeper especially 范女士, she works with details and clean every corner of our room. In addition, she guided us to things which we would need. Lastly, all staff are very polite and do not hesitate to greet guests Good Morning everyday without fail. Thank you very much and best wishes!

This hotel is just amazing with service, atmosphere, gym and swimming pool, all outstanding. Next to a mall is just speechless, can eat all you want from morning to night. Would definitely come again. My family especially my kids love it.

The hotel is licated 5 mins walk from Fuhauli commercial area, opposite the main road is 九州道，both places offer dining and shopping options. The interior of hotel is clean, next building still under construction, but we didn't hear any noise. The wind is strong, wind blow the hotel door hence a bit noisy on door as our room at the corner. The reception is good. Overall worth the money and convenient place.
