"I had an early morning flight, so I opted to stay at the Parc Culture Hotel, which opened in 2025 at Lanzhou Airport, the night before. This hotel is one of the more luxurious options in the area, with very new and complete facilities in spacious rooms.
The service was very attentive; they offered a special welcome drink upon check-in. The airport transfer service was excellent; they proactively called to confirm my itinerary in advance, and the driver enthusiastically helped with my luggage. The ride was about 5 minutes.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and in addition to standard fare, I could enjoy authentic Lanzhou specialties like beef noodles and grey beans.
This hotel offers great value for money and is perfect for guests with early morning flights or late-night arrivals."

1. Location: Less than 10 minutes from the high-speed train station, very convenient.
2. Service: Beyond five-star service! They added me on WeChat in advance, and all the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from bottled water available everywhere to free laundry and drying facilities, complete with laundry detergent. In the evenings, there were complimentary sweet soups, milk, and pastries. It was so convenient when traveling with a child and ordering extra food. There were welcome gifts upon check-in and also gifts upon check-out, plus a play area for kids.

JJulia26We made a mistake choosing this hotel: the word “international” led us to believe it would be better prepared to receive foreign guests, but that was not our experience.
That said, the staff’s service was excellent at all times. Although they did not speak English, they consistently made the effort to use translation tools to communicate with us and assist us in the best possible way, which we truly appreciated.
The hotel was almost empty. The first breakfast took place in a huge dining area where we were the only guests, which meant the variety was quite limited. There was some Chinese food and a coffee machine, but there were no options commonly expected by international travelers, such as fruit, cereals, yogurt, or bread. That same day, we were informed that the rest of the breakfasts would be delivered directly to our room. The staff made a continuous effort to ensure we felt comfortable with this arrangement, confirming the delivery time with us each day.
The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness did not match the hotel’s level and price: the carpet had visible stains, and finding a toothpick at the entrance made it clear that cleaning standards were not adequate. In addition, the amount of shampoo and soap provided was extremely limited—again, not consistent with the quality one would expect given the building and overall appearance of the hotel.
In summary, we would like to highlight the kindness and dedication of the staff, but we believe the hotel still has important aspects to improve, especially regarding international standards and cleanliness.

The hotel I stayed at offered top-notch service, was spotlessly clean, and paid attention to every little detail, making me feel very comfortable and secure.
And the food? Oh, I have to rave about the food!
