2. Service: Beyond five-star service! They added me on WeChat in advance, and all the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from bottled water available everywhere to free laundry and drying facilities, complete with laundry detergent. In the evenings, there were complimentary sweet soups, milk, and pastries. It was so convenient when traveling with a child and ordering extra food. There were welcome gifts upon check-in and also gifts upon check-out, plus a play area for kids.

If you turn right out of the hotel, you'll reach the Yellow River. Since it's not a major tourist spot, it's less crowded, and enjoying the breeze by the river is very pleasant. If you turn left out of the hotel and cross an intersection, you'll find a 'carb heaven' with several delicious eateries like Chuntai Shouzhua, Jinqiang, Mogouyan Beef Noodles, Guoyi Beef Noodles, and Fangha. There are also charging stations nearby. It's a bit of a distance from Zhongshan Bridge, about a 10 RMB taxi ride."

1. Location: Less than 10 minutes from the high-speed train station, very convenient.
2. Service: Beyond five-star service! They added me on WeChat in advance, and all the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Anonymous User1. The hotel offers a complimentary airport pick-up service, and from the moment I was greeted, I could feel the staff's warm hospitality.
2. I absolutely loved the hotel's 'wild luxury' aesthetic – it's simple yet grand, with a unique and pleasant aroma.
3. The hotel's travel photography service is outstanding! I got the best set of photos I've ever had. Both the makeup artist and photographer were incredibly professional. I was instantly thrilled with the retouched photos just 5 minutes after the shoot, and even more delighted to learn they'd spend another three days on meticulous post-processing. The terrace above the lobby offers a fantastic photo op, especially with the red canopy against the desert backdrop – it's truly magnificent and a unique scene.
4. Given how dry Dunhuang is, the hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary face masks and lotion.
5. They also offered a free transfer to my next hotel.

Visiting Dunhuang in spring was an absolute delight! The city is incredibly clean and tidy, with well-organized streets, making for an excellent overall experience. The hotel I stayed at offered top-notch service, was spotlessly clean, and paid attention to every little detail, making me feel very comfortable and secure.
And the food? Oh, I have to rave about the food! The donkey meat yellow noodles were perfectly chewy and flavorful, the Huyang焖饼 (braised lamb pancake) was rich and fragrant, and to top it all off, a glass of Li Guang apricot peel water was refreshing and cut through the richness. It was all full of authentic local flavors. Beautiful scenery, a clean city, great accommodation, and delicious food—Dunhuang is definitely worth another visit!

Facilities: It's an older hotel, so the equipment is a bit dated, but generally, it's well-maintained. It's quiet.
Cleanliness: Good. Tidy. The cleaning staff does an excellent job.
Environment: The hotel is located on a main road, making it convenient for taxis and buses. There are restaurants nearby, but not many. There's a subway station close by.
Service: Quite good. During our first stay, Ms. Ma and Ms. Shui at the front desk were very thorough with their instructions (elevator location, breakfast restaurant, breakfast times, etc.). For our second stay, a gentleman at the front desk assisted us. Perhaps seeing that we were repeat guests, he just handed us the room cards without any additional words.

This is my second time in Dunhuang. I still chose this hotel!
Service: From the front desk to the room service, they are very enthusiastic. I booked a standard room. The front desk also upgraded it to a large room called Jiangjin room. It's really great! (The front desk said that the room name is based on the wine series of their winery) It's really nice to stay in such a good room in a tourist city for just over 300👍
Environment: The environment is very good, the hotel breakfast is also very rich, the location is a bit remote and super quiet at night, but Dunhuang is very small and it takes more than ten minutes to get to the scenic spot, which is convenient!
